Arcana (Featuring Ajala, Jack, Dagr, Fiona)

'Wasn't I right to defend the plants? Did I screw things up so soon?' Arcana stood in front of the glass chamber that held the snapping dragon tangler with her arms at her sides, hands balled into fists. Her cheeks were flush with anger and tears glistened at the corner of her narrowed eyes. From outside, she could hear the voices of the two boys, inviting the Gardening Club members to come with them. Her gaze softened and her hands uncurled from their fists. Arcana pressed her hand against the glass chamber that held the snapping dragon tangler, watching it's vines twine up lazily near the mound it rested in, content from eating.

She stayed there a moment watching the plant, before pushing herself away and blinking the tears out of her eyes. "Stay s-safe, I'll b-be back soon." She murmured fondly. She quirked her lips up in a too-perky smile, and walked out of the greenhouse door, bending to pick up a vented beetle-container from a wheelbarrow on her way. "He-hey. The Tr-Tree s-sounds gr-great. Lets go after we finish feeding the li-little ones!" Her voice came out slightly shaky at first, becoming more chipper as she continued talking.

Following her words, she started preparing the plants to feed, and, making sure the beetles couldn't get out of the area, opened the containers, shaking the beetles out so the plants could have them. Every plant seemed to spark to life, hunting the prey in their own ways. Some plants lashed out tiny tendrils out to grab the unsuspecting beetles, while others opened their flowers up invitingly, closing on any beetle that decided to rest there. Still, others dangled lures to attract the beetles and then struck with suddenly open maws.

She backed out of the fenced area, letting Fiona and Ajala do what they needed to, and turned to Dagr and Jack. "I-I'm Arca-cana, um... th-thank you. For w-worrying." She gave them a shy smile, lowering her gaze to the ground.

Ajala, Arcana, Dagr, Jack, Fiona

Ajala said nothing as she was unsure if she should say anything with her current state of mind. Instead, she looked back at Dagr and Jack and quietly nodded to their offer, but no voice left her lips as she followed Arcana deeper into the greenhouse and released the beetles for the other plants, thankfully uninjured and unharmed. Still carrying the pruned plant on one hand, she slithered back towards the giant and hound shifter duo and let them lead the way. She also did nothing to interrupt Arcana as she introduced herself to them, feeling that her opening up to them might help her relax. "I'm sorry about all this, Fiona," she said to the dryad who had been caught in the crossfire, "but I'm sure this would not happen again. At the very least, that's what I hope."

Fiona, Ajala, Arcana

Fiona smiled weakly, giving a wave at the girls before she picked up the wheelbarrow.
"It's alright, but let's make it a habit to lock the gate even when we're in it from now on I suppose...I-I'll see you girls later!"
The dryad trundled off down the path, mentally making a note to mention the incident to Nathalia as well.
Simon, Isaac, Gideon, Andrej

"No."
"Come on!"
"No."
"Pleaaaase?"
Isaac's voice filtered through the gardens, alongside the sound of hooves clopping upon the dirt. Simon, with what appeared to be a begging incubus riding his back, rounded the corner, coming into sight of the Dream Tree, looking rather tired. Isaac gave an angry pout, folding his arms.
"Fine! Don't tell me!"
"I won't. Now Isaac?"
"What?"
"Get. Off."
With a powerful leap, Simon kicked his back legs high, throwing Isaac a good ten feet into the air and watching him spiral out of control and slam into the ground. The centaur gave a satisfied smile, hands on hips before he noticed Andrej and Gideon. He gave a grin.
"Hey Andrej!"
Isaac righted himself, dusting his shirt off and muttering under his breath as Simon trotted past him.
"I told you centaurs don't like to be ridden."
Simon glanced at Gideon, giving a smile and holding out one hand to the smaller naiad.
"Hey there, I'm Simon. You a friend of Andrej?"

