[IC] HCL 2: Twisted tinkers' triumph

Eclipse hears the announcements. Perhaps it was good that he stayed to listen. Once arrived via teleportation at the city, the chaos could really be seen. Undead sergals were fighting living sergals. Eclipse's old friends were nowhere to be seen. "Please, take this gun. My goddess provides me with my weapons, and I will not use it. Then, the angel raised his sword upward in a salute before flapping up into the air.

The center of action was clear. All guns were aimed at this undead, crazed monster with some kind of magical gauntlet. Lazerfire etc were all aimed there. Eclipse looked around for where he was needed most. Surely, it was to defeat the insane undead lord, but the small army of undead were also killing and inhibiting the Sergal soldiers. The paladin chose to begin with them and charged downward, a wave of holy energy bouncing off his blade in front of him to cleave a line of undeads in half, also burning their bodies. "Hold fast heroes!" he called antiquatedly.

As drac opens fire on the sergal ships a great shield in the shape of a ravenous monster's face appears, seeming to devour the energy before dissipating, the sergals on the ground holding their own against the undead and actually turning the tide as another five drop form the frigate, not teleport, just step out and drop to the ground with a crash, the undead forces completely decimated once the dust clears to show kalus with rather large gauntlets, mute with a sword and shield, a massive sergal in what appears to be furs with a club twice her size layed over her shoulders lazily, with another sergal weilding a high powered rifle in each hand next to them, the fifth one completely towering over them and dropping directly onto drac, her lance piercing through him before disappearing as she kicks him up and over to kalus, his chin being rocketed up before he's face planted into the ground and then launched to the side, seeming to crumple with kalus's kicks seeming blindingly fast.

Drac is then kicked over to mute who seems to be going at three times her normal speed, covering him in slashes and broken bones with her shield before being knocked over to the sergal wielding the club, his stomach crashing into the end before he's smashed into the ground hard enough for him to bounce up and be launched with another strike to the stomach high into the air, the laser rifles wielded by the other sergal high general causing him to rise higher and higher until he's within eclipse's range

Drac has no signs of stopping while he is still being attacked, but oddly, Asura's actions have halted a large amount of his rage.

"......I give up. Kill me. Seriously, I give in..." Saeid says, face planting. "....Damn, this is awesome! I can scare the shit outta people!" Gunner says.

"He seems to be a bit more calm though." Asura thinks. Ready to act

As this happens, soon, he lets out a roar, an explosion of dark energy ripping though the world, several ships being upturned, and then exploding. Several sergal troops are reduced to little more than skeletons. Drac now stands, his body repaired, as his eyes no emanate a darkness, rather than a rage.
"...I'm going to kill you..." He says, pointing to the warrior queen. In a blur, his fist strikes into her stomach, shattering her armor, and her shielding, as he unleashes a flurry of attacks, knocking her about. The undead, in their native land, keep getting up, pure spirits, rather than using physical bodies. The Sergals laser weapons have no effect on them, as slowly, they are over ran by the undead on the ground. In the air, spirits causing the ships to start to malfunction. It's obvious if they don't start a retreat, their chances of surviving would start to wane.

Asura can see a great sadness in Drac's soul after the blast, a void in the center of once infinite happiness. However, among the souls fighting for Drac, one had slipped behind Asura, and given him a hug. Maka was there, crying. ".....What happened....." She asks, her voice all to real to Asura.

".....Oh god the things I could do with that. I could finally see the inside of places I couldn't before! Like the insides of banks..the inside of operating rooms......the insides of girl's bathrooms..." He starts, listing many rooms men wouldn't go into without it being parts of their jobs.

One of the high generals orders a fall back, the warrior queen being the first to be teleported out before everyone else is, the ships that had survived the engagement returning intact enough to be repaired while the living care for the injuries, the dead that had remained in drac's realm just sort of wandering around confusedly while eclipse is sort of lost in the chaos and is dropped at a random universe due to the hasty retreat.

