Personality: Behind the silent and calm layer lies a terrifying persona. At first glance, people consider him smart, but quiet. Not exactly shy, but not a social butterfly either. To some he may come off as an arrogant guy who picks his company by some unrealistic criteria (that he made up in the first place), because he thinks he is better than everyone. But he does not consider himself better, he just considers his future brighter. The thing is, he doesn't care about truly being the best as long as he can hold that title. He doesn't mind riding in someone elses shadow just to snatch the opportunity at the last moment. In fact, he prefers that, because it doesn't get his hands dirty.
Fractal loves using his intelligence to play mind games with both his adversaries and allies. There are no means too great, as long as he gets what he wants in return. And what he wants in return is to be on top of the world, because everybody knows that the world is run by people in shadows. And when he gets there, he would be the one to watch the society burn in its tracks.
Because all the stories he heard throughout his short life, about the balance between the Pokemon and human race being broken, just made him sure of one thing - he was able to find only one fault in the whole world that led to this.
People.
He is manipulative. He is cunning. And he is relentless.
History: He was born as a son to a wealthy merchant, one that used both captured Pokemon and low demanding human force to build his small "empire". His father was a truly ruthless person and he taught him all about how the world works. And all about how much of scum race humans really are. Families that don't really care for each other, first example being his own. Bastard father, cheating mother. People that work for people they don't like, to get money to feed people they don't really care about. With each passing day, it became more and more clear to Fractal - there is no black and white in the world. There are no gray areas. Everything connected to people was rotten and black from day one, no matter how they tried to color it. The colors became transparent to him. He was growing out to be more and more isolated from his own kind. Yet, if he acted openly like that, cutting himself directly from other people, he wouldn't get anywhere. He wouldn't have connections, "friendships" that ended with him having access to some pretty well bred Pokemon.
But that was all that his interaction was, just a bundle of connection that would eventually lead him to his rightful place. A throne on the top of the world, where he would have the ability to cleanse the world of its biggest filth. And he would get there, ironically, riding in the shadows of no one other than the filth itself.