Gideon, Andrej, Simon, Isacc

"Well, I suppose you could say that." Gideon replied. "I am a naiad, and my name is Gideon." He could see the centaur was a friendly sort, and clearly, the same one he had seen collide with something, or indeed someone, twice already this week. Fortunately, that was not the case this time. Naiads do not take kindly to being trodden on, and usually, if hit with enough force, could unwillingly disperse entirely into the nearest available water. And, as Gideon knew, the time it would take to piece his consciousness back together would not be a length you would want to hold your breath for.

He noticed the other guy standing nearby. His clothes seemed to be designed to direct the eyes to all the parts of the body you wished to avoid, so Gideon quickly averted his gaze back to the centaur.
"Nice to meet you, Simon."

Andrej (Featuring Gideon, Simon and Isaac)

It was a pleasant and welcome surprise to meet Simon and his friend, especially since he'd avoid the situation of having to explain again how he lacked the magical power to actually predict the weather and/or sense water..."I have just met this individual, Gideon the naiad, and was engaging in a small and pleasant chat. Well...greetings to you to, roommate Simon, Simon's friend..." Nodding to the other boy, he took a few moments to notice the guy's outfit was rather ill-fitting...right? Well, Andrej was sure it was ill-fitting, as the appropriately sized clothing for his own more humanoid form did not cling onto the body quite like that, "Are you quite alright? Is this...have all your clothing been shrunken by the 'laundry machine'...?"

Miri (Featuring Gwendy)

Miri had what one could call...'succubus luck'. Any appropriately sized piece of clothing would accidentally get shrunk in the laundry, cold beverages would get spilled onto/into her shirt, she'd only ever trip into young and sexy males...today, she leaned over to pick up a piece of paper off a friend's desk, and two button's popped off her shirt and hit a guy on the back of his head. Needless to say, skipping the next period together, he definitely forgave stray button to the back of his head.

Now...energetically, she skipped through the halls, her breasts jiggling in her half buttoned shirt. Seeing her friend just exit out of the room, she gave Gwendy a big wave, "Hey, how's your day been?"

Simon, Isaac, Andrej, Gideon

Simon smiled at Gideon, then quirked a brow at Andrej's question to Isaac. The incubus grinned, placing his hands on his hips and throwing them to one side with a laugh.
"Nope! Totally intentional. It's actually kinda hard to get clothing to shrink that much in the laundry, you pretty much gotta be trying to shrink them intentionally. Nice to meet you two, I'm Isaac!"
Simon gave an eye-roll, trotting over to the tree and laying down among the roots as he watched Isaac finally notice Gideon's uncomfortable avoidance of looking at him. The Incubus flapped his shadowy wings, flitting behind the Naiad and laying his hands on the boy's shoulders. He leaned close to his ear.
"Whaaat, does my outfit make you uncomfortable?"
"Isaac..."
"Oh come on Simon, I'm just teasing him. You're a freshman aren't you?"
A heavy pat on the head, and Isaac leaned back against the tree, grinning at Andrej and Gideon.
"So! What brings you two up here? We were looking for some ass-"
"ISAAC!"
"-toundingly beautiful women, relax Cloudbrain!"
Simon gave a sigh, rubbing his temples. Fiona would be done with the feeding duty by now, and heading back to her room. Isaac had been too excited and dragged the centaur to the tree, instead of the greenhouses. Oh well...Simon would probably find her again during his night training. At the moment, his surface thoughts turned to Andrej and Gideon. Andrej was...awkward. Incredibly so, being naive of the surface world and apparently getting his knowledge from old time stories and stereotypes. Still, the dragon was a kind individual. Probably wanted to fit in more then he let on. Gideon seemed a little reserved, but not a shy type. More like a youthful type. Like someone who was out of his comfort zone and was being cautious. The incubus was probably right in that the boy was a freshman. New students tended to get overwhelmed by the Academy for the first few weeks. Plus Simon didn't know him and he didn't know Simon. Meaning he hadn't been run into or knew Simon's reputation. Definite evidence of a newcomer.
"So what are you two up to?"

