Johnny heard the words of those in the other room, two people ready to kill? that was the company he had to sleep with, he sure hoped they didn't expect any money from him or he'd be sleeping forever.

"Well, speaking of getting stuff from people and all that, the pantry here is pitiful. I'll go get some better food." Vindle said as he stood up.

He shook his head. "I'll just stick with what I know." he said simply.

"Sometimes that's best. I tried picking pockets but I haven't the grace for it." Roxy told them

Shade sat down. She took out her hair pin and thought. When was the last time that she had slept in a building?

"Picking pockets? Nein, nein, nein! Takes too much effort that does! Geoffrey just punches the sod in the face, he does!" Geoffrey enthusiastically "Ooo! How desperately i want to, now that i remembered!"

The day passed swiftly. Roxy was able to get some rest despite the new arrivals. When the sun began to set once again she changed into her work clothes.

Johnny didn't sleep as he paced back and fourth all day, thinking of excuses to keep from pimping. He needed money and he could do so with the other jobs, he could withstand stealing, muling and anything but he wanted to keep limits. As the sun arose he hoped he could use his jail time to his advantage. Seeing that katherin was changing, he went to his new spot he called his room. His stomach rumbled but he refused to take from her. Putting his hand to the shank in his pocket he walked out of the room and waited for the others asking if it was ok to leave.

Sam woke up on the roof. It was day now, and he had fallen alseep as usual. He got up, stretched, yawned, and then went downstairs. He saw some of the others awake. "Morning, everybody." he said.

"Hey." Roxy said as she looked up from sliding a knife into her boot. "I'm going out."

"Alright." he responded. "I might go out soon, but I still have a loaf of bread from last night's pickpocket." he said as he got his loaf and began eating it.

Geoffrey was slouched into the corner sleeping peacefully. He shook his head and opened his eyes at the disturbances, he sat there and stared at them all for a few moments before standing up and walking over to the others "Salutations! Greetings! Hi! Hello! Morning! Nigh- Nope ok right the first time it seems" he said to the group

"I'm out be back tonight" Johnny said before scuttling off to the darkness of the outside

Roxy nodded to the group before heading out for the night. She wondered what everyone's plans were. She slowly made her way to her usual spot.

Roxy slowly walked to her usual spot downstairs

Johnny found himself back to his normal neighborhood waiting for his provider.

Vindle cleaned his sword with a small but surprisingly clean handkerchief. After he was done he stood up and said; "Well I'll be heading out." as he walked out.

Roxy leaned against the building while she waited. She wondered if she could build a better live if she worked with some of the others.

Johnny motioned to a scraggy man to look away as he was begged for a special item he sold, his supplier had yet to come and he was growing impateint, if he was caught solo dealing he would be beaten or worse, but he needed the extra cash if he was to live with the new family.

As the night passed Roxy watched the people walking passed. She thought about the others and wondered what they were doing. Did they all struggle with the 'jobs' they had to do to survive? Was there a better way for people like them.
