That's right -- you're rumored to be . (Whatever means. Pfft. )
You and your people lost the war, don't try steppin' to me, holmes.

He's Canadian, right?
This is really the worst thing someone has said to me. I don't know what I did to you to deserve it. :/
no but uh I'm Californian, and I can be as nice as I want, capisce?!

Ohhhhh, that's Zump. Either I've not been paying attention or people have really low standards for what qualifies as a 'Nat clone', because I haven't seen them display that.
I didn't say they were, I just included anyone who was seen that way. Also Larfleeze, you should do a post too. You kinda hang out on the outside (on purpose I assume), and I'd like to know more about you.

I'll give it a shot."what drew you to rping?", Well, so, I first found out about rping when I first discovered the desolate waste land of the Spore Forum. I read up on it, looked at a couple of sites and liked the idea of a "game", and a "collaborative story", where anything can happen. "where'd you get your username from?", This ones sort of funny. If you stalked me, you would know that I use my username on any site I use, not very safe, I know. I first thought up my username when I was six or seven and joined Club Penguin. My girl-cousins showed the game to me. "what about Spam appeals to you?" I like being part of a community, I also like how you can post anything, within reason, to have a conversation that happens naturally. I came to spam for the games, and although they're sparse, I like those too. This is part of the reason I "idolized" Nat, I thought there was a niche I could fill there, when I thought Nat was loved and accepted, not that I won't like someone who isn't, and didn't realize my actions would be frowned upon."what are your other interests besides roleplaying/writing?" I like to read, and play computer games. XD I prefer multi player games, or MMOs. (I play almost anything done by Artix Entertainment.) I do a little bit of soccer and want to try out for the school team, I'm a little nervous though, they take the game a lot more seriously than I do. I also am a Boy Scout, I do with my church. I am apart of the Church of Jesus Christ of Later Day Saints, or a Mormon to most. I am in middle school. I also aspire to be an Astro Physicist when I get a career. I also like to make tops out of random things. I am also really good at writing choppy sentences. I am human. There, now all you sharks may feed on me since you caught me in your trap.P.S.My favorite ____ is:animal: Axolotl.band: Imagine Dragonscomic: Axe CopAsk away.
Thanks Joe, insightful answers. I had the same attraction to rping when I was around 13. It seemed like there were so many possibilities.

Wow. Yes it does. How did I not notice this? Anyway, I made it up on the spot as "Zump1" for a Poptropica account and never bothered to come up with anything else (outside of changing it slightly). My "anti-nat-clone back story" is that I live in Melbourne, Australia, but I've been so deeply ingrained with those cyber safety pamphlets and talks that I'd rather not say my actual age. I'm a guy, which I think everyone assumed already, although I cried at The Fault In Our Stars and have very girly hair.I joined the Guild mostly because no-one around me really does roleplaying, and this stigma has sort of been attached to those who do. I found the Guild, read some posts, and decided it was awesome. Also, saying "the Guild" sounds badass. My non-RP interests include writing(which is kinda the whole point of RPs, but...), drawing, combining the two in some form, video games, soccer, tennis and last but not least: riding the Information Superhighway in search of a "byte" to eat (get it?).I hope that this isn't the randomly generated "profile" used by Nat clones or something...
Nah you're fine, you sound like you. Melbourne eh? It's supposed to be pronounced 'melbin', right? my aus friends always ragged on me when I said "mel-born." lol
Soccer is awesome, played it as a kid. And I used to be super paranoid too, I still don't give out my last name if I can help it.

You redeemed yourself with Devoid, and then you snipped it out. I'm conflicted.
I'm still curious what that's all aboat.
Alex said I found out what roleplaying was back when I played runescape (shutup don't judge).
haha, I played it too when I was 13-14, no judgment here!
Alex said I was some weaboo angel thing if I remember correctly
My very first rp, at 13 yrs old, no lie, I was an archangel that would like faint from some sort of health problem (no idea) at the most randumb times.
Alex said I was a fox. I liked roleplaying because at the time, I was in a dark point in my life and writing helped. My self-image was built on perceiving myself as intelligent, and what is more intelligent than a good writer? This was all about 6 years ago.
First time I've felt like I really got insight into you. Thanks for opening up. But now I have more nosy bastard questions. :/
Alex said After a brief stint on GAIA Online (Again, don't judge. We've all done things we regret) and tried roleplaying there for a while.
One of my oldest online friends, known her since I was 14, has been (or was, not sure about most recently) on Gaia for 8+ years, so no judgment there. A place to rp is a place to rp. :)
Alex said some scifi colonization thing.
this right here is my shit. i approve.
Alex said Well, apparently the only other facet of my personality is my sexuality according to some sources, so there's that.
lmao
Alex said My interest is in computers. I'm heading off in august to study computer science at NYU. Should be interesting! I also like linguistic and language
I think you told me the languages part, but I didn't fully realize this. We're like mirror images for major.
Alex said I like to believe there's a lot of power in a name - someday I'll be an apellomancer.
Wowzer. No actually I agree somewhat. I chose 'Doivid' for newguild because that's what I went by on skype and in general, and I just didn't feel 'tripmyhop' was me anymore, it was sort of a ~persona~ I picked to test the waters in spam. But hey, as it turns out, it hasn't exactly been a sea change from there to here--with a few exceptions. Also true story: when I was like 17 I had this short dream which was just me repeating some dumb sounding name, and I actually woke up saying it under my breath. Really one of my only "wow I'm sure that totally happened" type of dream stories, the rest are mostly gibberish. Anyway at the time I picked up the first Earthsea book and so I really bought into the whole 'secret power name' nonsense, and kept the name to myself. Now I just do it out of embarrassment. and I'm pretty sure the dream happened coz at the time I was constantly wracking my brain to come up with new and creative character names for an rp. lol
But yeah, I still believe in name=power in some ways.
Alex said Grand Strategy games like that have done wonders for my geography skills. Which is also a fun thing. I almost won my state geography bee when I was in middle school!
And you already know how much I fuckin love geography. Jeeze Sora, I didn't realize how much we had in common. Thank you for sharing.