Dagr, Jack, Arcana, Ajala

Dagr's annoyed facade broke slightly when Arcana introduced herself, "well met Arcana, I'm Dagr and the over sized throw rug here is Jack" he said frowning slightly that she was looking down, was she scared of him to? Sighing inwardly and putting his annoyed face back on he turned to Jack and Ajala "we better get going to the tree, otherwise Jack might just pass out from excitement" he rumbled before striding off in the direction of the tree. He really didn't understand why people were intimidated by him, sure he was big, sure he wasn't the most approachable person but he couldn't remember ever hurting or scaring someone on purpose. With another sigh he shrugged the thought off and focused on getting to the tree.

Ajala, Andrej, Arcana, Dagr, Gideon, Isaac, Jack, Simon

Until they reached the tree, Ajala barely uttered a soft whisper. Her mind replayed the greenhouse incident again and again, specifically highlighting her outburst of anger. The nagini rarely, if ever, let her temper explode so vividly no matter how furious she was. She would resort to remaining silent or venting her anger at her own time on her own, so to know that she had literally exploded in front of her friends unsettled her to a great extent. This certainly wasn't the first time she had lost it, but the fact that she had been provoked by a being considered to be a naga's mortal enemy made it a memorable incident, if not an unfortunate one. She had been told time and time again, by her parents and fellow nagas, that anger can lead to ruin, that it's an emotion that must be managed carefully and precisely. Their words echoed in her mind as she recalled a very faint and hazy desire to have Ahmose pay for what he did. She pushed it away and barely succeeded just as she saw the tree in her sights with the other three students she had left with.

Once they arrived, the nagini noticed that there were already other students gathered around the tree and spotted a familiar centaur making himself comfortable amongst the Tree of Dreams' gigantic roots and the popular incubus amusing himself, courtesy of the two other students she didn't recognize. One had a pair of horns sitting on his head and she nearly mistook him for a demonic entity at first. The fact that he lacked wings, a regular feature of demonic students, made her curious about the true identity of the student. The other was similarly humanoid in appearance, save for his slightly pointed ears and the aquatic tint all over his skin. Something about his eyes reminded her of a deep cascade of water, an element she had strong connection with. Again, his very appearance intrigued her and made her curious about his identity as well.

"We don't seem to be alone," she spoke up to the group she was slithering with. She recalled how easily students mistake her quiet nature for shyness during her first year in the Ouroboros Academy, though she swiftly proved them wrong. She also recalled how other students underestimated her due to the unassuming appearance of her upper torso before finally seeing her large, heavy, long and powerful lower torso. It made her chuckle to this very day.

Jack, Dagr, Ajala, Andrej, Arcana, Gideon, Isaac, Simon

Jack frowned as he was referred to as a throw rug. “Hey!” He said with a pout before looking down at the girl on the ground. He slid down carefully and hopped to the ground. “Like my friend said, my name is Jack” He said to Arcana with a smile. “Nice to meet you” In any normal situation, he would hug anyone he just met, but she seemed a little shaken up, so he decided it was best not to. He walked back over to where Ajala was standing and grinned at her. After another well placed jab from his large friend Jack ran in front of him. “Exactly!” He said. “I will pass out soon if we don’t get to see it, so let’s go!”

With a happy skip, he started following his friend to the tree. After a while they arrived, and Jack was snapped out of his excited haze with the beautiful sight of the tree. He was amazed by the beauty of the leaves and the seeming changing colors. After a few seconds of gawking like an idiot, he was snapped out of it by the sound of his Indian acquaintance speaking up.

“Not alone?” Jack asked as he glanced back down and saw some students standing under the tree. It appeared to be Simon, his air-headed centaurian classmate, Isaac, the famous Incubus that he had seen many times had heard just as many interesting stories, and two people he didn't really recognize. Jack had seen the one with horns before and he was pretty sure that he was a senior, but he had never seen the other one before. Excitedly, Jack looked up at his tall friend.

