Personality descriptions and background: Almeiden is an member of an alien race known as the Zeird. They are roughly humanoid in stature with notable differences in coloration and organ structure. What makes them unique is that they developed a symbiotic relationship with a race of AI beings. These beings inhabit an internal CPU within the cerebral cortex of each Zeird. Almeiden is a member of the warrior caste in his society, and has undergone procedures to make him, along with his AI partner, the most deadly weapon the Zeird have been able to create. He has a strong sense of duty to his world, and acts the part of the good soldier in going where is told and killing who he is ordered to. He has no cruel streak, or desire to harm more than necessary, in fact, he is obligated to make biologically based decisions when needed. whereas his AI, DFU-4893 calculates logic and statistics.
The Armor: The most devastating weapon that the Zeird have been able to manufacture is known as MPSOCA-Multi-phase-state oscillating combat armor. This is a meta-material that has a fluctuating atomic state, which grants it numerous abillites. When in it's normal form, it looks like a silvery second skin covering Almeiden's torso and limbs, but it can take on virtually any shape, and Almeiden's preference is for it to look like a tight fitting military jump suit. The Armor is very close to being a part of Almeidens body, it can't be removed, but the material can be drawn into his body through a series of ports in his skin.

Enhanced perception:
The AI living withing Almeiden's brain is extremely advanced. It can process information at 1/12 the speed of light. It uses the Armor as an external sensor with a 360 degree range in every direction. What this means in practicality is that it is very close to impossible to sneak up on Almeiden, as the AI would pick up vibrations, changes in ambient temperature, or any other kind of disturbance, this is effective within 25 yards of his body. The AI also gives Almeiden enhanced voluntary senses, such as telescopic sight and enhanced hearing.
Enhanced durability:
This is perhaps one of the Armor's greatest abilities. Given prior warning by the AI, the armor can shift into almost any material. In high threat situations, this bypasses Almeiden's control. If for example someone were to shoot a bullet at Almeiden, the AI would analyse the size, shape, and material of the bullet, and change the armor into the most effective material to deflect, or absorb the energy of the projectile. The armor also has limited energy absorption capabilities, it can absorb thermal, electrical and kinetic energies. This however slows down the armor's shifting ability until the excess energy is shunted due to the atoms maintaining a certain state to bind the energy. The armor's last ditch ability for defense is atomic locking. This allows the armor to condense into a state of 100% atomically dense material, which is theoretically the hardest matter that exists in the universe. The Downside to this is that the portion that undergoes this change must be shed as it cannot be unlocked.
Weapon creation and minor matter shifting:
The Armor contains enough surplus meta material to create nearly whatever kind of weapon the user desires. In a typical situation melee and energy projectile weapons are preferred, as conventional projectiles would waste material. Laser weaponry is easy to create, and the unstable materials in the armor can create a ready source of energy for the weapon. In Melee weapons, the Armor can fabricate virtually any weapon of any material not exceeding roughly 8 kilograms of mass. The Armor has the ability to convert matter into other matter on touch, however, the extent of how much the matter can be manipulated is dependent on the time spent converting it. A wooden plank could be transformed into a denser form of wood within a few seconds, but to turn it into gold would take 10-15 minutes. In this way the armor can replenish itself, but it takes at least a 24 hour time period to transform any type of matter into the complex form used in the armor.
Enhanced Physical abilities:
Due to alterations made to his body to be able to handle the armor, Almeiden has a high degree of strength, which can be bolstered by the armor, though only to a certain degree, the maximum amount Almeiden can lift is roughly 5 tons, though he can rapidly reduce the density of an object to make it lighter if needed.
Almeiden's reflexes are roughly twice that of a normal human, but in times of special need, the AI can optimize his nervous system to double that. Doing this for extended periods however will injure Almeiden though nervous system damage.
Healing factor and endurance:
If Almeiden is somehow injured, the armor can produce nano-machines to repair damage, this is not full proof however, as the machines are only so efficient. They can heal minor cuts and puncture wounds fast, but major blood loss, organ damage, or head wounds take much longer to heal. Limbs could be replaced, in time by assimilated matter turned into tissue, but this would take far longer than a battle would provide. The AI can block out pain receptors, but this runs the risk of not knowing when he has sustained damage.
