Quick question: Is Level a denotation of skill or power level? For instance as a level B could you improve with your magic to the point where you graduate to A or is it no matter how proficient you are with your magic the Level is set?
Yes to all. As I understand it, Level is dependent on both skill and power. It is quite possible for your character to become stronger and (hehe) "level up". For example, S-class is a high honor, and most wizards aim for that level. However, your character must be in a guild and be promoted by the guildmaster to be officaly reconized as S-class, regardless of strength.
