[OOC] The Experiment

The scientist have found a way to give human unusual abilities. The government has agreed to fund this experiment. The question was where to get volunteers. After much discussion it is agreed to offer the option to young criminals as away to avoid jail and turn their lives around. As one of these young criminals you will have to learn to control your animal instincts and learn to change at will. If you survive the training you will became a solider defending the United States.The teens are kept an apartment complex that was build under ground. The idea was to give them enough space not to kill each other. It was understood that the teens would do exactly what they were told or they would be destroyed. They would be tested and educated. It was hoped that they would be the soldiers of the future saving others.

1. This is my RP. What I say goes. If you disagree with something we can discuss it.
2. Do not attack other characters without approval
3. Do not attack NPC without clearing it with me. I don't want random destruction.
4.DO NOT control other peoples characters without permission
5. If you are unsure about something ask I will answer to the best of my ability.
6. If you are going to be gone more then a day let me know. If you don't you might lose your character. I don't mind waiting but I need to know who to wait for.
7. Discussions are welcome but lets try to keep the fight to a minimum

Bio: Roxy doesn't talk much about her past. She spent a few years on the streets. Roxy is an excellent knife thrower. She has a collection of knives.

Felice

Name: Felice
Age: “17” He says.
Gender: Male
Appearance: (Drawing coming when I can finish it. So whenever my programs sync up properly again, I guess…) Slightly short, with bright amber eyes and ice-blue hair. His eyes often look angry.
Personality: Openly sarcastic and cynical, but he can actually be pretty caring underneath that. Although he’s slow to trust, especially after recent events, he can be fiercely loyal to those he befriends, though he finds it hard to express how much they mean to him.
Although he would never admit it, he really likes puns. He also sometimes mumbles under his breath about someone he seems to care a lot about and is still hoping to find.
Ability: Chibishifting. His version seems to include a sort of ‘hammerspace’ which he can pull a few objects out of, such as his batons, ribbons, and a jester hat. He currently cannot pull any other objects out, though.
Bio: “I was in a performance troupe. They disappeared. I might have accidently burned down a couple of buildings and maybe a couple other things. What do you want?”
When he was younger, Felice was part of a performance troupe, but they vanished under mysterious circumstances. Exactly what happened between then and the time he became a criminal is hard to say, as he doesn’t seem capable of talking about it, but it seems to have something to do with the crimes he committed to end up here. The name he sometimes mumbles in his sleep is thought to have something to do with that period of his life.

Rose Perel

Name: Rose Perel
Age: 20 ish
Gender: Female
Apperance: her normal appearance is a black haired girl with blue eyes in a black dress.
Personality: Do what your told don't get hurt type of person with the ability to make it so. Extremely disloyal but plays the part she needs to.
Ability: Rose can control her body's hair and eye color at the moment she can make her hair go from red and curly to black and straight in a few seconds. Her eyes switch colors and forms also including a crimson that shows when's she's mad.
Bio: Rose grew up in a normal family normal life, if a single father raising three kids is normal then yes she was. When she got older into her teen years she started conning boys at her high school having them clean them selves out giving to her. At first it was for her family and to help later it became her way of life. Everyday a new personality a new hairstyle and new con. She went around becoming famous in a few small town newspapers as a great con but of course. She grew up and left the home town moving after a bigger con. Getting a bar owner to give her access to his bank account. She was caught trying to spend the money she had stole on a new car and was sent to the facility.

It is basically the same plot. Just this time its abilities instead of animal DNA. So you would have to change the bio some.

Allen- shy, reserved, insecure, hesitant, kind, meek, scares easily, blushes a lot
Alec- out-going, loud, hyper, loves teasing his brother, brave, courageous, has a quick temper.

Alec- he can create and manipulate metal and it's properties.
Allen- He can create and manipulate water and its many forms: ice, mist, snow, rain

Their father was hardly home and when they saw him he was shut up in his room. It wasn't until their mother died did they find out just what kept their father gone. He was one of the scientists that were messing around with DNA. He started experimenting on his sons and when their DNA mutated and gave them powers, he threw them in the facility with the others.

Bio: born a dumpster baby sven picked his name from a boom he was read by a woman who took care of him until succumbing to a starvation thanks to giving all her money to feed sven. Slowly building with age sven started restoring to crime to calm down. Unfortunately he was constantly getting caught making it harder to turn. When he was caught at the wrong time he was given powers. He then turned to fighting crime, as he knew he now had a chance to tun himself around.

I like him but how does he keep from making the scientist and the other experiments sick

he needs his hands open and uncovered to use his powers so he needs to wear gloves to keep from exposing everyone He takes them off when he uses his abilities.
