Do you mean next weak or is that some kind of saying that I don't get.
Ideally speaking they would land off the coast of the nearest land as determined by some kind of machine so in theory they should be pretty close. Somewhere in old world Houston is what I'm thinking that way by they're still above water because of the sea level rising, but close enough to land. If they were to somehow fall off the raft and dive deep enough they'll probably see tall buildings and skyscrapers of some kind, maybe. Anyway using that logic we can have them on the boat for a day or two.
Two days should be enough for them to last since they have metal canteens with drinking water in them, and packed processed food bard which should last them a good few days.
As for tools they'll have oars which will be located on the sides of the raft, they can use the pods to sleep in if they wish, but they have thermal sleeping bag with a pillow which they can use and the space blanket both of which are n their bag. As for food they have the food/energy bars packed with protein and nutrients that is both filling and tasty, it's kind of like space food, but in bar form which they can eat in bar form or cook it allowing it to expand. They can use anything they can find or anything their bag (I'll edit that now so I can provide more details) to find food in their own.
As for finding food they won't find any fish in the sea nor will they find birds. The reason for this is that modern fish and flying birds are delicate types of species that required decades of stable environments for them to grow and in a post apocalyptic setting that doesn't happen. The team can still find avian species and sea creatures of course, but the birds probably wont be able to fly and the sea creatures are more likely to be crustaceans and deep sea fishes than actual fish.
Anyway you can add any sort of equipment on the boat as long as you run it by me first just in case it's impossible in the setting we have.