“We aren't the only ones that wanted to see the tree!” Jack said with a huge smile. He excitedly ran over to the others and waved at them. “Hey guys! Fancy seeing you guys here” He said as he glanced from person to person. “We came to check out the cool tree!” Jack announced as he walked over and put his head against it. “Sounds like a tree…” Jack said to himself before turning to the boy he didn't recognize. “I don’t think we have met. My name is Jack” He held out his hand to the boy, as he studied him from head to toe. It appeared that he was a freshman, so Jack decided he would be his friend.

Gideon, Everyone Under he Tree

Gideon was almost overwhelmed by the influx of students all descending upon the Tree at once. He was painfully aware that he was one of the youngest there. He espied a nagini slithering around near the outer roots, and several other creatures - a harpy for one - congregating around those already present. The naiad was especially surprised when an older looking student - probably a werewolf - walked briskly over to him and stuck out a large hand, saying; "I don't think we have met. My name is Jack."

"Oh, um, hello." Gideon answered nervously. The huge group of people, most older than him, made him very self-conscious. "My name is Gideon, and I am a naiad. And no, we haven't met. Nice to meet you!" he said, trying to plaster a confident-looking smile over his worried face.

Lilith and Pretty Much Everybody Else*

Lilith flew to the tree dancing in the air as that was the thing that she felt like doing, when she was nearing the tree, she decided to do That Russian Squat Dance...backwards...which led to her crashing into the trunk of the tree (Not again!) Not only that, but she also fell and landed on the grass, which must've been terrible for Lilith. When she got back up to her senses, she flew back up, noticing that the grass that she landed on grew up a half inch, which would make the grass go up to her waist. She looked around and saw a lot of...err... (People? Things? I don't even know.) You get the point. She noticed some recognizable faces in the distance, Andrej, Arcana, and that snake hybrid thing she saw when she was in the Gardening Club. She pondered for a moment whether or not she should approach them or stare at the beauty that is the tree, after all, that is why she originally intended to come here.

Arcana (Featuring Everyone Under the Tree)

Arcana had the length of her braid nearly wrapped around her entire forearm in her nervousness, tugging at it constantly as they made their way through the undergrowth and foliage. The path led them directly to the Tree of Dreams, a massive fixture of nature in the gardens; it's leaves were a brilliant shade of cyan and were in stark contrast to the iridescent purple bark comprising the tree. Her jaw dropped at the sight, so much so that she didn't notice the rest of the people around them until Ajala announced it.

She shifted to hide behind Dagr, using his bulk as a shield against the strangers. She could handle meeting a person or two at a time without fleeing in terror, but the sight of so many new faces... Wait. She peeked around Dagr's arm, and saw a familiar centaur. 'Is... Is that the guy I almost killed?!' She realized, ducking behind Dagr again quickly, her eyes wide in horror. 'What if, what if he tells people I tried to kill him? Ohmigod. No, no, Arcana. You can handle this. Just. Think.' She rung out her braid with her hands, eyes darting everywhere. There didn't seem to be anyway out of this precarious predicament except to stay behind Dagr until she could get away safely, without that centaur recognizing her.

Tree Posse *interactions with Lilith and Arcana*

Simon waved at everyone, scanning the throng of new comers with amusement.
"Seems the tree's legend has drawn quite a few people over to it. Hey Jack, Dagr, and last but not least Ajala."
Ajala was nice, though her no-nonsense attitude, militaristic zeal over the plants, and habit of only interacting with people if there was a necessity to it kept Simon from understanding too much about her. Though he did know she was somewhat popular with the other hybrids on the team, she was rather pretty. Jack was...well, a giant puppy. He was all over the place, practically rolling around on people with the affection he showed. Simon got along with him, though he was always worried the excitable boy would leap onto his back and try to rodeo him some day in a fit of inspiration. Dagr was about as emotional as an ice cube with the word "Eh" etched into it. The centaur, again, got along fine with him, but he just couldn't carry on a conversation with the Jotun. Simon knew nothing about ice, art, or wrestling, and these were the only things that seemed to get something more then a shrug or vacant stare from the giant. His eye caught the flick of movement behind the wrestler, someone shy and...glowing? He made a mental note of it before turning his attention upwards as a soft thunk came from the trunk. The centaur's eyes watched what appeared to be a fairy slam into the trunk and tumble into the grass. Then flit back up and stare silently at both the crowd and the tree. The centaur grinned, realizing the fairy hadn't noticed him laying by the roots. He was directly below her. With a deep breath, he gave a puff of air up at her, causing her body to catch the breath and shoot her rapidly upwards by about a foot. The centaur gave a grin, waving a finger at the fairy.
"Normally I'm the one who runs into things. Nice to see it's not just me. Hey there, I'm Simon. Don't believe we've met yet."

