Personality: Mari is a shy sort of girl who has trouble making friends. She is kind to all, pokemon and people alike. Mari is not one to take jokes litely and is often very serious all the time. If someone is friends with Mari they could expect loyalty. Mari is not person who takes to being called names and can be violent to those who mock her.

Histroy:Mari grew up with her grandmother, a teacher. It was a happy life with her grandmother but Mari missed out on things her classmates did to stay and listen to her grandmother tell stories of before the wild Pokemon went crazy attacking people. Mari didn't hold in resentment towards her grandmother but loved the time she spent with her. When Mari's grandmother died, Mari was one of at least fifty people who could say that she was the life of the room. Mari was thirteen when she got her first job as a delivery girl. It was the first time when Mari had actually gone out and met people since her grandmother died.

When Mari got her trainer's licsence, she was reminded of the world before the wild Pokemon went crazy. Mari promised to herself that she would go to the surface as her grandmother would have wished her too. Unfortunantely, Mari had never had the time nor the money to go to the surface.

So, say I was to make a pure antagonist instead of another egg holder. What would my limits be?

I imagine they wouldn't enter the roleplay at the beginning. An undercover character would enter earlier, but a more powerful antagonist would enter much later on, and be a full-on adult. I want the bad guys to be Team Rocket, and for them to somehow be connected with the legendaries originally turning on humans, but I didn't form any true details because I want that to be open for suggestion/character-driven.

So, I guess the only real limit is when they will be introduced. We won't be fighting Elite Four level bosses at the beginning of the roleplay, after all. But, you could totally make an undercover character, a Giovanni-like character (cause Giovanni died of old age), or like an evil gym leader or elite four member. It's up to you.

I hadn't planned for 'em to appear early on. I was thinking an actual villain that'd be with Team Rocket or something similar. (I have a few things in mind myself I wouldn't mind going over with you.) I'd be up for discussing some details in PM if you'd want. It's been awhile since I've took the 'Bad Guy' role. This would be a good chance to get back into it.

Physical Appearance: Dustin’s complexion is rather fine and at a slight tan. He generally wears denim often, especially jeans. Some also think it’s weird that he wears two belts, but one’s just for fashion and the other’s for practicality.

Dimensions:
MEDIUM build | 6’00” | 164 lbs.

Bio: Dustin’s mother unfortunately died from an unknown cause about a year after he was born. As a result, his father tried to spend as much time as he could with him, and so Dustin worked for/with his father in the construction of whatever in Station 6, even from a young age. He was never a popular kid, but it didn’t really matter as he was perfectly happy by himself; at least, as long as he had SOMEONE.

When he turned 15, the option of journeying out into the outside world was finally open to him. As a tradition, he was given a Pokemon to celebrate getting his license. Except… he never DID get it. To him, his life was perfect the way it was and he was fine with sticking with what he had. Passing up the option upset his father. Though, Dustin’s father later passed away close to his seventeenth birthday. On that day, he decided that there was nothing left in Station 4 for him. No family, no friends, and no home to go to. And so, he did the logical thing: got a license, packed up the essentials, and left. Left to station 5, and then the surface world. Something different.

Personality: Dustin’s a confident, diligent, yet forgetful young man. He prioritizes those around him and he rarely regrets or rejoices his actions. He’s oblivious, sometimes cold, and rather innocent. Most people find that he tends to “stand out” in a crowd, by the way he moves at his own pace, even in a time of panic or rush.

Equipment: On his person, he has:
- A deep blue/black gym bag
- An outfit or two
- Six Pokeballs, none of which are for Aeita
- Some light provisions (food, first aid, etc.)
- A utility pocket knife
- Pens and a notebook
- Several folded scraps of notepaper detailing important and common Pokemon

Eh, Purrloins are common in Unova, so I guess they're common here too. So what? I like Purrlion/Liepard. Too bad their attack and defense was so low in the games.
