I have to disagree on that. This is a universe where Aiden does exist, but he doesn't have to be involved in the RP per se or take involvement in. I would rather like to see this RP as an offshoot (not a rewrite or continuation) of the official story.

Alternatively, though it's a little late, one could have the city being invaded by domestic terrorists, anti CTos forces. They could either be primary antagonists or yet a third party.

The interesting thing is that they probably have similar goals to our Vigilante group, bringing down the CT grid, but are much less concerned about loss of life. It could start out with a "frenemy" angle and then explode into full mad on hate.

Seems like an interesting idea, but if they would terrorise the citizens and destabilize the city wouldn't the public opinion be that of pro-ctOS? The result would be the total apposite of the goal...

Well, if I think with my brain... The DT's (Domestic Terrorists) could actualy go DedSec and terrorize the city by using ctOS (Which I think is what you meant), making casualities and blaming Blume.

During Watch_Dogs some citizens criticized ctOS because of the blackouts and the "professional" traffic control.

Which makes more sense. They could start as allies, but once we understand their true tactics we put them on the "n*gga"list.
