Prince generally doesn't react outwardly and he's paying more attention to the little girl then the dramafest. Unless it gets someone hurt. And James didn't hurt anyone so yeah xD he's not the only one, Sasha got ignored as well with her Ice Queen thing

Depends on how repentant she is is the way I decided it works. Paladin's aren't about killing people but protecting them, even from themselves. In a way, and the way I wrote it, there's a reason one must be "pure of soul" to be a Paladin. It's why it's such a rare magic. However, and I do intend to make this one of James' personal quests, there are Dark Paladins.

In D&D, dark paladins are called Blackguards, and tend to harness either the power of darker gods or vices such as Anger or Hatred. Maybe you can use that in some way.
