Which is why it's smart to only have a diamond lining along the edge. Finding the flawed point in a thin edge can be very hard, and diamond can be turned into pretty much the sharpest weapons we can produce, apart from heavily manufactured materials.

I know that diamonds shatter easily. That's why it's just lined on the edge with it, because the only things that can cut through a diamond is another diamond, or a high-powered laser.

I did a little research and apparently Elysia can mean lightning-struck, hopefully that's not prophetic.
Also I looked up other names as well (these could be totally off);
Ashley: "ash meadow", basically a forest of ash trees
David: Beloved
Penny: weaver
Markus: Warring
Jake: Supplanter (some one who takes the place of another {on purpose})
Kami (I did this Alias because its not a noun {as far as I know}): Flower
Jordan: (one who) Descends
Aki: Sparkles!!!!!, Bright (this name is Japanese! Was that on purpose?)
Alexandra: to defend
Kernan: Black
James: undermines
I have too much time on my hands and the irony of some of these names makes me laugh, sorry in advance if I made any mistakes.

Kami is Japanese as well ^^
It means lightning, which represents Kami's powers. However, it also means God, which represents his arrogance. Effectively, he puts himself above others, like a God. I found it a fitting name.

I thought paper and hair were Kame, as in turtle. Let me do some quick research, I may edit this post when I'm back.

On a quick search, Kami does not mean paper or hair, but neither does kame, so now I'm confused.

Oh, and if the arsonist doesn't do something by tomorrow, I'm going to rule that Kami kills her, and we can move on. If a player stops playing, then their character should be removed if it is in the way. If she comes back, we can always pull some "She NARROWLY survived" bullshit that is a staple of the superhero genre.

I didn't. Mostly I just searched on google and looked at dictionarys online. but I didn't go in depths, which might explain any error.

The arsonist can reform from a single cell, I vote that we lock her up because we would have to eradicate every trace of her. Should some one PM the owner and tell them that we need them to post? Names can have lots of meanings Elysia can also mean the greek equivalent of heaven.
