Name of nation The Castullian Oligarchy; Castully

Species Castu

Castu are furry creatures, ranging from a height 5-6 feet. They are quite strong, and can be quite intelligent. However, most rather pursue labor or military, and the luckier individuals might become owners of large corporations in their great capitalist society.

Oh my god this took too long.

Name of nation: The Altean Empire (Remnants)

Species:Human

Description of government: Imperial (Martial law due to the loss of their homeworld and their emperor)

Description of military: The military of the empire was once the jewel of the empire. Millions of soldiers stood ready to defend their empire from threats foreign and domestic.but now their military is shattered. Fleets are in disarray and outposts have gone dark. Now the 7th fleet boasts the remaining 3 admirals and are now commanding roughly 900k soldiers.

History: The Altean Empire was forged from a shattered world. When mutants took over new earth survivors took their leave heading for a distant galaxy. Arriving at this new galaxy a faction of the humans with cybernetic enhancements broke off forming the Psions. The humans or normal's losing most of their family members during the split fell into depression. one man rose from the depression though. a peace keeper called "Roland". He took a small village and turned it into a thriving city. soon he turned his eyes towards the other town and villages nearby and began a conquest to bring them all under one banner. after only three years the entire planet was untied under roland's banner. He then used the fire in everyone's soul to fuel a new effort. He turned towards the stars and set his eyes upon the Psionic Empire. he began working with the top scientists to build a fleet of ships to take them to the stars. after three years he managed to accomplish this task of 13 ships to go against the psions who were currently protecting their world. The people had a hatred for the Psions and were ready to throw them back into space away from their world. In a show of force roland lead the 13 ships against the Psion fleet ultimately losing to them and having every one of their ships destroyed. After Roland's defeat the Psions left the world and the Alteans to their own.

A new era ushered in as many disputed if Roland's heir could fulfill the duties. But soon enough the mutant threat lurked over the thriving empire. the Mutant invasion began swiftly and within weeks the entire world was about to fall until a glimmer of light appeared in the stars. A fleet of ships from the old world appeared in orbit. They were of the Hunter fleet sent out from New Earth before it fell to hunt the mutants down. Drop pods and drop ships rained from the heavens as ground troops landed and brought a much needed fire to the fight. the tide had turned as the heir Alex led the new arrivals and the old peace keepers. The mutant threat was eventually defeated with the help of a Psion unknowing to the Alteans. Soon Alex fell ill and a new line of men led through what was known as the New Cold War with the Psions.

When the New Cold War began they started a build up of ships and ground troopers. As centuries of ships bordered the line between Psion's and Alteans they began to fall behind in technologies. Duran took command of the empire in 6845 A.D and b egan upgrading the empire. By the end of his term as Emperor, 48 years, he had begun to fully upgrade the entire fleet and troops. As this began other factions like the Lurkian's, An Altean colony, Formed the Altean Colonist Union or the ACU. they began to steal the newer models of the ships they were building in the colony worlds and began waging a war. The alteans seemed to be beat until one fateful battle. The ACU attempted to take Ragnar 7 a world that borders the colonies and the core worlds. Ragnar 7 was a desolate training world to train initiates for combat. A small battalion of soldiers and over 100 thousand initiates held a line that borders the ACU part of the world and the Altean. They held off the might of the entire ACU army untill the 4th fleet arrived and relieved them. This went down in history as the battle of the line. Only 400 soldiers and initiates made it off the world alive. After the Battle of the Line the war shifted as the rest of the fleets made their way back to the colony worlds and pushed the Lurkians out of the galaxy. Soon the ACU reluctantly rejoined the Empire.

After several centuries of uneasy peace a planet on the fringe of the galaxy was discovered. On this planet they found a ruined temple that housed an ancient race. All of the aliens dead they unknowingly activated the gateway to other dimensions. The Alteans seeing this began adapting the technology to create jump gates across the empire. But soon the Mutants returned and with the combined might of the Alteans the Colonies and the Psions they began a last stand to hold off the mutants. after a hard month the battle was over. the Empire was in ruins the Psions retreated and the mutants had gone dormant. now the Empire is ruled by the Admiral Board. and the Alteans have sent out expedition fleets of 30 ships to retrieve lost soldiers and outposts to rebuild the empire.
Other: The culture of the Alteans is a prideful and dutiful one. They live to serve their empire.

(Tell me what you guys think.)