Isaac, for his efforts, had noticed Arcana. And Lilith. And Ajala. Really the incubus had noticed all the girls the second they had entered visual range. First thing's first, Ajala was a waste of time, she wasn't particularly loose or at the bare minimum not interested in hooking up with Isaac. His efforts would be wasted on her. Still, a wink was in order. The incubus opened his wings, flitting over Dagr's shoulder and landing directly in front of Arcana with a smoldering smile. A newcomer, potentially someone Isaac could seduce. In other words, a target for the lust demon.
"Shy and gorgeous? A terrible combination, hiding such beauty behind the stoic wall of our icy countenanced Jotun! And who, my lovely radiant countess of the feathered folk, would you be?"
Simon's voice popped up from the tree.
"Isaac. Seriously. Can you just say 'Hi' like a normal creature?"
"Hush hush Cloudbrain, Daddy's working."
Simon sighed, turning his attention back to Lilith.

Ajala, Students around the vicinity of the Tree of Dreams

Ajala returned Simon's greeting with a small smile and a polite nod. Unlike the gregarious and, on occasion, scatter-brained centaur, the nagini wasn't a figure of friendliness, but found him to be a comforting and amicable company in what conversations they had every now and then. She would occasionally slither pass during his training with the Jousting club and found his determination and hard work ethos to be admirable to her. From time to time, a part of her felt that she should talk to him more often about other topics, even when there was no direct need for her to do so, and she kept this idea in mind, but she had been unable to act on it for whatever reasons.

On the other hand, she had a less favorable view of Isaac and merely sighed to his flirty wink. The succubus was too promiscuous to her liking and she found him to be a student with clashing habits to hers at best, and a nuisance at worst. His looks and personality made him a hot topic amongst female and male students of all classes, but she didn't find him to be as interesting as they thought he was. Perhaps she simply placed very little emphasis on physical appearance or sexual desires compared to most female students. Still, she tolerated his antics as long as it was nothing more than harmless flirting or jest.

With his sight on the emotionally battered harpy, however, the nagini's protective instincts kicked in.

The Tree of Dreams was kept hydrated thanks to a man-made stream of water around the gigantic, colorful tree, keeping it alive and vigorous. A giant tree needed a lot of steady water supply and a lot of steady water supply meant more freedom for her to act. Unaware of the identity of the two students she was unfamiliar with, the one with bluish tint to his skin and the horned one, she called upon her power of hydrokinetism, still as undeveloped as her very young age. Looking at the makeshift stream, she took a deep breath and slowly lifted her hand as a short tower of water, just as tall as Arcana from head to claw, slowly emerged from the flowing water. While it may look simple, it required most of her focus to be able to hold the liquid steady in its jiggling tower form. Holding her concentration steady, she turned to Isaac and warned, "Leave her alone, Isaac. She doesn't need you bothering her right now."

Andrej (Featuring Everybody Under the Tree)

Such a strange thing for Simon's companion to say, why would he intentionally make his clothing uncomfortable? Well...what a thing for a water dragon to say. Half the time, living in the ocean, clothing wasn't necessary for a good portion of his life...so, for him to judge this person, would be...

Soon, there seemed to be an influx of more fellow students. One eagerly stepped up to others, and even seemed to glance up at his horns in interest. Andrej, for his part in this influx, smiled at all of them individually, nodding his head politely. And...it was quite interesting to hear more about this tree. It seems that there may be some sort of interest and legend attached to it, maybe it had magical properties to it...? That didn't seem to matter, when the water dragon took notice of a familiar sort of tail...a Nagini!

