To address your question, spectating at the games is perfect. Probably currently the best way to introduce them right now.

My mom didnt do any groceries for today so I only had 2 slices of bread and some sort of big fruit thing. Luckily I still had ice cream in the freezer at my work so i ate half of the pack to be able to live through the day
