Can I make my character able to shift into a wolflike creature? Or something cool like that? Because I think I may just have to be a Mage, because they are so cool.

Magic that is within people can do all sorts of crap... depending on what is in their soul.... it is how she uses Soul And Spirit magic, that isn't based on Ancestors or the Dead, but then again hers is also an ability, to see stuff others can't and read the future....
Other people, if they are a witch, can draw on magic based on what their soul's element is, if it is Nature then, it comes down to what, be it plants, animals, bugs, and so on... :3 so one could become a Beast if they were of Animal Nature, or of Jack of all Trades and had a bit of everything in them.... but that goes to say.... master of none. Most Witches though don't know this works because they are set in Tradition :3
The non witch people it takes far longer to tap into their power... Vampires can do this too.... but... they don't realize that they can.

Mystique uses Illusions for magic, as her soul drives her to cause chaos and confusion and trickery
Or it could be something else... too that drives her inside... no one ever knows till they look... It is like being a fire mage and finding out, after your powers are stripped you can use Ice better than you could ever use fire... or that you have many different aspects in you.... and then can colmenate(word?) them into a power.
For all we know, lily could have power over Material magic... to shape and change things ^_^ or make new things.

~Astral Projection: The ability to separate and control one’s astral body outside of the physical body. The out-of-body experience where one can travel outside of their body
~Enhanced senses
~Tactile Telekinesis: The ability to manipulate objects by touching them.
~Lethal Poison in her fangs
~She can preform vampirism, meaning she can make others into vampires. This rarely works though, and only on recently dead.
Personalty:
A smart person, she treats others as they should be treated; like youth needing a good lesson. Others like her are treated fairly, and though she treats witches with a kind heart, she looks down upon them and their witchcraft. Her bloodlust of course controls her, but with age she has learned to take care of it. While she is slightly old school she tries her best to act modern and polite. After all of this you may come to the conclusion she is a downright gentlewoman, which may or may not be true.
