I should probably get a post up but I'm currently swamped in my dissertation and its veritable mountain of preparatory notes so I might be a while yet.

The good news is that after the 14th May I'll be completely free... that is until July when I start panicking that wedding preparations aren't ready >.<

Just a heads up to everybody, I've only got about another month of regular posting. Then it's going to be sundays only, if then for the summer.

I'll be working the oil fields in West Virginia, pulling 6-day weeks and 10-hour days, makin' that money... I'll be on when I can, but it won't be often. Sorry guys.

Ladies and gentlemen. Today, I lost control of my bike at 50 mph. I was in a turn, trying to take the corner too fast, when my rear tire decided it no longer wanted to be under my bike. My tank is dented, my forks are slightly out of alignment, and the spikey bits I glued to the rear are broken off. Beyond that, there is no structural damage, and I rode the bike home.

I was wearing no helmet, and a sleeveless shirt under my colors.

I am completely uninjured.

Friends, it is official. I am an immortal.
