Axis stands at 6'5" and weighs around 210lbs. He's very muscular and well built, sporting a large bone structure. He has slightly tanned skin, with many battle scars along his torso and arms in particular. Spanning the entirety of the back of his back is a large tattoo depicting a black dragon; with the wingspan reaching his shoulders and the head of the dragon coiling itself around his neck to rest on his right shoulder. His hair is jet black with long, parted bangs. His eyes are a light green. He wears a large, white tunic very which sits loosely on his torso; practically draping over him. The tunic is fastened to his waist by a set of two brown, leather belts with silver buckles. He also dons a pair of black trousers which are accompanied by a rather formal looking set of black, steel toed boots and a massive belt with a large, ornate golden buckle. The buckle is engraved with the Magic Management Council crest. He's usually seen wearing a large, black cape with a golden pattern sewn into the back.

PersonalityAxis Jubilee is a man who is abundant with charisma and pride. He tends to lean a little to close to the egocentric side, and can be quite arrogant because of it. He comes from a large, proud family of warriors and as such has had high expectations placed upon him since he was young. He is very loyal and only wishes to protect the citizens of Fiore with his power. Even despite this, he's not too good with taking orders and despises being talked down to. This has lead to some drama between him and the other council members, who believe him to be a little too self righteous.
Axis enjoys a little friendly competition, and has been known to be great with kids. He enjoys being a little rough at times, but he always knows when to start being serious. He can be quite narrow minded with his views, believing everything the council does to be for the greater good of the people. He doesn't empathise with the struggles of others too well, never having struggled much himself in life. This can make him seem pretty harsh and cold sometimes when dealing with sensitive topics.
He's a bit of a flirt, and enjoys hitting on his secretary Vera; much to her discomfort.

