The RP title states that this one is currently open and I want to create a sheet to join, but as I have yet to read through the massive IC, I'd like to ask beforehand if the current activity or event allows the appearance of a new character. If so, I can just wait until there is a more opportune time to do so.

Hmm, that was probably the most formal introduction that I've seen someone made. Which is pretty cool.

Yes, there might be space if you made a character and him/her appear. Also, if you want to know the IC, you can read the summary that we have that in the character tab.
