If anyone here thinks Mei is S-rank I'm going to #Die. Sometimes Kage aren't really S based on skill, but leadership and diplomacy, which means Mei must be doing something right in those fields because she can't fight on the level of two of Konoha's strongest jounin. Sorry, but its true.

The Kakashi vs Tsunade thing is silly too because Kakashi has gotten significantly more time and development. I would hope that Tsunade would have more tricks that have been unveiled.

Uh... I think she revealed everything in Vs Madara. Though Kakashi + Guy would destroy anything :3 They held back a couple of undead jinchuuriki in their tailed forms xD
Also, Kakashi probably has a LOT more jutsu than we've seen. First of all, he has 4 elements(anime), which means he knows almost every single elemental jutsu he's witnessed with the sharingan. And that's a LOT.

Nope, Kishimoto's best 'card' to give her was Bykaugou which did nothing but delay the inevitable anyway. He's really screwed every female in Naruto over, especially Kurenai who had become pregnancy fodder. Even her dad told her to 'Have a kid before you do something stupid' when she was younger.

Indeed, he screwed them over hard.

I still love what he did Madara, the best types of villains are the ones that seem unbeatable.

So unbeatable he had no idea how he was going to write his defeat, so he goes with a --

I disagree. Best types of villains are those that are doing what no one else can, or are just psychopaths.

Best type of villain?

Aizen - Was pretty much unbeatable. Bland character with no backstory and a shikai that would make a 4 year old girl look immensely overpowered. To top it off, his plan was boring as crap.

All DBZ antagonists in the beginning of an arch - Do punches and powers, they do nothing. Some dumb shit training + Get pissed off for new magical form = Same techniques but evil guy is like OMGWTF and get punched. Then failed Genkidama.

The thing with these bad guys is that you know the protagonist (or one of them) would have to shit out some even more stupidly powerful ability which makes you think how pointless character development is in these cases. Goku gets moar muscles all of a sudden, Ichigo comes out of the closet with his sword and suddenly becomes God.

So yeah, asspulling endings there.

A good Antagonist: Meruem. Well developed, he didn't appear unstoppable while keeping a very dominant role, just very clever and was obviously quite strong. He was still hard to kill but we pretty much knew all about his goals and how he was this strong. No ass-pulling.

Every power-up in DBZ made sense and mattered in some form until Buu Saga, and that's where the show died entirely. We don't talk about offscreen SSJ2 and 3 Goku here... not many asspulls in the Frieza and Android/Cell arcs that I recall.

Bleach is boring in general.

You know who's a good villain? Sergeant Barnes from Platoon!

EDIT: DBZ Battle of the Gods wasn't all that bad.

I guess you're right.

Well no, Gohan killing Cell was a bit of a turn-off depite it being expected. OMG GOKU'S TOTALLY NOT DEAD GHOST HELPED A LIMPING GOHAN A BIGGER KAMEHAMEHA. But i digress. Made sense with Frieza yeah. No wait, a simple fucking Katana killed him in like 20 seconds. I take back what I said, that was fucking bad.

The middle of the current arc, then perhaps maybe(that's a stretch). However, recent chapters(the last three or four) have proved to getting back to the core of things. At least, that's where I stand on things.

It's been shown beforehand that even when Goku's died he's maintained a physical form and King Kai's got a range of abilities to allow him and anyone who touches him to see people and contact them on other planets. How is Goku encouraging his son to finish what was started bad? Not to mention Vegeta gave Gohan the opening needed and if that didn't happen Gohan was probably going to lose. Frieza lost to another Super Saiyan, it was proven he couldn't beat one. This is a shock too?

I was just saying that Madara was cool to me. The best villains are in comic books, they are powerful and very human as well. There are no villains better than the Joker, Darkseid and Atrocitus, I'm just saiyan

When you put it that way, guess it makes sense.
I can understand that the power tiers had been boosted for the next arc, but c'mon, the great threatening tyrant Frieza gets insta killed a minute after his twist appearance. Beats his death in GT though.

It's usually meant to set up the next threats. Someone like Trunks can defeat Frieza within minutes and Goku couldn't, and there are people coming up even stronger than Trunks? Sets the tone: No one as they were, except Goku, might've had any chance and would've died were they not ready. That's all it is, making the newest Super Saiyan look hype and then revealing there are people he can't touch.

Yeah let's not talk about the trash that is GT xD. You can say DBZ post Cell saga is bad and I won't say a word, but anything before Buu Saga I'll have to disagree. Frieza and Android/Cell arcs were pretty damn good to me.

I did like Baby from GT for some reason. Added some weird backstory for saiyans. The rest gave me cancer though.
Funny how the Red Ribbon Army, the shittiest of shitholes at first could build the most powerful entities in the universe.
