Yu-Gi-Oh! Action/turbo dueling RP

yeah my friends and I got so into it we actually duct taped duel disks to our bikes and had turbo duels in his apartment complex...with some tweaking to rules of course.

I can't even adjust my car's rearview mirror without swerving a bit to the sides, how the hell did you guys manage to duel while riding bikes xD?

we could all ride one handed or no handed in some cases. what made it better was having Bluetooth so we could be distances apart and still communicate. we even made it so one person was a judge and we had to check in so that they could prove we weren't cheating. and with all of us having different styled bikes it actually looked awesome all of us racing around and dueling. Usually we were LARPing out a story one of us had thought up.

For some reason i just love yugioh video games. Hate most card game video games and don't play yugioh TCG, but the video games I can't get enough of.

Aw hell yeah! But wait... I won't be able to use my AR with it, which means I can't just instantly have all the cards to make whatever decks I want, which means I have to start from the bottom using crappy cards....

My Shadollls... my Ghostricks... MY FRICKING ISWARMS AND BLUE-EYES!!!! CURSE YOU ANTI-AR FUNCTION!!!!!

Still might get it, though given the current conditions between me and my parents, that might be difficult. I also just remembered the cards I ordered from TCG Player come in next week, so I have to really get to the mailbox before my dad or risk having him throw them out...

If it's anything like the past DS yugioh games, it won't be that hard to get every card there is. I liked unlocking better packs and cards because it forced me to use cards i otherwise would have ignored and to constantly upgrade my deck.

Shaddolls are way too good. I have been playing lightsworn shaddolls on DN, and holy fuck, that deck is so easy to play, but the flip effects really play second to the sent to grave effects.

Oh I know they're too good, it's why I had their archetype banned in my Yugioh RP. I only have three Lightsworns in my Shadoll deck, and that's Minerva. The other way I send my Shadolls to the grave is through fusion, but I've been thinking about making that deck a legit Light-Shadoll deck.

Yeah I've played a twilight deck using Lightsworn and Achfiends and that was an interesting combo for sure.

Just added some more Lightsworns to my Shadolls after a bit of editing....

And got my ass kicked by a Utopia Ray thing equipped with a shit ton of ZW monsters. Cheap move...

I don't even see how that's fair considering the ZW monsters basically allow the damn thing to be immune to anything you throw at it. Battle, card effects, even the ZW monsters themselves are rendered immune to removal.

hmm,you could have used dragons set effect,or used lyla/dropped dragon to get rid of the ZW's, and used Nephilim to kill the utopia (as long as it wasn't normal utopia) and then bring out a Midrash to stun your opponents utopias a small bit.
You only need to run two lightsworns: Lyla and Ryko.

I think i'm gunnu set up an OOC here in a bit.

I had Nephilim out and then summoned Lyla to use her effect and destroy a ZW Tiger monster (it granted Utopia Ray immunity to destruction by card effects). Lo and behold though, the card stayed, so I couldn't do crap after that.
