Agreed. Didn't even know that was from Attack on Titan. Just thought it was cute gifs. Goes to show how much I don't care for it. Same for One Piece. And Naruto. And Bleach. And many uber popular ones.

Naruto was pretty good, especially the first half. Shippuden changed the dynamic and wasn't as good. Bleach was extremely entertaining if nothing else. It also had a nice lore. One piece is downright amazing. as for other popular ones depends. ask and I'll tell you my opinion

I think with Naruto I got all the way to the part where They were in the middle of some test, Sasuke had black tribal things, then I missed a few episodes and was like eeeeeh as episodes started jumping about the place.

One Piece sorta the same. Probably just need to do a marathon on it from the start but it's always been meeeeeh.

Bleach had some of my interest then it was meeeeeeh xD

Problem when I was a kid with absolutely no internet. Had to rely on Toonami on TV.

Doesn't go well when you miss a night. Curse you late airings.

Agreed. Toonami introduced me to many beloved anime I love. Inuyasha, Ruroni Kenshin, YuYuHakusho, Wolfs Rain, Case Closed, Cowboy Bebob(which I didn't like back then but started to enjoy in later years)

It just drove me crazy when they played at night xD and I usually ended staying up later for Inuyasha and Kenshin on school days.

I'd sneak out of my room to watch Gundam even on school nights. Not like it was hard, we had a TV in the basement with me XD Inuyasha wasn't one I enjoyed until later but I loved YuYuHakasho too. Great anime, all of them.

Just gonna be totally honest: Inuyasha is kinda crap...

Also Bleach was legitimately good up until the end of the Soul Society arc. After that it slowly but surely kinda went to crap. I still read it simply to finish it.

Yeah. I don't have a particular reason for not liking it. It's just ones of those I don't care for xD but, I'm thinking of watching some of it again now. Just in case my tastes change like it did for Cowboy Bebop

Too bad since it's one of my top anime. Besides Kyo Kara Maoh and Kenshin. XD though I do understand why people wouldn't like it.

Fairy tail has a great charm, same charm that Rave Master has. It was great up until the grand magic games then It kinda fell flat. and it doesn't really have as much charm as before. Especially after the time skip. Not to say it was bad after that just wasn't as appealing as it was at first.

Toonami was great, it really introduced me to anime when I was a kid. That DBZ was where it all started for me and it grew from there. I remember YuYuHakasho and I thought that spirit gun was amazing. The Gundam series, I would also like to thank Toonami for showing that, but I sadly can't remember the names for each one. Cowboy Bebop, I didn't really understand it when I first watched, looked interesting, but I didn't really watch it. Bleach, I just didn't give it much of a try to watch it. Ruroni Kenshin, I thought was a great show. Attack on Titan, I thought was cool, I liked the ideas in it.

One Piece, I believe I was introduced to it by 4kids and I really liked, probably because it just felt different than other anime series that I watched during those moments of my childhood. And the fruits that they eat that grant their powers aren't pineapples. Each fruit looks different and there only exist one. So if someone ate a fruit that gave them, lets say the power to control fire, they gain that power, but the fruit doesn't grow back and appear again until that person dies. It's just something that I really thought was cool when I learned about it.

I've never given it that much thought, but I also have Toonami to thank for getting me into anime.
