Humming a little, before giving a amused chuckle as Michael basically praised him. "Mhmm perhaps. But that would require a healthy diet and nourishment. Plus, people wouldn't take so kindly to a powerful charm wizard. Imagine, if I was S class. I could bend your heart to whatever I desire. Wouldn't be so fun mhm?" he chuckled, waving to everyone he passed, ears twitching a little as Michael expressed concern.

"Mikey, how far would you go to help someone you cared about? Would you do anything? Would you take that chance of possibly ruining their life? Or... ruin someone else? Completely break another person just so your special person can live? Even mess with laws that are never meant to be broken? Mhm... seems a lot of that is happening lately. Messing with fate and death. Not a nice combination." The tall feline mused with a smile.

Karn || Heading to the Arena

Karn continued walking, eyes darting around in examination. His head felt heavy with the atmosphere, all the colors and just new sense of world. It was almost nauseating. Or maybe that's side effects. He didn't quite get to experience possible ill outcomes of this predictament. Was his sickness still here? Did the symptoms still linger? Would he keep hearing voices... seeing things? How irritating if that was the case. The human body was the most interesting piece of machine, yet it had such flaws such as these. It made a nice little debate if that was what made a human or not. If it was worth having all those little flaws. Perhaps it was. It sucked though when someone had such a huge flaw in their design.

The blonde kept others in sight just so he knew where he was going. And have some sort of familiarity, though didn't keep his eyes trained on them nor really came close to them. Keeping himself at a safe distance. It wasn't just for himself, though that was a big part of it. But he himself was unsure what he was capable of and what this might make him do. There was the issue of side effects, and the effects his internal turmoil had. Especially on some members. Emotions. Another sometimes annoying factor, yet a needed one. Control. He had to have control. Even in this situation.

Ferrin was brought to the present by a half-familliar voice. He cracked open one eye to glace at the newcomer. He blinked, legitimately confused. "I am sorry, but have we met?" He asked, cautiously. As he raked his brain to try to place the voice.

Valak rose, long before the sun and set to taking care of his various weapons and armor, cleaning them of any rust or dirt, and sharping the weapons. Being magic, they generally held their edge well, but it was the principal of the thing. When he had finished he silently waited for the cute living plushie--er, Mithera, to wake.

Her reaction was hilarious, but all it rung out of the solum and serious Valak was a small grin. To her odd request, he simply nodded. "How much?" He asked.

"Sometimes it gets a whole lot boring in that little village there. Many didn't want me to go ya know, but I decided to go anyways. Not like I'd be telling anyone any uh... info so, heheh. Though I only realized this mornin' that the Grand Magic Games had started so I also thought I'll take a gander ya know?"

Grane noticed the growing crowd in the background slowly growing in size. The games were probably going to start soon. "It's good to get some fresh air. Trying to experience new things can really help expand one's understanding of the world and oneself."

"And how 'bout you and the magic council, aye? Been on any good ole' jobs and stuff lately?"

"The main job that we've been doing was trying to rebuild the Council. Again, I'm unsure about how much news reaches the village. But a guild by the name of Phoenix Wing decided one day to confront the Council for its apparent corruption. I didn't see anything too out of the ordinary, but that was probably because I spent too much time focused on field missions and not enough with most the other council members to truely see that they were corrupting" He sighed as he thought about the aftermath of his battle with the guild's wizards and start of reconstructing the Council. His ideas of what could have happened filled his face with grimace, but quickly returned with a reluctant face "Hmmmph, I was bit worried after the fight, with the Council vulnerable, our reputation falling, and the rise of dark guilds. I hoped another disaster didn't happen. But it was later that I realized that it was probably for the best. If it wasn't for the guild, I wouldn't want to imagine what a few of those Council members would do with their corrupted. Perhaps the way that the guild fought and their determination for what they were fighting for made a part of me hold back in our fight." He accepted the idea and slowly started off. "Hope you enjoy the games Dreadlin and please try not to gather too much attention." The Council member left, trying not to be late for the Council's introduction.

Will you be well enough to attend the games? Maybe you should grab some more sleep."

