Rebels are supposed to be in Konoha I think. So just mingling I guess?

Rebels are in Konoha, yes. At sunset, they will begin a revolt and attempt to take back the village from the Empire.

And as unfortunate as it is, if Durneh doesn't edit soon, you guys should edit your posts anyway.
