How effective do you think God slayer magic would be against holy magic? Since it derives from a god (or something related to one), would it be effective?
And if so, how effective would it be against Manami's magic due to hers deriving from an angel rather than a god?

I'd think they'd have a chance either way to do damage. More on skill then anything else there

I honestly can't say that the properties would play into it QUITE as much as say fire versus water. That said, skill and, in some rare cases, raw power would be major factors.

The really big question for me is how well does Nidhogg's body hold up against fire? Like, the kind that you get focused solely on you from a pissed of Fire (insert mystical being/creature here) Slayer.

Couldn't say in all honesty. Would have to be a fight between her and, say...Hunter. He's S class strong though he's yet to pass Dragon Fang's exam to become S Class.

@ZarkunIn his defense form, pretty well(he'd only take 2/3rds of the normal damage, plus the thick scale armor providing extra protection), and his lack of pain means he could basically fight through it if he needed to. Fire holds no particular power over him, nor does he hold any weakness to it. His body, while more durable and able to take more of a beating , burns just like any other in his human and speed forms.

I think it would mostly come down to what type of godslayer it is. Holy magic tends to be specifically good oriented. Although theoretically you could have a holy user who had death oriented powers.

If they faced up against say, a disease godslayer I imagine that the holy user would have the advantage. If the elements were somewhat more in line I would think that the holy user would be at a pretty massive disadvantage.

You being trapped is kinda the point. Aria is removing an obstacle, though in a way that won't entirely earn Jamie's ire.

There are many factors in this I guess...in the end just try your best and hope

Although I stand by that Angel slayers would be the most effective against Manami, but there ain't any so not too much of a problem anyway. Depending on the slayer they might have a different advantage over her anyway (e.g. Jack is a wizard saint XD)

At the moment, yup. Since Nidhogg's is basically doing his work and his own shadowlings are having their fun, he's just hiding in a shadow waiting for time to pass. But I may or may not have hidden in my next post, depends on how things are since I last posted in the IC.

@Prince of Seraphs, I noticed that there were some posts before saying how Dawn and something he did recently was considered OP. Does this still need my input. Also, do you still have his list of spells that you updated a week or two ago or are they already in his CS?
