Does anyone want their characters drawn? :D I'm not that good but I'll try if anyone wants me to.

Wouldn't dragons need to exist in that world? As far as I know, they don't.

Fuck sage mode. Freaking sharingan counterpart. So overrated. So much raaaaaaaaaaaaaaaggggggggggggeeeeeeeeBeing 'original' with sage mode: Choose a cool animal Being 'original' with Sharingan: Choose new, cool MS powers Someone needs to be from Inuzuka clan to be soooooo hipster and kewl. Fucking around aside, contemplating new Chuunin character for some random side. Maybe some lame neutral character. Dunno. Hello people.

Who says they don't? I didn't see no rule about how dragons couldn't exist. If talking frogs and talking dogs can exist as summons, surely talking dragons could. Plus, there's a fucking jellyfish sage. If there could be one of that, surely a Dragon sage wouldn't be out of the question. xD

*would like to point out that frogs, jellyfish, and dogs are living creatures. Dragons are myths.
*But for the sage thing, I thought you had to have a really close relationship with your summon to become a sage. Then train at their home, then of course you have to take in chakra, and take on some characteristics of your summon? Isn't being a sage much harder than just...being friends with a summon?

I know I was against it, but look at the Snake Sage from the canon series. He was a fucking dragon, so there's proof that in the naruverse, dragons exist. I know it was for an entirely different type of sage, but that's where creativity of the rper comes into play.

If it's an animal, then it should have the possibility to be a "great sage", despite it being of real nature or so called "myths". And by that logic, whoever bonds with a dragon should, by all rights, become a Dragon Sage.

Screw dragons, they're too overused and overrated anyway. Be a Chinchilla. Or a cactus. Or a centipede.

I have a character named Soria Tetsukuzu-Senju (aka Soria of the Forest). He's technically a sage because he passively absorbs natural energy from nature (plant life) and he has an intimate bond with nature (flora specifically), hence his alias and partially his ability to manipulate plants. So yeah. Technically, a sage is just someone who absorbs natural energy and uses it for jutsu. The animal sages just tend to have an advantage since they also get to take on traits of their summon(s) giving them additional physical characteristics.