Games Master Sheldon was already at the Arena, happily greeting everyone that appeared, dancing across the ground, as the Games Teams arrived, Games Master Sheldon said "Today, today, today we will be introducing the new magic council! They have had some trouble lately, but hopefully under the direction of Masahiko, the council will once more be great! Lets applaud them in!"

Games Master Sheldon clapped, and cheered, stepping aside to let the Magic council take up most of the room. Games Master Sheldon looked to the announcer box, noting that it was empty, before sighing and approaching it, he entered, waiting to introduce the council.

Janice was the first to approach the Arena, and Games Master Sheldon began "Janice, the archivist for the magic council, you don't want to get on the bad side of her!" Sheldon laughed, enjoying the mic, but unfortunately tripping Jessie's charms, causing the mic to squeal violently, and throw Sheldon back, crashing against the wall, leaving him blinking, and slightly dazed.

"she enjoys doing it, I'm sure. I'm thinking about a bell for her" Michael mused, "There's powerful charm wizards around, and they are treated out" He said, pondering Prince's words. "I suppose it depends. Would I give myself up for someone I cared about? Yes. Messing with fate and death....necromancy exists, and I consider that a violation of death, but it exists. Does that mean it exists for a reason? Maybe it could be because sometimes, something isn't meant to happen. Sometimes, someone isn't meant to die. Maybe sometimes fate gets screwed with, and messing with death is natures way of...balancing it out, I suppose" He said thoughtfully.

"What if something happened that wasn't meant to be fate? How can you know? I think...I think that there's not so much fate, as people's choices. If it's someones choice to mess with death, mess with supposed fate, is that wrong?" Michael gave a shrug, not sure if he was even making sense to himself, let alone to Prince.

"I'm probably not making any sense, am I?"

The way Karn was walking made it hard to watch him discretely. She had to find excuses to stop and lag behind occasionally. A cute dog, fashion shops, stay away from alleys, instrument shops, stay away from alleys, a flower shop. She was visible, so even if Kregor did show up, he wouldn't be able to do anything in front of witnesses. They'd call guard on him right away, and Crocus should be prepared for a wizard threat, of all places. Though, Kregor's magic is...

The young wizard was letting paranoia catch up to her when she picked up to a light jog, to catch herself up with the rest of the guild. Karn was following everyone else. She knew where he'd be, she could just wiggle her way to the middle and find him later. Right.

Amaya listened as she laughed slightly aqs it was the truth. when it came to talking to anyone, Jarvis was more avalaiable then Jamie, who was always having to stop what she was doing to assist several people at once. Amaya would lose her mind if she was ever stuck in that position. She quickly bat his hand away when he felt her forehead "I'm fine and all I will be doing today is sitting in the stand or roam around this city. Master Jamie doesn't need me to fight. she knows my internal conflict of my slayer side loving the thrill of battle but my other self prefering not to be part of battle... Plus, There are still great enemies of my magic that still hold a grudge I did not cause or choose to bare" She said blankly as she soon stood up following everyone to the arena as she was definitely acting out of the ordinary but her reasons was her own and she was determine to keep them her own as long as she could stand them.

"Everyone needs a little washy wash ya know? If ya keep someone in for too long, 'specially those who are corrupted, they're gonna stink up the whole place and cause harm. So its good that a new guild is in place, mate."

Grane accepted the idea and slowly started off. "Hope you enjoy the games Dreadlin and please try not to gather too much attention."

"Don't worry mate." Dreadlin replies as he puts on his hood, "I'll keep a low ole' profile. Hope to cross paths with ya again Grane. Have a good one!"

And with that he slowly walks out of the ally way and towards the arena where the games are taking place.

Masahiko looked out at the crowd from where they were waiting and sighs, "Seems like things have gone well since the change in the council. People seem pleased to see us. That's good," he scans the crowd hoping to see Sayuri in the crowd, "I hope Sayuri is doing alright. Wonder if she's gotten a place of her own yet..."

Reito sighs, "Your always worried about her. You even used to ditch out of work to check up on her before she left. It was such a hassle to pick up your slack when you did that. I'm surprised you haven't shafted your new duties once since your change in position. Anyways I'm sure she's fine. Not like Jamie would let anything happen to one of her guild members... Not that it stopped that train from blowing up yesterday with her on it..."

