"this is an execuation due to unlawful acts carried out by your people on ours. i expressly made it clear to the previous governer that he was to refrain from experimenting on my people. tide is living proof of him your people not being trustworthy" the high general replies with a furious tone, jumping from the bottom floor to the top before hanging up while mute continues poking the clone goddess

"I was under the knowledge that it was completely allowed...I think our friend the governor was deceiving us all. He told me he got willing samples from your people." The Emperor says, while Klonos smiles at Mute. "Hello, xeno...may I know your name?" She asks, smiling. Delta looks at the General. "I knew this was a bad idea from the start, but does anyone ever listen to the specialty clone, nooooooooo." She says, in a I told you so manner, getting a sideways glance from the Emperor.

"frankly, i'm not surprised... that man was... distasteful and no one was sad to see him go" the high general says with a sigh as he rubs his temples, mute pointing to her mouth and shaking her head. "there is no real way to solve this amicably..." the high general says evenly, his mind racing behind his eyes before he adds "i must request that you hand tide over to us. it's not going to be for permanent 'he is now ours' but... he is a sergal, vat grown or no, he deserves to be taught of his people"

".......He'll be given a communication device to stay in contact with us. If you take it from him, we'll come pick him up, your permission or no." The Emperor retorts, and soon, the elevator reaches the top once again. Tide, now bare of his metal armor, could be seen in totality. Like most Sergal, he was thin. However, this is where the similarities end. His fur seemed to be golden in hue, as electricity flowed though him. His right arm was without skin, muscle exposed. It oddly reminded the general of a tentical, with how it looks to lack bones in it. For even a sergal, he is tall, matching Mute for height. His eyes currently glowed with a lightening gold. His other arm looked muscular, and well kept. Across his chest, many scars could be seen, bare of fur. Tide takes a few steps forwards, the metal floor under his feet glowing due to the electricity flowing though him.
"You there...how many of your foes have you killed in combat, general?" Tide asks his foe. The emperor is..shocked into silence, as if he'd not seen tide like that. The only one to speak is Delta, who says simply "...holy fuck that looks sorta badass..."

Smiling, Gunner hugs her from behind. "Sorry Theta...butttttt, I brought you a present you're gonna like!" He says, grinning. Maka looks at Theta. "..She looks strange." She whispers to herself, and Solaire looks her down. "..She reminds me of someone I rather disliked...." He says, not overly pleased.

"i stopped caring honestly" the general replies to tide before turning back to the emperor and saying "that is agreeable. he'll be under the care of mute rather than myself. she's in charge of education and record keeping" which causes mute to lift her head, having been braiding klonos's hair after a short, one sided discussion on the idiocy of men

Theta looks at you and smiles "I appreciate the gift, and the visit." Asura looks at theta and shudders a little "reminds me of a dream I had about 300 years ago..."

"Hmph. Sounds like you must either be merciful, or a moron. Either way, let's drop your ki- wait, what are you talking about?" Tide asks. "You're going to be learning about sergal culture." The emperor says. "..Ok, after me and the general finish our fight." Tide says, only caring about his fight. Delta groans, before a vector pad appears under tide, sending him out a window.
"He'll be fine. The fall will cool him off." Delta says, annoyed. Klonos would let her hair be braided, and would try to talk about pleasant subjects, such as how nice Mute looked.

Mute, being mute of course, left the conversations surprisingly short since her only reponse would be various hand gestures that was up to klonos to decipher while just having fun with her new friend which would seem surprisingly childish despite the fact that she looked to be fairly old... or at least as far as most could tell since it was rather difficult for sergals and for all they knew she was born a few days ago...

"thank you. Also, after thinking about your request and having my head cleared by the rather sudden intake of adrenaline i've come to the conclusion that we'll simply offer our teleportation services, for a modest fee of course, rather than leaving you completely in the dark... i'm sure this would be agreeable versus having to remake an entire scientific field of study to the point that you could recreate our systems" the high general asks evenly

Gunner begins to give Theta the vials, naming what cool dna quirks they have. He smiles, and hopes that his gifts make Theta happy. Maka sighs. "...Oddly, it somewhat reminds me of I think that time you got me a large amount of books." Maka says to Asura, smiling. Solaire patiently waits, but taps his foot.

"That sounds agreeable." the emperor says. Soon, Tide returns, and he glances at Delta, lighting shooting form his eyes, causing her to fly out of a window. "She'll be fine, but I hope she lands on a spike..Karma, bitch." Tide says, angry. The Emperor sighs. "..How well is he going to fit in, or do I need to give you a tranq gun that's strong enough...." Logar says.

"mute, show them your stuff" the high general replies, mute standing up before poking tide's neck, shoulder, and ribs before he collapses, unable to move or feel anything aside from drool running down his chin while mute happily returns to braiding klonos's hair, the braids getting rather ornate and intricate.

"aside from the larger cities i think he'll like it... we're alot more militaristic than the clones so he'll find our normal practices to be agreeable with his temperment at least in the smaller towns. we can work out the details of the toll for using our gates... although, as a show of trust, i'd like to show you something back in the capital that you may have seen if you paid attention to high intensity scans once the festivities are over" the high general says evenly

"Odd, how a rumored mad bounty hunter would manage to...function well enough socially to attempt romance." Solaire chuckles to himself. Some dirt behind me rustles a bit, but not overly so. Most likely a mouse, or a mole...

Asura smiles back. Remembering the way she smiled. Theta downs one of the vials and says "I think I'll save the rest for later." She looks at gunner and adds "I appreciate the gifts and all, but honestly, the best part was the visit. It gets kinda lonely out here y'know?"

"Hehehe. Well, I'd visit more..but I've been busy making a killing recen...ok, bad choice of wording, but you get my meaning." Gunner says, hugging Theta tighter. Then, from behind him, a man in what appears to be medical scrubs bursts out of the ground, and plants his thumbs right above Gunner's ears. Just before this connects, Gunner's facial expression becomes slightly different, as if he had tensed up some muscles that...don't make sense for him to have.
"Ha! Got you, Butcher! You're already dead..." The man in the scrubs says, grinning. "..Is that so? How long do I have then...." Gunner asks the man, rather..unimpressed.
"Ten seconds. I'll count it down for you...." He says, before beginning to count down.
"Ten."
"Nine."
"Eight"
"Seven"
"Six"
"Five."
"Four"
"Three..."
"Two..."
"One..."
"....Oh no."

Gunner smiled, and simply stuck a finger into the man's nose. After a few moments, the man's head begun to swell, and deform, before exploding. Gunner's finger appeared to be glowing hot, but not burning him. With a laugh, Gunner turned around to see the disturbed looks of Maka, and Solaire...

Asura looks impressed "the hokuto no ken if I'm correct. Pretty nasty in the right hands." He muses ".......how exactly do you know that?" Theta asks

"Huh? Oh! No no no. I didn't do that....I used magic to heat the inside of his skull extremely quickly. The pressure made his head pop like a grape. HE tried to use that on me though, I think...luckily, I was able to move my pressure points out of the way at the last moment. I learned that little trick after fighting someone who used acupuncture to fight." I say.
"You have..heat manipulation abilities?" Maka asks, confused. "Yea. Learned them to counter my fear of fire...." I retort. "...Tell anyone what you just heard, I'll do what I did to his head, to your entire body." I then say, looking at everyone except theta. Solaire remains silents, and Maka sorta gets a worried look on her face.
