The creature just cackles, and oddly it seems to not need breath. "I talk for both him, and I...know that well." It hisses at the creature. The man sighs. "..You'll get used to him. He's rather useful if you give him some leway" The man says, dusting himself off a bit.

"souls" the creature reminds the man evenly, the other creature which i'm going to call sally able to tell that it's growing more annoyed as it stabs through sally's neck to physically prevent it from speaking

It keeps cackling. "You can't defeat us both. I'd get your blade out of my throat, before I decide to eat it..." The monster cackles, seeming to, oddly, enjoy being stabbed, and also, the blade doesn't seem to really effect Its speech.
"We need them more than you do, to be frank. We'll get you different souls, but it will be after we stop the Omegans." The man says, and twitches slightly.

the creature just sort of squeezes sally's head until it rolls off before saying "I'm beginning to grow even more annoyed. If you want my help then pay me. One now, one after. that is customary"

Sally catches their falling head, and sticks it back on their shoulders. "Ohohohohohohohohohoh that tickled..." It coos, the cut vanishing as Its red flesh seems to fuse back together.
"....Fine." He says, sighing. He then opens a portal, and leans into it, rummaging though it. "Where is that...ah, here it is." He says, pulling out a rather large soul, but it oddly enough seems more...soular fat, than bulk. "How does this seem?" He asks, holding it out to the creature.
"OOoooohhhh, that's a juicy one..." The creature says, sorta arching its fingers together, drooling a little..the spit catching fire where it lands, bright red flames forming where the spit lands.

The creature crosses it's arms and stares at him for a solid minute before remembering it can't make facial expressions and saying "not one of the two i meant"

"You can't have those two. We need them." The man says, and then Sally looks forwards.
".....Could..I have that soul?" It asks, sorta drooling quite a bit, and the man sighs. "..Here." He says, and he hands off the soul to Sally, who rather than eats the souls, starts to..what appears to be un-weaves it.

"for my payment" the creature adds to the end of his sentence, very obviously only going to except one of those two or one of a similar state

Sally soon reforms the soul, it infusing it with the darkness of the abyss, giving it a dark property.
"Will this work?" Sally asks, holding it near it. The man sorta looks hopeful, as if really wanting the deal to go though.

"strong, but no particular... uniquity to it" it replies evenly after a good few seconds of looking it over earnestly, looking for reasons not to take it rather than looking for the obvious ones to do so

Sally thinks, and then it leans over to the creature. "Remember that nasty bit of work Cosmos?...imagine his soul...all that mystical flavoring....it can be yours..and the void walker..her soul..who know what's it is like? You can have that one too..you can have all their souls..." He chuckles at the wire creature. The man sighs, and takes the dark soul, sorta holding it tenderly.

"silence" the creature says evenly, removing it's head and cauterizing the wounds on both ends with the same blow, moving fast enough for it's arm to enflame of their own accord before he turns back to the man, awaiting his addition

Once again, Sally simply puts its head back on, the flesh, despite the wire creature's attempts, not even so much as smoking. "Hehehe...I touched a nerve.." It says, grinning widely.
"Stop taunting him..." The man growls, and sighs. "What kind of soul do you want?" He asks the creature. "I can't give you the two souls you want, so tell me what kind of souls you would want in return."

"strong, unique, and singular" the creature replies evenly, pretty much excluding everything but those two unless the couple had other boss souls

"..Well, unfortunately, we apparently can't reach an agreement. But you seem to at least have some knowledge of basic commerce, so I will explain this. In this land, you kill something, you can take its soul. I killed those two, so I get their souls. If you try to kill me, I will take your soul..or...whatever is closest to it. You won't beat both of us. Do not try. We will both leave you be, and leave, letting you go out and do your own thing. We're going to go make sure existance is still around, for you to go do your own thing. Ok? ok. Come one boss, we're leaving." The man says, sighing, as he and the large snake creature begin to vanish in puffs of flame.

Once they leave it simply sinks into the abyss and rises to the uppermost point it can, sitting down to let it's senses stretch to their limits before it detects three things of interest: a great and ancient soul, more ancient than the land it was in. Twin souls of light dancing about each other, each weak but together they're as strong as the soul that had been snatched from he creature. Finally, there was the soul of a great archer, blinded by jealousy... literally rather than metaphysically.

The first point of interest the creature heads towards is the ancient one, it's flight through the canyon becoming obvious upon arrival before it too notices it's opponent and begins a circling manuver and prepping for an attack only for it's jaw to be speared along with it's head, it's body being crashed down to the earth before black flames envelop the insides of it's skull, scouring it of it's brain and killing it painlessly before it's soul begins to hover above the corpse, the creature grabbing it before sinking it into it's skin, a black and red metal egg comeing back out before the creature takes some time to hollow out it's head to use as a storage space for the 'egg'

Nothing of note happens, the dragon dying and such, and the wire creature is left to do as he pleases once again, but he can feel a smaller soul near by, not a mighty one, but an interesting one. It has some strange oddities to it that he hadn't quite sensed before.

While the soul was interesting, it handles the twin guardians left in place of their predeccessor, easilly beating them before combining their souls and letting it sink beneath it's skin to form another egg, this one seeming to ripple with barely contained energy as it adds it to it's "egg holder" before going to leave and stopping for a moment, realizing that it couldn't leave things this way it sits down, gathering the generic souls it had gotten on it's travels into it's palms before taking a few moments to practice weaving them like he'd seen sally do, finally getting the desire results, he places them in the two small creatures, healing their wounds so they revive properly before leaving them to continue their species.

Once the creature's business is complete it seeks out the small yet interesting soul.

It finds what appears to be a woman, kneeling before a small make shift grave placed outside of where the arena was. She looks over at him. "..Strange being, leave me be. I have no need to talk to one such as you." She says, not diverting her eyes to him.

"are you perhaps here to mourn the knight that was once here?" the creature asks evenly as it looks around, it's armor radiating darkness