Masahiko shrugs, "What can I say? She seems to attract trouble. Especially when doing absolutely nothing. Perhaps she just has terrible luck," he looks out again, "Well we should head out now. I'll bring up the rear."

Reito nods, "Alright well time to get the show on huh?" he turns and walks out following Janice out looking at the crowd scanning for danger.

Masahiko smiles at the rest of the council members, "So who wants to walk out next?"

What in the seven Hells happened last night? Ugh, note to self. Keep it easy on the booze or else weirder stuff will happen. Well, at least she didn't let it bother her much. She still was as cheerful as ever though she was probably just as confused as he was. "Okay let's get a move on!" He grabbed her hand and rushed out of the hotel room with her until they were outside. Ferris let go of her hand and clasped his hands together. "Digital Make: Motorcycle!" Electric blue energy in the form of cubes soon formed together to form a motorcycle and with a flash it turned into a realistic red motorbike. "Get on!" Not wasting a moment as soon as she got on, he revved the construct and off they went to the stadium. Soon they had arrived and into the building.

"Why are you two so late?! The games are going to start soon!" It was woman in her mid-twenties with brown hair cut into a bob-cut and wore round glasses. She was the one who organized the staff so the games could run as smooth possible. "Just because you just talk doesn't mean-!" She stopped mid-sentence as she got a good look of Ferris. There were hickies all over his neck and even some on his cheeks. There were even some on Jessie's neck! "W-why do you guys...?"

"I don't know what you are talking about. Time for another day of work!" Ferris sped-walk by her with a blush tinting his cheeks.

"Shitty swordsman." Nolan muttered as he followed Damian and the rest out of the hotel. It seemed like he was in a bit more of a fouler mood than he usually he is in. It seemed like yesterday's events had taken a lot out of him and his patience were very worn thin.

"Magic weapons." Cody replied simply before thanking her for the directions and quickly left to go back to his room. First thing he should do is grab his coin purse and while he was at it check to see if the girl had woken up yet, even though he would feel a little nervous leaving her by herself. Then again it was the Phoenix Wing hotel so he doubted someone would be stupid enough to do anything.
Once he got to his room he sighed when he noticed the girl was still asleep on the bed before going over to his bag and taking out a heavy looking coin purse, aka his life savings before heading out of the hotel and headed south. He would get his weapon then head back to the hotel, and if none of the sword users were still there he supposed he would head out and watch some of the games.

Isabella gave a friendly smile and wave to Marlene. She would have loved to got to know the young girl a little more, but it seemed she was busy with another boy. Isabella couldn't help but grin at the two of them walking away together, wondering if perhaps there was something sparking between the two? There probably wasn't, but Isabella always liked to think of scenarios like that. Turning her attention back to Samir, she picked up an empty glass from the table and poured some juice for herself.
"Bullet and I already ate so we're ready for the day!" She quickly looked over to Bullet, who seemed to be catching up with Mayt some more. It was unusual for him to hit it off so well with someone he'd just met. Perhaps he felt bad about all the awful things he'd said about him while the two of them were away? In any case, Isabella didn't want to think on it too much.

"We should watch the games together Samir! I'll even treat you to lunch so we can catch up." Isabella's proposal was interrupted by Sayuri appearing to take Isabella up on her dance.
"Ahuhuhuhu! I love to see such spirit! There is nothing more exhilarating than a dance with friends!" Isabella had heard of Masahiko before, and she knew of Sayuri briefly. Although they'd never met. "My name is Isabella Pinelli. Would you care to join Samir and myself for lunch after we watch the first half of today's games?"

Meanwhile, Bullet was bounding up and down with excitement over Mayt's request.
"Really? That'd be sick! Isabella wants to stay and watch the games, but I'll help ya!" He gently punched Mayt in the arm, smiling with determination. "You can count on me! Even without Isabella, I'm pretty strong." It had been so long since he'd been on a mission with another team mate. Not that he didn't enjoy being with Isabella, but sometimes he just wanted to hang out with the guys. It seemed Isabella was also enjoying spending some time with the ladies. "I'm a requip mage, by the way! All of my weapons were created by Isabella. They're super cool! What kind of magic do you use?"