Walking over to her, he just about noticed her addressing Isaac and...was very impressed by her power over water, "Uhhmmm, Isaac...? Miss nagini...? Am I...is smething the matter...?"

Miri (Featuring Gwendy)

"So, Miri, how's your self control thang going? You still trying to abstain, or...?"

Miri shook her head, "No...it's too hard...I'm falling into my own bad habits already..." Rubbing the side of her face, and thinking of hard muscly chests, she let out a deep sigh. "I have little to no self control...maybe I should just drop out, forget about my dream, and start working the street corners...like my aunts..."

"You're kidding, right?"

"Yeah...still, little self control here...!"

For a moment, Gwendy thought in silence..."Hey...wasn't the tree, you know, the center one in the garden...wasn't it magical and grants wishes, or something?"

"What? You actually believe in such a thing...?" Miri raised a brow, hearing this, but her friend had an interesting smile on her face.

"What, you never made a wish on anything before?"

"I have, on that tree, in my first year...! Lets go!" Saying this, and catching her friend off guard, she grabbed the fire elemental and dragged her off to the tree at record speed. Within a minute or two, they were there...and so as everyone else in the school, apparently. She recognised Simon, Isaac, Jack...

Isaac, Andrej, Ajala, Arcana
Isaac gave a sigh, giving the nagini a nasty look before waving Andrej off with a hand.
"No, everything is fine, Miss Plant Nazi here just doesn't enjoy anyone having harmless fun. We both know you won't do anything that would actually hurt me, it goes against the rules and you'd get thrown out of here so fast even the plants would get whiplash. You're too much of a nice girl. So what are you doing to do Ajala, other than empty threats?"
Opening his wings, the Incubus gave another wink to Arcana before flitting upwards, landing on one of the low branches of the tree and leaning back against it with a huff. Typical, Ajala ruining the fun with her no-nonsense attitude. The incubus knew he'd get no support either, no one respects the demons around here. Simon wouldn't pick a side, Dagr would stare at them, Andrej would ask if it was some form of cultural ritual that he didn't know about, Jack would just giggle and try to splash someone else. The demon gave a sigh, eyes shut as he tried to calm himself down. His emotions were always intense and chaotic, so controlling them was always hard. This was lost on the others of course. Even though Isaac was almost entirely just a flirt, able to suppress his lustful appetites, everybody just figures he's the same as all the others.

It didn't help that he was currently fantasizing about both Arcana and Ajala in his bed at the same time despite what had just happened. But no one else had to know that.

The tree posse bros.

Jack watched as the people of the tree interacted. There were so many friends and people for him to play with. But something felt a little off. He felt some bad vibes coming from the general direction of Isaac and Ajala. He watched as Isaac flew up into the tree and wondered what was going on. He looked closely at the tree, trying to find some hand holds. He found some and climbed his way up the tree, carefully inching over to where Isaac was lying. He got to where Isaac was sitting and hopped over, landing further down on the branch.

“I like this tree” Jack said to Isaac with a smile. He wasn’t very good at reading emotions or understanding people in general, but he knew how to be happy. With a relaxed swinging motion, he swung backwards, hanging from the tree branch by his knees. It was then that he saw a figure. He turned his head and managed to recognize them. It was Miri and Gwendy, two people Jack had met on several occasions. Miri was his senior and was quite well known around the school, for many of the same reasons as his Incubus acquaintance. Gwendy on the other hand was his younger than him, but the captain of the flying team. Jack had a good deal of respect for both of these people, having always loved flying things.

“Hi Miri! Hi Gwendy!” He called out with a goofy grin as he waved. “We are in the tree!”