I think its only Key's nation, but most have been in space fir a bit now, but do keep it down please.

Yeah, it seems most have been in a while and have some fair tech, and the Collective managed to avoid full ab entire devolution from space, so I wouldn't worry too much about your ships being overly powerful, White... Unless you put them up against Keyguys faction, in which case unless they are made out of cardboard the battle is already decided xD

Come on guys, I understand that a lot of things may go overly complicated, old, or simply go wrong. But that's the third change of topic we have made! Are timeskips of this kind really needed this frequently?
Anyways:

Nation:Simeriosa dama Minoprea (Children of the Phoenix), formerly Seriphona da Los (Soul of the Universe)

Species: Korvichon/Korvichai, human-like species with metal skin, spike-like nodes on their joints that grant them more intelligence and longevity, and pointy ears. Wounding the skin of a Korvichon is overly difficult, but once done, the wounded part is fully vulnerable. On the same fashion, their nodes are almost indestructible, but if one is removed from the body, the individual get hit by an array of mental challenges (nausea, loss of memory, loss of balance, immense pain) that leave them practically useless for a long time. They are also extremely vulnerable to heat and overpressure. They can survive nuclear explosions in a totally crippled state -if they're lucky-, but they are almost immune to radiation, making them prefer nuclear craters for temporry firebases -they're not completely immune, though, which means that few will actually inhabit a radiated area permanently, and usually with unlikeable results. Without any type of wounding or mutation, a healthy Korvichon can live for around 150 years before senility and natural node loss makes them unable to survive for more than another year.

History: The Korvichai triumphed with the help of the Earth Empire and its allies during the post-Draconian period, reaching technological evolution such a new race should not be able ot get to so quickly. This was their doom during the Reaper days, though, for they did not have the necessary experience yet. They were almost completely annihilated, but some mere hundreds, mostly the families of important individuals, survived, divided in some remote locations of the galaxy.
After so many milleniums, though, the Korvichai is back in full shape; its economy was reshaped, its potilical infrastracture was restored, and the fact that Ravenadin, a radioactive substance of high instability and an atomic assembly which enabled the metal to store and transform all types of energy (and also assisted the harnessing of antimatter) was not only not hindered by the apocalypse (though the Reapers had seemingly acquired some advanced technology based on it during their existense) but also had mysteriously multiplied in the greater deposits, setting the basis on the research for artificial creation of pure Ravenadin (artificial Ravenadin already existed, but it was much more stable -and much less potent- than natural one.)
As a result of the beginning of a new era for the Korvichai, and inspired from many centuries of exposition to Earth's culture, they renamed their nation, formerly Seriphona da Los (Soul of the Universe) into Simeriosa dama Minoprea (Children of the Phoenix), underlying their rise from the ashes.

Everything else is almost identical to my previous applications. If you need any othe rinformation, just ask for it and I'll be glad to offer it.

Accepted, however, I would like to point out that it was called the Earth Alliance. Not that important, just saying.

Also, AlphaGamer, I only just launched the starship. The pirates would be attacking after my most recent post.

Name of Nation: The Universal Supremacy Collective, or USC
Summary of events after thread was moved: As the war with the Reapers began and continued, the Supremacy followed their moral and cultural codes, and, either forcefully, secretly, or publicly, took DNA samples and volunteers to be cryostasised, or frozen, and kept in suspended animation for Supreme preservation. In short, the Supremes oversaw the war, occasionally striking some important Reaper target to ensure that they went a certain, Supreme-designed direction, preserved as many races as they could, and when the Triarians grew close to unleashing their weapon, the Supremes fled. They moved to another, unrelated universe that was, for the most part, empty of living creatures, and waited thousands of years, coaxing the few living, sentient creatures of the universe to interstellar travel, and to worship the Supremes as gods, and then they returned to the Milky Way. Upon entering, they found that a small portion of their fleet was immediately destroyed as a small tear opened up and sucked in the ships, and then closed. Since then, the Supremes travel in 10-ship groups, most of the fleet being back in the original universe, and roughly about a thousand ships in all, are now in the Milky Way. However, they are static in technological and growth levels: they are not reproducing, nor are they constructing anything, other than refueling & defense stations and relay stations. They wait, out of sight, out of range, of the rising empires as they once again reach for the stars, the perfect moment to reveal themselves.

