Yeah I still wonder what happened to Zuko's mom. I think they made a comic to find out but I never read it so still unsure. But it was excellent. The filler added some additional life to the show. Unless it was too bad. Season 1 was not as good as season 2 or 3. :)

Yes. You needed season 1 to introduce the characters and get the story rolling. However, Azula, Ty Lee, and Mai coming in sure picked up the pace. Now, we not only have to train but we have to avoid getting killed by Azula. :)

Oh blast. I keep forgetting that ten years ago was 2004. Let's see. Summer is about 25 (a.k.a born in 1989) therefore, we have to be in the 80s.

Nope. *thinks* I dunno if non-canon could really interest me, as the canon characters are what held the charm for me, it's really hard to make an OC charming enough but not overly so. And it's a fandom I'd have to get used to before I ever felt ballsy enough to make an OC that isn't god awful..and the canons would probably have better interactions and personalities compared to OCs. >___>' For some reason, fandoms I'm new to, I prefer all canon to get used to things, rather than introduce a character which doesn't really belong in the universe. Though Picard and Riker should totally say hi to the Doctors at some point. (when we're plotting/writing drunk of course XD)

That works. Yeah making an OC fit a certain fandom can be difficult.
Though I find sometimes the opposite. OCs I can completely make up and give them their own personalities. Canon has to stick to a predetermined disposition and character. Sometimes a it harder to do. At least for me.
But then again, sometimes Canon are so much funner.

Either way, a proposal works. Especially as her father guesses who Summer is and knows she probably would like to see it.
Though, how she got there, he has no clue.

It could be a bit risky to have the Doctor talk to her parents, I guess it depends on timing. It was already risky to know her father knows. It's not really the same with Rose since his death (ending changed slightly, still happened) pretty much erased him remembering ever having met her from the future so there was no way for her mother or even Mickey to know who she really was. I think. I just don't know what you want Summer and her parents to do, do you want them to have one last chat after the proposal and leave or...?

He would be curious about how she made it back. Otherwise, we would have to come up with a reasoning of how he knew who she was but why he didn't wonder how she got there....

I don't know. We can probably wrap it up. But then again, there wasn't a lot of dialogue between the two.

It's up to you, if you make it known her father knows (if you keep it that he does) but if the Doctor finds out, he's going to want to leave ASAP, repercussions and all of her father finding out. Or there's the whole "make her parents super drunk" after Summer assured them or told them whatever it is she wanted to say to them, since they really haven't talked all that much, as I wondered, what you wanted Summer to say or do with her parents. But if they got drunk, it's more likely that they wouldn't remember a future Summer and thus her time line stays in tact?

I don't see them getting super drunk.
Maybe I'll just change it.... Make it slightly different, not where he knows....
It will make the whole thing easier.

Though if we ever did do the mini Summer episode, her parents will be a bit suspicious that the Doctor hasn't changed. :)
