Riiiiight it's not the Guild's business when a entire building in destroyed and very possibly many innocent people are hurt. And were notified and asked for help on the matter.

If it was the guard or council, he would of been locked up over this 'little accident that endangered a lot of people' so he should be bloody glad it was the Guild members.