Magic SpecialtyThe Black Knight and Lifehunt DescriptionThe Black Knight is a caster magic that creates and manipulates the power of black flames to enhance the physical capabilities of the wielder. The Black Knight can also be used to super charge weapons to increase their destructive power. The magic feeds off of pain, allowing Axis to shrug off a significant amount of pain inflicted upon him and turn it into additional power.
In addition to The Black Knight, Axis also wields the Anti-Magic Weapon "Nyx". This greatsword is nearly two and half meters long, and one meter wide. Requiring incredible strength and stamina to wield, Nyx possesses the unique ability of Lifehunt. With the power of Lifehunt, Axis is able to turn the pain he inflicts upon others with Nyx into healing energy that channels through his body as he fights. The healing effect isn't instantaneous, but it does add up quickly if Axis is landing multiple blows.
Axis is able to channel The Black Knight magic through Nyx, allowing for his black flames to inherit the Lifehunt Magic. Please note that The Black Knight's flames do not possess any similarity to a Fire God Slayers flames outside of appearance. The Black Knight's flames do not even retain the same properties as regular fire.
Black Knight's Ravenous ArmorThe main form of The Black Knight. The Ravenous Armor is a form that offers high defensive power that can be sacrificed for incredible offensive power. It is made entirely out of the Black Flames of Axis' magic, yet despite this it is incredibly durable and heavy. The Black Knight armor can be summoned fully or partially depending on the situation. Axis only rarely enters the full body form when absolutely necessary. The Black Knight armor significantly reduces the amount of pain Axis feels when attacked, turning that pain into additional power for when Axis releases the armor into a powerful attack. There is a short period of time after every attack made with the armor where it cannot be reformed over that particular body part.
Black Knight's Ravenous GauntletMaterialises the Ravenous Armor around one or both of Axis' arms. This increases the durability of his arms as well as grants him immense strength. The drawback is that the gauntlets are incredibly heavy, making his strikes with his fists and with Nyx slower. While the gauntlets do not provide protection to the other parts of Axis' body, they still channel his pain into additional power. When needed, Axis can release the armor with a devastating strike that's destructive power increases with the stored energy from any injuries Axis received.
Black Knight's Ravenous ChaussesLeg armor of The Ravenous Armor. Has all the same effects as the other pieces of armor. When released, the Chausses power can be used to propel Axis into the air or at his target with a quick burst of speed.
Black Knight's Ravenous HelmHead armor of The Ravenous Armor. Has all the same effects as the other pieces of armor. When released, the Helm can release a controlled blast of magic that can be fired to a moderate range. Explodes on impact.
Black Knight's Ravenous BreastplateChest armor of The Ravenous Armor. Has all the same effects as the other pieces of armor. The Breastplate is the only piece of armor that cannot be channeled into a devastating attack. Instead, the Breastplate is by far the most defensive of the pieces and is able to channel Axis' pain into making it more durable. Fully powered, the Breastplate is able to withstand an incredible amount of physical and magical force before dispersing.
Knight of NyxCombining Nyx's Lifehunt properties, with Axis' Black Knight magic, allows for their powers to intertwine and create an assortment of attacks that are capable of stealing life from anything they strike and restoring it to Axis. There are many different ways for him to use this, but here is a list of some standout spells he possesses.
Black GuillotineA slow, downwards swing with Nyx powered by The Black Knight and Lifehunt. Releases a small, contained blast on impact.
Black LanceCreates spinning, magical energies around Nyx utilising both The Black Knight and Lifehunt. Used to impale his target or burst through obstacles.
Sword of the NightStabs Nyx into the earth, releasing magic through the blade below the ground. After a slight delay, the magic explodes underneath Axis' target.
Night QueenWearing his full Ravenous Armor, Axis channels the power of Lifehunt through himself and Nyx before stabbing the blade into the earth in a similar fashion to "Sword of the Night". He remains perfectly still for the duration, his armor keeping him safe from any attack. After a long delay, magic circles appears on the ground around Axis in random fashion; releasing pillars of destructive magic onto anything that isn't quick enough to avoid the onslaught. Axis' armor shatters after this attack, and cannot be used for a week.
HistoryThe Jubilee family has had strong ties to the Magic Management Council since it formed. They are a large, extensive family of warriors that aid the Council in every matter. Axis' parents always taught him that with the council, Fiore had nothing to fear. Growing up, he was inspired by the tales of the valiant heroes on the Council who helped to maintain peace throughout the nation. He quickly became invested, and eagerly awaited the day his parents would start training him.
At first, it was difficult for Axis. He wasn't naturally gifted like others before him. Techniques that others mastered within days, took him weeks. He was slow, lacked balance and was very hesitant to hurt others. He was told that at this rate, he would be left behind. Determined to make his dream come true, Axis began to work thrice as hard as the others. He was still lousy for the longest of times, but he quickly became infamous as a rookie who never gave up or passed on any challenge. Through sheer determination and willpower, Axis began to shape himself into what would be the makings of a fine young warrior.
Years passed, Axis honing his skills and preparing for his final year of training before he became a Knight of the Magic Management Council. When the time came, Axis surprised everyone by skillfully besting not three, but four opponents at once. The Council eagerly welcomed him as a subordinate. He continued to train, being now granted permission to use Magic as a soldier of the council. He was taught to use his families Black Knight magic, and with time he was also given the Anti-Magic weapon "Nyx".
With Nyx in hand, Axis would go on to become one of the Council's most reliable warrior. Regardless of the deeds they had him commit, Axis believed in the Council and performed every task without hesitation. That was until, the Council asked him to take the life of another. A monster that needed to be put down before it destroyed everything. Axis was fully prepared to end this beasts life, but when he laid eyes upon it he didn't see a monster. It was only a scared girl, wearing blood soaked rags as she cried in the corner of a farmer's barn.
He didn't have the heart to end her life, instead offering her his hand. She was so cold. Like a lifeless doll. She couldn't stop shaking. Axis couldn't take her life. He didn't think he could take anyone's life. He brought her back, and the Council was furious. She was a Homunculus; an artificial human created by some lunatic wizard who wanted to play God. Her existence brought panic among the members of the Council. Still, Axis pleaded for them to leave her be. He would take her under his wing and shape her into another useful asset for the Council.
Reluctantly, they offered his wish. The girl's name was Vera Arc, a girl who had gone missing from the Arc residence along with her brother Nico a few years back. Everyone believed them to be dead, and it was clear that Vera did die. Yet here she stood, alive and well. Vera slowly came to trust Axis, and the two of them grew stronger together. Axis eventually became a member of the Council, and Vera acted as his secretary and personal guard. Axis quickly gained the title of 'The Iron Hand' for his harsh treatment of criminals who dare to put the innocent citizens of Fiore in danger.

Vera stands at about 5'6" and weighs around 120lbs. She has a very mature build, sporting an hourglass shaped figure. Her skin is oddly cold to the touch, having a very porcelain white appearance to it. The lack of any kind of blemish on her skin makes her appear almost too perfect. Her eyes are different colours; with one being brown, the other pink. Her long, wavy hair follows this same colour scheme. Half is brown, the other half is pink. She twists these different colours together into an appealing pony tail that she usually lets sit in front of her. She wears a long sleeved, lightly pink hued blouse with a simple pair of black trousers and a set of black shoes.

PersonalityVera is a rather upbeat and happy person. Or at least she tries to be. Being a Homunculus, her soul naturally yearns for the peaceful rest that was taken from her. She does her best to keep these feelings of dread and despair under wraps, focusing on the second chance she's been given in life. She's adopted Axis' playfulness but is also quite serious when work needs to be done. She'd fly to the moon and back for Axis, who she considers to be like an older brother. Needless to say she has a hard time maintaining that image when he constantly flirts with her, making her incredibly uncomfortable. She's very outspoken and has been known to stand up for Axis when people doubt him. She doesn't really like the outside much; preferring to remain inside with some paper work or a good book.
In battle, Vera brings her happy playfulness as a means to demean the enemy. She is known as "The Untouchable", taunting enemies to try and land hits on her and relishing in their frustration as they fall for her mind games over and over.