I'm just gonna drop this here, even though the IC seems to have begun. And yes, this is an odd race, an odd sheet, and yeah, i'm an odd person. There isn't a military section here because of the unusual nature of this nation / species. If it is absolutely necessary to add one, I will, but at this time it seems a little difficult to explain.
And yes. There's no history section because with a non-humanoid race such as this that wasn't involved in the prequel, it also seems a little redundant. What i'm getting at here, is that this sheet layout is not the app provided, and yes I know that sucks but I suck. I will adapt if needed, but hopefully all the required information is present.

"Deep into that darkness peering, long I stood there, wondering, fearing, doubting, dreaming dreams no mortal ever dared to dream before."

Nation Name
Cephalrrior's Deep

Race(s)
Cephalrrior’s Deep is comprised of 100% Cephalrrior. The unique conditions of their living space makes it nearly impossible to co-habit with other species. They are one of the most physiologically alien species (when compared to Human and/or humanoid races) in the galaxy, certainly the most alien species to be capable of space travel and interaction with other sentient species.
The average Cephalrrior can live up to 10,000 (ten thousand) years given optimal conditions and no external factors such as illness or trauma are introduced, and for this reason can grow to incredible size. However, a small percentage of individuals will live far longer and proceed into the Titanopod phase. It is worth noting that all Cephalrrior are subsurface beings, living in the liquid water oceans of their colonised worlds.
Posesessing 8 (eight) pairs of powerful tentacles and slender, cartilage-lined bodies, the Cephalrriors are extremely unusual, yet highly intelligent creatures. (Note: Even the dullest Cephalrrior is supposedly supposed to be able to exceed 600 IQ relative to Humans. Whether this is because of their massive brains that grow in accordance with their bodies, or due to some other unknown factor, is yet to be determined) Due to their extreme growth potential and living conditions, the average lifecycle of a Cephalrrior is divided into 4 (four) stages, each with it’s own distinctive situational circumstances and outward appearance and traits.

1: Polyp
The Polyp stage is often referred to as the baby stage, and is the first one that all Cephalrrior begin in. The Cephalrrior polyp is produced through the sexual interaction of 4 (four) sexually mature Cephalrrior, whereupon spores from each partaking individual divide DNA amongst themselves and reassemble into a spore-pod. This pod will find it’s way to any nearby suitable surface and attach itself, beginning the process of self-parthenogensis to produce a cloud of polyp-stage Cephalrriors. Cephalrriors at this stage are microscopically tiny, averaging just a few micrometers across, and having next to no capacity for intelligent thought. They simply wander the ocean currents, collecting nutrients from any source passing nearby. They grow quickly, leaving the polyp stage in roughly 3-4 weeks.

2: Medusaeus
Once the Polyp stage has been left behind, the Cephalrrior enters what is known as the Medusaeus stage, which is a form of transitional period between childhood and maturity for the Cephalrrior. During the stage the Cephalrrior begins cognitive development alongside it’s rapid physical growth, and it is experiences here that shape the personality of the Cephalrrior later on in it’s lifecycle. The Medusaeus stage can last anywhere between 1,000 to 1,500 years, and the Cephalrrior during this stage can reach anywhere from 1m (one metre) in length to 15m (fifteen metres).
-A young, 12m Medusaeus rests on a tectonic shelf on the ocean world of Yvar

3: Cephalion
Cephalrrior’s in this stage are perhaps the most well known to other species, as this is the main stage of the life cycle and when sexual maturity is reached. Cephalrriors in the Cephalion stage become truly awesome creatures, cans can range from 30m (thirty metres) in length to a colossal 100m (one hundred metres). The brain of the Cephalrrior is considered fully developed at this point and has incredible raw processing power and lateral thinking capabilities, as well as immense physical strength due to it’s size. However, the Cephalrrior is still biologically restricted to the water, though such limitations can be transcended with technology. Most Cephalrriors will die during this phase. Few Cephalrrior survive to the following stage.
The Cephalion stage lasts roughly 9,000 years in most cases.
-A Cephalion rises to the surface momentarily
-A Cephalion is imaged just below the ocean surface

4: Titanopod
A rare and terrifying form of Cephalrrior is the Titanopod Phase. This stage is only entered by particularly imposing Cephalrriors who are able to survive longer than their brethren. The Titanopod continues to grow unrestricted, and certain individuals have reportedly been seen at lengths of over a kilometre long, though undoubtedly larger such Cephalrrior exist. Theoretically, the largest Titanopod would be able to reach lengths of up to 10km (ten kilometres) though such theories are unproven at this time.
-Titanopod-12537AY-8C
-Titanopod- 16384RY-JV
-Titanopod-84913NT-5R