The room filled with the council members was not a place Axis Jubilee wanted to remain in forever. His leg bounced up and down while he sat, vibrating uncontrollably as he impatiently awaited for this whole thing to start. Vera Arc, dressed as lovely and professionally as she normally did, sat beside him looking over some forms. Her gaze shifted slightly to Axis, frowning.
"Sir, please be patient. We will be starting soon." She continued scrawling along her papers before loudly pressing her stamp onto the bottom of the page with a loud thud. The noise rattled against the side of Axis' head. It was something he couldn't stand.
"When are you gonna stop being so formal with me, babe?" Even despite his discomfort, Axis still found times to pester Vera with his flirting. By this point, she had just decided to ignore it. Noticing that she wasn't responding, Axis pouted. "Geez, you're no fun today. Why don't you," Axis giggled, winking at Vera, "Liven up?" Vera's pencil snapped in half. Although her face was calm, Axis could feel her rage directed at him with the intensity of a thousand blazing suns. He quickly slid over, stuttering to make an excuse.
"S-sorry! It seemed funny at the time. I guess it was in poor tastes." Vera took out another pencil from behind her ear and continued her work. When Masahiko appeared, asking who wanted to go out next, Axis immediately stood up and volunteered before the others. "Me! I'll go!" Throwing his cape over his shoulders, Axis quickly power walked out of the room without a moment's hesitation. Vera awkwardly sat there. She wasn't a member of the council, so being around the other members without Axis made her quite nervous.

"Just be careful, then. There's some weird stuff going on, lately" Sasha said, knowing that Mayt was capable of looking out for himself, but also knowing that some sort of darkness was rising, perhaps had been for a long time. "Take a vision lacrima, that way you can check in on the games, if you want" she suggested, returning his smile, before hurrying along so as not to be left behind by the rest of the team, hearing the announcement of the magic council being introduced even from the hotel. "See you later, then!" she called over her shoulder, to Mayt and the others.

jessie quickly made sure she hadn't left anything behind, before letting herself be dragged along by Ferris, watching as he formed a motorcycle. Giving a surprised laugh, she climbed on behind him. At their boss's indignation of them being late, she just smiled, and blew a kiss, a butterfly forming and flapping around the woman. "Just a little fun, Ma'am. Aw, look! He's blushing, how cute!" She gave a chuckle, glad for her own glamour which made her own blush be unseen. "We kinda overslept, sorry!"

She winked, and trotted off after Ferris, quickening her speed, she leaned up, and gave Ferris a kiss on the cheek, toying with him now, before darting off ahead, and into the booth, finding the half unconscious Sheldon. She planted her hands on her hips, and just stared at him. "Well, that's what you get for messing with my equipment!" She said quite sternly, before lowering her charms, and sitting at her mic.

"Sorry about that, Folks! Guess we over did it last night, and had too much fun!" She gave an easy laugh, "Sheldon's messing with things he ought not too, and learned a valuable lesson on that! Oooh! Look! its Axis! You've heard of the white knight, well, this guys the black knight! Aw, but where's Veras? Sometimes I wonder if Axis can get anything done with out her! And Reito! Such wonderful mages on the council so far! Certainly a lot better then the old!" Another laugh, "Certainly a good start to the magic council introductions, wouldn't you say Ferris?" She looked over and gave him a smile .

