Can I quickly bring up previous comments about Jangel? I feel it may cause issues again once the RP starts. I see he changed his character to A-rank which makes his abilities more justified since they're more suited to that rank of character.

However he can still allegedly shoot lightning just as fast as real lightning which again would be impossible to dodge. Even if you were Neo you wouldn't be able to. If he changed that and didn't auto-hit like he used to I would have no qualms with his character.

That just reminded me of that one job request from job the anime that switched people's minds into each others bodies, I always did like those body switch scenarios lol. It would be funny time though if there was a request somewhat similar to that.

I agree with changing the speed of the lightening, (Auto-hitting)

So J Angel, if you do that, then I don't foresee any issues arising with everyone. We want everyone to get along, after all!

I would but I don't understand what you want me to change specifically. do you just want me to make it so that I throw lightning like a javelin and the strength of my arm determines its speed? like I said I would if I have to I just don't know what to change specifically

Lightning moves at 3,700 miles per second. All I want is for you to make it so your lightning isn't as fast as real lightning and for you to stop auto hitting like you were with Ostarions minions.

Bullets are easier to avoid than light is, at the very least. And seeing how bright lightning is, if used at long range, you can see it coming.

Even if it's easier, it doesn't mean it's not going to be unnecessarily hard to do so.

I'm not saying it should be easy to avoid, but I think that there should at the very least be a decent charge time to lightning spells. Taking into consideration how much damage they do, and the fact that these bolts are still going to be moving at significantly fast speeds - especially if it's bullet speed.

Property change magic allows its user to change certain physical properties of an area with another. There are several Limits on its power.
1. It is incredibly energy consuming and as such can only be used a few times before exhausting the casters magic energies completely.
2. Energy consumption is slightly based on size and how dramatic a change it is.
3. It can only change the properties of an area if said area is of a common composition.
4. A caster can only change the properties of exactly one area with exactly one other area at a time.
