Do you have green tea? Or any tea really. The anti oxidants help too, although not as well as caffeine

This is the character I'd like to replace Axis. Also I'm pretty sure I accidently called him Axel last time because I'm Kingdom Hearts trash.
Presenting Rosalina and Luma. I wrote out a much longer biography for her, but then I looked back on realised that a lot of the information was very exposition-y and it would probably be miles more interesting if I revealed it through the IC.
Looking back on my other CS', I decided that I actually still quite like Isabella and Bullet. I don't think I'll change them. However I think I'll get rid of Vera. With Axis gone, she doesn't really have much of a point to existing.
Either way, I like Rosalina a lot more than Axis. Axis felt more like a trope than an actual character. Rosalina has a lot more complexities and reasons from her past that explain why she is the way she is.Rosalina Idwal~ The Demon Slayer ~"If your sins don't find you first; I will."
~ Character Theme | Heir of Grief ~
Rosalina stands at 5'11" and weights about 70kg. She is slender and lean and sports a very smooth, pale complexion reminiscent of a porcelain doll. Don't let her delicate appearance fool you though, there is a fire burning in her scarlet eyes that suggests she is not one to be taken lightly. Her long lashes fall like curtains over her eyes and brush against her rosy cheeks every time she bats her eyes. Her long, silvery hair is tied together into a messy ponytail with a pair of bangs framing her face. The leather armor she employs is light, and embroidered with many elegant frills and patterns. She has her Wizard Saint medal pinned to her chest next to a brooch depicting the symbol for the Magic Management Council. Her outfit is best described as rather ancient looking, but with a pleasing aesthetic that compliments Rosalina's finesse in battle.

Personality Rosalina is considered to be a rather intimidating person to any who have the rarity to come across her. She has little issue with solitude, perhaps even preferring it and isn’t the least bit subtle about her introverted tendencies. Indeed Rosalina isn’t one to stick around in the company of others, and even when she does give you the time of day she’s not much of a conversationalist. Everything she says is brief and to the point, as she has no interest on wasting time with small talk.
She’s been known to not get along well with other people, especially in the Magic Council, and her ice cold demeanor makes her seem rather indifferent to her role as a council member. Make no mistake though, Rosalina takes her job very seriously. She is an advocate of justice and law and firmly believes that only those who can remain impartial to all outside influence should be members of the Council.
She holds no sympathy for people who drop the ball or can’t handle pressure; this especially applies to other council members. Thorough and by the book, Rosalina is quick to address and rectify the incompetence of others around her. There are a few rumors going around that her fellow council members might even be scared of being told off by her. Naturally she cares little for such gossip. While she respects the other council members as people, she doesn’t allow that to cloud her judgement on their professional behaviour.
Rosalina is a master of masking her true feelings and intentions, as if maintaining a brave front was second nature to her. This isn’t actually quite far from the truth. A strict upbringing in a stern family coupled with a life of pain and loss has afflicted Rosalina’s mental state to the point where she is absolutely terrified of failure. Rosalina is known to be ruthless in the pursuit of victory, while staying within the boundaries of the law of course. She tends to border on obsessiveness when completing any objective, no matter how trivial. In her mind, she has no room for error.
It’s easy to mistake Rosalina as a rude individual who cares little for others. She isn’t mean spirited or malicious, but she just likes things to be done right the first time. She’s also just not a people person, and social interactions can be very draining for her. Once you come to understand her better, it’s easy to not take offense from her if she is acting indifferent or appears to not be paying attention to you.