Over time the sergals heal, rebuild, and repopulate, the process taking a good month before their forces are at what they once were, the warrior queen still bearing a couple broken bones that had simply refused to heal while the high generals did damage control, additional frigates being constructed with fully functioning corvette cores before being launched to explore additional realms to discover new technology or hidden peoples that could be learned from.

Asura looks at maka ".....shit happened." He says. Turning around and hugging her back "I promise. I'll find a way to fix everything....."

"Just be careful how you use it." Theta says with a frown "or else you'll feel lucky to be a ghost."

Drac sees the new members of his undead forces, and floats down to tell them the bad news of their deaths. He does offer them the chance to be revived, and sent back, if they truly wish, but it does come at a cost. Their children would bare a marking, like a fist, which would mark them of the linage of those brought back. And when they died, their souls would become forsaken, serving Drac....

the sergals refuse, seeming to reach a group decision after a bit of organization, seeming to value their future too much to be greedy with their own lives, many of thier mates having actually survived the fight to care for their children in their stead. However, they do help clean up after learning that this was their new home, most of them actually eating their own corpses or just tossing them into the void before looking into forming a small township of the dead for their kind as well as some form of crop or good that could be produced.

"...I think Drac's already on that page." Maka says, seeing Drac's deal making with the sergals.

"Are you worried I'd peep on girls?" Gunner asks her. "...Oh, the girl's bathroom thing! Oh, no, I just want to see if they're as clean as they're made out to be......seriously, some dude's bathrooms are disgusting. I always heard girl bathrooms are really clean..." He says, thinking about it.

They had no tasks, and were left to do whatever they wished. In the forsaken realm, they were the leaders of their own afterlives. Several undead welcome them as family, giving hugs and such. Drac just watched from above, as he floated down to his shattered home...his shattered life. All he had truly worked for...gone. He just sat in the rubble of his home, and sniffled slightly...before a spirit appeared, like a flame of blue. Lisa appeared, and glomped Drac. He froze, before hugging her back, crying. The fighting had stirred the world enough that a flame could be sparked. That flame, was the flame that rekindled Lisa.

".....I think he's suffered enough. If someone ever took you from me, I'd react very much the same." Maka says. Drac looks over at Asura, and frowns a bit more...but Lisa then appears, and hugs him, making him cry with happiness at her being around still. Maka smiles. "......well.......what now? I'm pretty sure I'm stuck here, on this side...." Maka says, sadly...although, Asura did know Drac allowed people to visit their loved ones at any time.

"Ugg. Seriously, not all dudes are ok with pig pens..." Gunner says, a bit perturbed...then he thinks for a moment. "How would you know what the inside of a dude's restroom would look like?" He asks, sorta giving her an accusing look.

"I could visit you." Asura suggests "drac would allow it."

"I had absorbed the dna of a drug dealer, and was using it to infiltrate a crime organization. It was a dude so I was fine." Theta explains evenly

Soon, they find a strange land, populated with insectoid creatures. These creatures use sonic cannons, and have a rather impressive droid army, the robotic warrior's ability to fight matching that of sergals, at least when it came to foot troop v.s foot troop. The insectoid race themselves wielded strange magics, and their leader is something shrouded in mystery....

the dead sergals pretty much just sort of float around, feeling rather bored since they aren't able to produce anything or do any form of work.

The live sergals however, fire a small holo-pod at the planet which springs up a bit to show the commander of the frigate in full regalia as she says "hello insectoid species. this device transmits an image of myself from my ship. we have come seeking other species with which to trade, and/or learn from. what do you offer if anything?" before awaiting a response with her arms behind her

"Really?" Maka asks.

"...I forgot you could do that. Question, did you sorta get any of my dna from our....make out session?" He asks, seeming a bit hopeful.

Drac sees this, and walks over, putting his hands together and producing seeds. "..These plants will grow fresh bodies for use. You can grow these, if you wish." He tells them, smiling warmly. Lisa floats about, hugging one. "You're fluffy..." She says, smiling, and then petting them. To the, she'd interact with them as if they were both alive.