Magic SpecialtyIllusion Magic and Barrier Magic DescriptionVera is a skilled user of Illusion Magic, but she's also a very smart mage when it comes to her Illusions. So much so that no one besides Axis even knows she uses illusions. Her Illusion Magic can be used to afflict a wide area around her, but it is strongest when focused on less targets. Unfortunately, the weakness to this magic is awareness. Anyone who fights her and figures out her tricks is usually never prone to fall for them again. So far she has done a good job of keeping her magic a secret, able to manipulate the minds of others through clever trickery and deception.
Vera is also the wielder of the Anti-Magic weapon "Messiah", a magical parasol that is capable of projecting barriers for many defensive and supplementary uses. Her barriers are clear at first, but the more attacks they take the deeper hue of red they become. Eventually, they become entirely red and shatter. She acts as though her barrier magic is her only tool in her arsenal, deceiving others so that they don't notice her illusions.
UntouchableThe limits of Vera's illusions are based on her imagination and magic power; so there really aren't any set spells that she uses. However, one thing Vera is infamous for is her strange and dread inducing ability to dodge every attack that comes her way effortlessly. Many wizards have been bested by growing too tired to fight whilst Vera stands before them without a scratch. This is often credited to Vera's physical prowess, having trained with the famed wizard Axis Jubilee. However, this is not the case. The Vera that is able to dodge every attack isn't the real Vera; but rather an illusion of herself cast into the minds of her victims. With this illusion, her opponents feel as though they are fighting the real Vera when in actuality, it's nothing but a copy. This is the secret behind Vera's status as "The Untouchable".
Mystical BarrierA simple yet powerful spell that allows Vera to create a magical shield using Messiah. The Shield always moves where Messiah is, and can be shrunk or expanded by expending more of Vera's power. The barrier is capable of withstanding a moderate amount of attacks before shattering. Messiah works on a charge system, and is able to store three barriers. It takes about an hour to recharge a barrier. While the barrier won't hold against incredibly powerful attacks normally, it can be reinforced with all three charges to create a rather intimidating defense.
Mystical BatonVera is able to expend one of Messiah's charges to coat her Parasol in a thick layer of magic. This adds to the power of the weapon, with each attack relinquishing a small amount of the magic to reinforce each strike with additional force. Vera can make about 10 attacks per charge with Mystical Baton. Charges recover at the same speed as her Barrier Charges and are shared between them.
HistoryVera Arc was the only daughter of Relius Arc; the mad scientist who met his end mysteriously to one of his experiments. Not having heard from the man, the Magic Council sent the Rune Knights to investigate his whereabouts by inspecting his house. What they found was a shocking display of torture and inhumane experiments. His wife, Clara Arc, lay dead on her bed with an assortment of flowers surrounding her corpse. His two children, Vera and Nico were nowhere to be found. Yet, in Vera's room, there was the corpse of a horrible monstrosity. It was believed at first, that this thing killed Vera Arc and her brother. But if that were the case, where were their bodies?
Time passed, the creature sent to one of the council's most trusted wizards to investigate it. The creature was so fascinating, that the man devoted every waking moment of his days to unlocking its secrets. It was clear that Relius Arc was on the brink of a new discovery in magical evolution; and he wanted to finish his research and claim the glory. Through his power, this man unintentionally made the ultimate sacrifice. Using the darkest of magics, the man accidentally sold his soul to create a Homunculus. An artificial body with the soul of a deceased human inhabiting it. It functioned just as a real body, and he effectively brought Vera Arc back from the dead at the cost of his own body and soul.
Confused and scared, not knowing where she'd been or how she'd gotten here, Vera was naked and alone. She ran away, crying and yelling for someone to help her. No one did. In their eyes, they only saw her as a monster. They could feel the dark magic within her that had brought her back, and no one was willing to be involved with her. One day, while she was living in an old barn, a man came to end her life. Vera welcomed death, her soul craving it's cold embrace. But it never came.
The man, Axis Jubilee, could not bring himself to end her life. Even when she begged, he refused. Something sparked within her at that moment, when he held out his hand to her. A warm, kind feeling that she hadn't felt since she was a child. Taking his hand, he went with him. The two trained together. Vera became a skilled maged and a proud member of the Magic Management Council. She works beside Axis everyday and entrusts her life to him.

You just need food, typically nibbles as it's easiest to eat at a party, but if you're having a main meal, maybe something easy to cook, and drinks, a variety, soft drink, booze, juices, water....
I've had exerpience with parties XD and yes, you can do it all in one day if you're very dedicated.
