"My car broke down and the mechanic was extremely hot so I started hitting on her while she was fixing my car so she was distracted leading her to screw it up, explaining the 5 hour delay." He says, extremely fast, sweating so much he is drenched. He managed to say it all in under ten seconds.

the man stops the stop watch and puts away his phone, before asking "did you at least get her number?" in a somewhat joking tone as the smile returns

"well, your story checks out, and i have no real reason to harass you any longer so i'll be leaving" the man replies before disappearing only to appear in a gout of black flame in front of marco, immediatly flashing his internal investigator credintials as he appears. "sir i'm going to need you to answer a few questions regarding an incident that occured regarding falsified mail" the man says evenly, his voice bored as he recites the overly said phrase that's most likely been trained into him for quite some time

Damien hurried his feet as he walked home. The woods were getting more dense, and sun was getting precariously low. He whispered a plea not to be caught outside the walls of Zeigsturhl before the gates closed. Vampires were rare, but they asked no questions and took no prisoners. Unfortunately, somehow, he was lost. A mist began building slowly as the air began to cool. He was growing incredibly anxious. "Hello!" He called, just to see if anyone, any humans, might be near enough to lead him home.

"Whoo...are you?" He asks, sorta smiling.

he finds a woman in a field of blue flower buds in the middle of a forest clearing, seeming to be tending to them as she hums, the mist seeming to thin around her as night grows closer, seeming to be either unaware of the vampiric threat