--

The highly intelligent and physically dominating species is only ever interacted with by other races when they don their specially crafted vessels: vast, advanced exoskeletons built to accommodate their truly monstrous forms. These exoskeletons are built to allow the Cephalrrior to survive inside, even out of water, and are so effective that they are also the means by which each individual Cephalrrior can travel in space. Exoskeleton design varies, but in general, they are reminiscent of giant mechanical spiders that move with the fluidity of such a biological counterpart. These exoskeletons are built to interface specifically with it’s owner, and can come with all sorts of enhancements. Through the exoskeletons, the Cephalrrior travel the systems, visit other races and do battle on land, space and air. Specific exoskeletons will often serve a specific role in a combat situation, though any Cephalrrior is capable of using it’s exoskeleton to great destructive effect if needed. When it comes to space combat, Cephalions will serve as the backbone of a fleet, swarming at foes with great speed and agility, and tearing them apart with powerful appendages, all the while Titanopods serve as the capital ships: while still agile and more mobile than any normal craft of equivalent size, they are often seen with great weapons fitted to their exoskeletons, unleashing a torrent of fire upon their enemies.

Racial Traits
-Older Cephalrriors are huge, imposing creatures. They are rarely seen in groups larger than two or three.
-Cephalrrior, thanks to their great size in comparison to most sentient species, are extremely physically strong and durable. All Cephalrrior individuals are truly terrifying forces to behold should they be enraged
-Cephalrriors are, primarily, an intellectual species, with a great focus on creative thinking. Science comes first to most Cephalrrior and they value intelligence and rationality.

Population
Unknown. The Deep comprises twelve worlds that are all within what is known as the Aquasphere, an area that is constantly showered by massive chunks of ice from a massive nearby comet, known as the LifeStar, that orbits the sector. These massive chunks of ice boarding worlds within the Aquasphere are the reason behind the density of worlds all classed as liquid water ocean planets. The exact population of the Cephalrrior is hard to count or even estimate due to their underwater nature, and due to the fact that they have never bothered to launch a formal survey into the matter.
It is thought that there are 30,000 adult individuals on each planet within The Deep, leading to a total population estimate of 360,000 adult Cephalrrior.

Culture/Society
Cephalrrior society is fundamentally different from those observed in humanoid cultures, with a vast subset of rules and makeshift laws that differentiate themselves from the moral codes set out by more conventional nations. First and foremost, the Cephalrrior have no leader, formal or not, and do not assign any such individual to that sort of role. This may be because Cephalrrior society does not allow for large groups to come together into large communities like other races. In fact, post mortem examinations of rare Cephalrrior corpses found beyond the Aquasphere have shown that they are biologically incapable of holding such communes as their Dunbar’s Horizon is significantly more restricted than those of Humans and their like. This means that there are groups of 10 (ten) to 15 (fifteen) Cephalrrior in each community (or Cephaol) who operate completely independently from other Cephaols. Such communities are brought together through various factors. Common factors include familial ties and common intrigue and interest. This means it is not unusual to find certain Cephaols who are incredible warlike and aggressive, while others will be dedicated to creation and learning. The Cephalrrior are an extremely diverse race, and do not all share a single philosophy, as they are in no way hive-minded or quasi-hive minded. They are extraordinarily individual, and the personalities of each Cephalrrior are incredible diverse.
Each Cephaol will claim it’s own area of ocean within their home world, and may choose to expand on their own terms, almost acting as a small nation of it’s own. Disputes between Cephaols are settled through combat or intellectual games, depending on those involved. It is not common for Cephalrrior to engage in diplomacy with other races that does not directly involve intellectual property, but it is known for some extremely territorial and conquesting Cephalrrior to attempt (and usually successfully) annex planets of other nations with surprising ease.
Over the generations, the Cephalrrior have become a form of guiding species to others in the galaxy; imparting wisdom to races who seek council from their vast experience and intellectual capacity. At least, some Cephaols will impart their knowledge… Others simply wish to kill those who come too close.
It would be unwise to summarise the Cephalrrior as one generalist socio-economic power, as they are about as diverse as they come. It is this unpredictability that allows them to remain so enigmatic, yet so respected and feared among the galactic community, as even in their small communities, their impact can be massive.
