EdoKarn mentioned mentally how very different this Karn's body's senses are. His more prominent sense of smell and hearing is. But unlike ELKarn, she isn't trained and refrined to use it properly.

She tried testing it out back in the morning on Nolan. Trying to compare Amaya's 'scent' to Nolan since they sorta had a vague similar scent yet still quite different.

But of course if she had been in her normal body, she wouldn't have Karn's animal senses.

The thing is, just about everyone's acted really negatively towards that so far, and I don't think Mithera would as much. Seeing as she's use to bluntness, and who doesn't love puns? She might take being flirted with seriously though, Hmm... I'll have to think about this.

And I was only getting a draft ready anyway. How long would it take for the dust to disperse? Manami would be shielding from the fire and nectric energy...then would find the dome collapse and reshield herself to protect herself from the dust and energy, and would try to purify as much as possible while maintaining her shield (draining her, so she couldn't fight Nidhogg and win anyway)

@Lunarlors34Well, I'd say that it would take about two post or so just because of how thick the stuff is as it hangs in the air, even with the updraft from the flames(it was 6 feet of material that just got evaporated) . . . which reminds me, @ZarkunDoes James have anyway to protect himself from the necrotic energy in the dust, cause as it stands he probably inhaled a lot of it on his fall and what not, and while he could probably heal it, it would still do some pretty nasty initial damage. The area immediately around the pillar would be clearer then the rest, but still, pretty dangerous spot to be in.

So if she purified it by flooding the area with water? Her magic would purify it as it came in contact due to the holy aspects wouldn't it? Of course it probably be more encasing the area in water...but not the point.
A spell of that magnitude would probably also cause her to withdrew...cause as it stands, she's likely to fight Cody and James >.>

Found the mention. And the answer to your question, good sir, rests in how affected by holy magic the necrotic energy is. Cause the familiarity that I have with Holy anything and Necro anything is that they're pretty much polar opposites. If you've ever played AQ, you'll get a nice punch of irony from the Undead Paladin enemy.

@ZarkunBasically, since holy and divine stands for a level of order that isn't found in death/undeath. So yeah, they probably tend to either overcome each other or cancel each other out, depending on the intensity and amount of energy.

Well, James is a Paladin, a vessel for Holy magic and power gifted to men by the Gods of good. Of course, Nolan doesn't believe in the latter as a God Slayer, but technicalities. Anyways, I would imagine his holy magic would be strong enough to resist the relatively unconcentrated necrotic energy. A more direct attack could prove problematic though.

Well, considering she thinks, without concrete proof, she can take them on with a flick of her wrist...I mean, I won't say it wouldn't be an epic battle, but in the end, I can't guarantee it would end well for her.