Carrie

Carrie had always felt like she was the odd one out on the magic council, now more then ever, but She had noticed Vera's uneasy. Going over to the woman, Carrie nudged her "Go on, the announcers right. Axis would be lost without you. You might not have the title, but that doesn't mean you aren't magic council. Go. Make sure he doesn't make a fool of us" She gave Vera a smile,

He woke up when the guild master came around to wake them up and such, yet with his participation in yesterdays fight, he doubted his chances to compete in an event were slim. Although he certainly could participate in an event if needed, he wasn't really sore at all from yesterdays fight. Maybe if the boy was older and had more control over his power then he would be sore. Yet it was more so like an itch that wouldn't go away, oh well besides if he heard his name at all he could just race there with his engine take over. So instead he decided to walk around the city considering he missed quite a bit when he was with his sister. Yet the talk of the town today was the magic council. They apparently were re made or something and were bigger if anything. Some people talked highly about a few members which only made Zephyr want to fight them, which wouldn't earn Dragon Fang a good rep at all. Well maybe he could try to take over a new kind of machine and add to his arsenal, he had a few gag machines but he rather have more serious ones than a machine that lets him fart in different variety.

"Bullet and I already ate so we're ready for the day!"

"Ah good!" Samir replies happily, "I hear day 3 is going to be a good day."

Marlene would just watch from the sidelines with a smile as she takes another sip of her OJ.

"We should watch the games together Samir! I'll even treat you to lunch so we can catch up."

"Oh you really don't have to treat me for lunch! Really you shouldn't. In fact I think I should treat you to some instead." Samir replies while flicking her hand rapidly.

At that time, Sayuri interrupted the two as she greeted Isabella and even offered her to come with she and Samir to the games.

"Oh she's more then welcomed to come!" Samir replies. She then turns to Marlene, "Marlene, would you care to come with us for lunch?"

@Lunarlors34 "Hm?" wondered the Crystal Maiden after she waved to Cody as he left, "Oh! Sure I'd love to come!"

He walks over to where Carrie and Vera were, "Indeed. It doesn't matter if you have the title or not you are one of us. In the end it's the group that makes the magic council. Plus it's weird to see him walking around without you on his heels," we places a hand on Carrie's shoulder, "I don't think I've said this yet Carrie but I'm glad you're still on the council. You and Grane have been a great help in rebuilding the council. Hope you're in for the long haul," he smiles at the two of them, "What are you still sitting here for Vera? Go on!"

Sayuri Takashi

Sayuri smiled, "Alright that's good to know. I'll find her in a little bit," her smile widens as Isabella suggests they go to lunch together, "That sounds like a fantastic idea. I haven't eaten in a restaurant in years. I've always cooked for myself. That or my dad did for me. So I'll look forward to it!" she gives a joking smile, "It being free makes it even better."

As Masahiko talks to Vera, another New Council member rises from her seat. Sayatachi Nijiko's flamboyant and colorful hair shines through the shade of the room as she makes her way towards the exit of the room. She looks at Vera sitting down and smiles faintly.

"Come Vera-dear." she says in a smooth sultry voice, "The crowd is waiting for you. Don't keep them waiting."

And with that she then steps outside to reveal herself to the whole crowd...

Okay, he'll talk to Jess when he's no longer flustered. Surely they didn't go that far last night..did they? What in the world happened last night that brought them to bed? Maybe she remembers what happened? Ferris took a deep breath and then felt Jess' lips pressed against cheek. If his face was red before then it surely was now. He watched her run off dumbstruck with his palm resting against the cheek she kissed. She was definitely messing with him. Why wouldn't she? This was too much of a good opportunity to drive him up a wall. He sighed, taking this in stride and followed after her to their booth.

Sheldon certainly wasn't exactly the brightest bulb if he thought that Jessie wouldn't place traps on her equipment. He rolled his eyes and sat down next to Jess and made sure that his microphone was still working. "I would hope that this would be a good note for the council to start on! While guilds are the face of the magic world, the council are the all important balance to make sure that none go haywire. We can expect great things from them."

Ferris smiled at her and with Digital Make Magic he wrote, Expect a little bit of pay back for that kiss earlier, and winked at her.

Ferrin sat up to a crosslegged position. He put his fist in his palm in an 'ah-hah' gesture. "I remember now. Sorry," He said, cheerfully. "I have a terrible memory for names and faces, nothing against you personally." He sighed. "Look, I think we got off on the wrong foot. I have been told it is unhealthy to hold grudges, so lets call pax, okay?" Ferrin extended his metal Gauntlet toward Time Lord to shake hands. "Although, do you mind if I call you 'Tim'? "'Time Lord' just sounds too...ostentatious."
