"Hmm... A birth deficit... I wonder if I could do-" he cuts himself off from his own murmuring and shakes his head. "Never mind. I'm not strong enough yet..."

He looks back at Rina, almost momentarily forgetting to help Katherin down the step. "Oh, hey! Just helpin' out a little blind lady 'ere."

"Well, I'd offer myself to help, but it looks like you've got that covered Keegan," said Ruth, before giving the two of them a playful look. "Don't go falling into each others arms now. I'm not sure if we have enough room for another mouth to feed. Ta-ta~!"

Rina jumped the last three stairs down and glided towards the dining area, giggling to herself a little.

"Whoa! Hold your horses, cowgirl! I know you're excited to get down but sheesh don't go harmin' yourself!" Keegan chuckles again to lighten the mood, despite the fact that there was little need.

"Oh. I mean, if it's somethin' I did... Ah, screw it, of course it was somethin' I did!" Oddly enough, he sounds more proud than embarrassed when he says this. As they reach the bottom of the stairs, Keegan gives Katherin a salute, although he quickly realized his error as she couldn't see. "Ah, well, now you're good to go! Well, I assume so. If you need anything, just ask. I'm gonna stay here a little while in case there's anyone else who can't handle stairs."

As soon as the girl got there, Rina smiled. "So, do you have any idea what's the activities for today?" she said, acting nothing had happened earlier.

Kyo eventually made his way toward the stairs, still yawning a bit and rubbing his eyes.

Melody ended up behind Kyo. She saw him yawning. She was a morning person so she was awake. She stayed behind him although it slowed her down but she didn't want to seem mean or anything.

As he made his way down the stairs, Kyo slowly started to notice the sound of another person's footsteps behind him. When he turned around, he noticed Melody there, looking a lot more awake than he probably was just yet. Since he figured that it would take a while for him to get where he was going, he moved off to the side to allow the girl some room to pass him if she wanted.

Kyo tilted his head, a bit confused at this response, but nodded and continued to the dining hall. When he got there, he waved to the other two he could see in the area, causing the bell on his wrist to chime again.