Magic Level Wizard Saint
StrengthsWeaknesses
- Martial Prowess: Rosalina's skills with a blade are legendary. Her speed, strength and agility are all top tier.
- Focus: Once Rosalina sets a task for herself, it's near impossible for anyone to deter her from completing her goals.
- Duelist: Rosalina's magic combined with her amazing physical capabilities make her a very overwhelming opponent in an outright duel. Attempting to fight her head on is very hard if you're not used to dealing with her constant barrage of attacks.
- Blood Pact: Her magic offers her considerable strength at the cost of health, forcing her to have to begin fights at a handicap if she wishes to be able to attack with her full strength.
- Weak Magic: Despite being a Wizard Saint, Rosalina's magic power isn't actually as strong as one might expect. Her power level is more around the level of a High B class. Rosalina mainly uses magic as a method in which to enhance her already potent physical capabilities, adding extra deadliness to her attacks.
- Lone Wolf: Rosalina struggles at forming bonds with others, as such she finds it difficult to work within teams. Having to fight alongside another frustrates her, since she feels as though she is forced to hold back and look after her companion during the fight.
Magic Specialty Crimson Cadence and Empty Phantasm
Description Rosalina possesses a Dark Magic known as Crimson Cadence. How she came in possession of a dark blood magic is unknown, and she shows no sign of spilling the details anytime soon. The most notable effect of this magic is her body’s uncanny ability to regenerate lost blood cells at an alarming rate. The blood is surprisingly durable, able to stop a blade from slicing her flesh as easily. Rosalina is able to use her blood as a weapon, coating her beloved weapon with Crimson Cadence to add a lethal sharpness and strength to the blades. Each spell with Crimson Cadence not only costs magic power, but also blood. Whilst Rosalina’s blood is also known to replenish itself amazingly fast, she still has to be careful with over using her magic in combat.
Crimson Cadence isn’t the first magic she learnt. While in her guild, Rosalina rose to S Class through her mastery of Empty Phantasm. Rosalina is able to create phantoms of herself that appear as transparent versions of herself. These phantoms are capable of performing one action or attack before disappearing. The magic is surprisingly simple, really, but is greatly enhanced due to Rosalina’s legendary martial prowess.
Empty Phantasm’s cannot use Rosalina’s magic and their attacks are significantly weaker than Rosalina’s actual attacks. (With one exception).Sanguine Blades: Rosalina thrusts her weapons through her abdomen, covering them in her Crimson Cadence. When removed, the effective range of her weapons increases and they receive extra sharpness to allow for clean cuts capable of slicing through steel like butter. Additionally, every attack with Sanguine Blades consumes more of Rosalina’s blood to allow for a slashing arc of blood to follow each strike, allowing Rosalina to catch opponents by surprise with sudden bursts of medium ranged swings and stabs. Despite having to stab herself in the gut, Rosalina's organs remain undamaged from casting it. She still feels pain and bleeds, but the blood she loses is used to power the spell.
Transfusion: One of Rosalina’s most powerful techniques. When cast, Transfusion absorbs all blood shed in the immediate area and uses it to greatly heal Rosalina’s wounds. When the spell ends, the range granted to her by her Crimson Cadence increases even further (Which in turn increases the range of her follow through blood attacks). Additionally, each arc of cutting blood sent out by the blades will erupt into flame, effectively allowing Rosalina to potentially hit an opponent 3 times with one attack (The initial attack, the mimicked blood attack, and then the flames). There are no guaranteed hits or combos with this of course. There is enough delay between each phase of the attack that a skilled enough opponent will be able to properly time and evade the attacks.
Rosalina rapidly loses blood in this form and has to finish her battle quickly before she loses too much and passes out or worse. She can probably healthily maintain this form for 10 minutes. 15 minutes is possible, but is pushing it.
Empty Phantasm: Creates a phantom in a close ranged vicinity of Rosalina that performs one attack and then disappears. There are many different variations of this simple attack.
Sentinel: Creates a stationary phantom that performs no actions, but is also intangible. The Sentinel will mirror every attack made by Rosalina provided she is within a 5 meter range of it. Can create and maintain three at once, but they disperse if Rosalina is forced to leave the 5 meter range.
Phantom Rush: Rosalina charges an attack up, but instead of unleashing it she creates a Phantom directly in front of her that rushes forward up to 10 meters with incredible speed and performs the attack for her before disappearing.
Remnant: Rosalina creates an incredibly powerful phantom of herself that shadows her every attack. The Remnant lasts for as long as it is left alive and is completely tangible, but cannot move freely and must always remain at Rosalina’s side. The Remnant can block attacks but dies pretty easily. The Remnant constantly consumes Magic Power to stay active.
The Remnant will mimic every move, attack or spell that Rosalina made and its attacks are as strong as the original Rosalina’s. Using magic while the remnant is active causes the spells costs to double for Rosalina.
Lastly, Rosalina and the Remnant do not attack at the same time. The Remnant will always have a slight delay before it begins copying Rosalina’s attack.
Main Weapon Bloodletter Is an intricately crafted twin blade where one half is a long, curved longsword and the other is a simple dagger. The two blades can be kept connected, allowing for the weapon to be wielded as a twin blade, or it can also be separated into a sword and dagger combo. The dagger is short ranged but very fast, allowing for quick, close ranged successive strikes. The longsword offers mid ranged, large sweeping attacks but is slower than the dagger. These properties hold true even when the ranges of the weapons are altered by Crimson Cadence.
Secondary Weapon Rosalina is a fan of employing serrated throwing knives. She keeps two sets of 15 fastened securely to each side of her waist.
History Rosalina Idwal is reluctant to talk about her past before she was anointed as a Wizard Saint, and quite frankly there isn’t much information going around about her to let others piece it together. All she lets on was that she was the daughter of a noble family who detested the bourgeoisie lifestyle her parents were grooming her for. After running away she supposedly joined a guild, but she claims not to remember which one. She became an S Class of said guild and then that was that. While it is hard to talk about the events of her early life that turned her into the person she is, what can be shared is how Rosalina came to be a Wizard Saint and a member of the Magic Management Council.
Rosalina’s most crowning achievement was her defeat of a powerful demon of Zeref. Some like to exaggerate the details of the battle to make Rosalina seem more powerful than she actually is, but truthfully the battle took a heavy toll on her. Her extensive injuries almost killed her, and it isn’t really possible to explain how she survived in the first place. Nonetheless, defeating a powerful demon singlehandedly was no small feat; even for S Class mages. Such an accomplishment does not simply go unnoticed, quite unfortunate for the introverted Rosalina.
Rosalina had been travelling alone for some time ever since the supposed disbandment of her old Guild. She was extra cautious to make sure that nobody would find her. This did little to stop the recruiter for the Wizard Saints from discovering her. While it took some effort on their part to convince her to join their new order, Rosalina would eventually submit and accept her new ranking.
As a member of the saints, Rosalina slowly started to become more accustomed with what her role entailed. She was a fierce enforcer of the law and did not take kindly to those who would try and bend it for their own benefit. The eventual betrayal of the Magic Council inspired a new calling within her, and when the Magic Management Council was formed she was quick to volunteer her services.
Seated on the council, Rosalina considers her position to be a tremendous responsibility, but also an opportunity to better the country. Her own agenda mostly involves the disbandment of Dark Guilds and bringing Dark Wizards to justice. She has no comment as to why she feels so strongly about such affairs.
Yes she's basically Lady Maria. Sue me, From Software.
So I may have just broken my ankle.
There will obviously be a delay as I can't think of much beyond the pain