Arcana (Featuring Everyone Under the Tree - Ajala, Dagr, Isaac mentions/interactions)

Arcana was undeniably incredibly shy, and because of that many people thought her reserved, however she was just as susceptible to physical attraction as the next teenager with hormones pinging around inside of their brain. She clasped her hands to her cheeks, hiding the intense blush that burned hot from the way that Isaac had spoken to her. And the wink, ohhh that wink, it made her nearly melt where she stood. She felt immensely grateful to Ajala for getting rid of him, as she had no idea on how to deflect his advances. Not another person had flirted with her so brazenly in her life!

Despite all that, she found herself shamelessly peeking around Dagr to watch the incubus lounging in the tree. 'What are you doing Arcana?! Stop! You have other things to worry about, things more important than the most gorgeous creature you've ever seen in your life!' She reprimanded herself mentally, taking a calming breath and meeting Ajala's eyes, giving the nagini a nod and a small, shy smile to thank her for her efforts.

The amount exhaustion from her first day in classes, coupled with the subsequent bullying she had endured afterwards, added on top of the amount of social interaction she just wasn't used to, made her forget that Dagr was more than just her protective shield. She leaned against his back and closed her eyes, but it wasn't long before her head lolled to the side and a small snoring sound escaped from her partially opened mouth.

Lilith, Simon

"Whoa! What the fud—" Lilith said as she gets blown up into the air. (I wish I am slightly more dense.) She looked down to see the cause of the sudden updraft, a centaur. Lilith freaked for a moment, for the fact that he was right under her (Thank the skies I wear like, seven petticoats) she saw him wave a finger at her (What is that supposed to mean?)

"Normally I'm the one who runs into things. Nice to see it's not just me. Hey there, I'm Simon. Don't believe we've met yet."

He saw me crash. What. New note to self: ALWAYS WATCH WHERE YOU ARE FLYING. But at least I can meet a new acquaintance and the fact that I occasionally crash into things is less embarrassing than before, although it's not by a lot. Doesn't also excuse the fact that I crashed because I did something that other people would regard as stupid.

"I suppose we haven't. I'm Lilith. Yeah, crashing into things, I'm surprised that I never hit any...sentient beings...yet."

Dagr, everyone under the tree, Arcana, Isaac, Ajala, Simon, Jack, Interactions/mentions

Dagr nodded politely to Simon as the centaur greeted them, then his attention was drawn to the tree. It really was breathtaking in person, as he had seen it many times from a distance, but not even his imagination could have done it justice. He stood just admiring the tree until he heard the sound of wings flapping past him, "Shy and gorgeous? A terrible combination, hiding such beauty behind the stoic wall of our icy countenanced Jotun! And who, my lovely radiant countess of the feathered folk, would you be?" the incubus was saying, Dagr turned his head to look back at the two what was this guy's name again? Ishton, no Smith...no it was...Dagr couldn't remember, that was a slight problem Dagr thought thankfully Simon solved the problem for him, Isaac his name was Isaac! Even if Dagr had a hard time remembering Isaac's name he didn't have to try to hard to know the incubus's reputation, he wasn't that dense. So the giant wasn't surprised by Issac's interest in Arcana, she was a pretty girl after all, but for some reason she had decided to hide behind Dagr so she clearly wanted no part in the lecherous boy.

Dagr frowned and opened his mouth for one of his usual sarcastic retorts, but cut off just before he said anything as Ajala spoke out with an impressive show of elemental control, the giant tensed instantly ready to intervene if there was violence, he may not be to fond of Isaac but that was no excuse to allow violence and it shocked Dagr that the normally composed nagani would resort to threats and common bullying. Luckily enough Isaac backed off before anything happened, and flew up to one of the lower branches of the tree followed closely by Jack. Dagr let out a silent sigh strange he thought Isaac never bothered me before he shrugged I must be tired. Just as the last thought crossed his mind the Jotun felt something incredibly hot lean against his back, he jerked a little and turned to look for the odd heat. His jaw dropped a little as he looked down to see Arcana snoozing comfortably against him, she was asleep, that meant she was relaxed enough around him to sleep, witch meant she wasn't scared of him! Dagr turned back to the other determined not to disturb her, even if she was burning his back somewhat.
