That is a possibility but the sight would be slightly unnerving to her and less the scary. While she is perfectly capable of feeling fear, she is also capable of repressing it.

Still, seeing that would definitely mess with her a little bit.

Because your post implies that the game started, but there was no announcement that the game started, which I feel like would've happened.

And also the general confusion of having been busy the last couple days and not having read quite everything to the fullest extent I probably should have.

Just, every game show I've ever seen did the whole "Go!" Thing, or something simmilar. Prevents unclarity and helps the audience pay attention.
