Really? In just a 20 min span, I've had several WTF?! moments, like where a ~80% chance misses twice in a row, then a ~50% chance connects twice. In a row.
Do an area match. I guarantee you will have at least one such moment. On the bright side, the weird RNG is not wieghted, I've had my units pull off feats like that.
It is marketly differnt from Awakening, where 80% and up was more or less a guaranteed hit. (Exaggeration)
This carries over to the leveling up stat increase chances. ~3 stats seems to be the most commmon, only once, in my entire play, have I seen a "perfect" stat increase. Again, different from Awakening.
I do, however, like the balancing. Even mob units have potental to kill, and pair ups are less OP (although I find myself still paring up everyone from the start) HP values also have taken a balance.
I love the new reclassing, where your level carries over, but I wonder how you would increase stats after they hit max on advanced class? Maybe stat boosting items, but those are so rare...
Methinks I could have spent that time and effort to post instead...
