I've been lurking and waiting for more info and now that i've seen enough i can say i'm interested.

My idea is for a Weredragon barbarian warlord, who presides over a loose nation of various tribes of savages, monsters and outcasts. "King of Monsters and Man-Beasts" being one of his titles. Sees himself as an incarnation of the Were-beast diety of destruction, and is on a holy mission to "cleanse" the world of civilization.

I have an idea for a war god that resides in a desert, who rules over a tribal society of Orcs,Ogres, Goblins, and hob goblins and the like.

Well, now that we have some definite villain races I guess I'm definitely going for dwarves. XD Since the other ideas I had were mostly just in case there weren't any "evil" races, since otherwise things would be somewhat less interesting.

Anyways... Basic dwarves, really. Entire race of short, fat, bearded, crotchety old men with an obsession for gold, booze and mining. Even the women. Ancient subterranean empire and all that, long lived, craftsmen and smiths without peer, like hammers and axes, etc. Also hoping that they can be one of the most technologically advanced races in the game (to the point of having steampunk machinery, even) at the expense of being unable to use magic that they haven't hammered into some kind of item beforehand. But we'll see how this works out. Hmmm.

I will... probably not be using a traditional fantasy race because that is less interesting and because I don't think there's any that I like and aren't already claimed.

I wanna use elves. Proud warrior elves that grow living metal forests and use said metals as equipment. And whenever it drinks the blood of the unjust, it grows into something stronger. Also they were exiled for being too free thinking and basically formed Elf Australia.

Hey just because they are Orcs doesn't mean they are evil maybe they are misunderstood you hurt our tiny green feelings we demand justice by killing you with an axe to the face.

Hey, I wasn't referring to the orcs. XD Besides, there's some settings where orcs are more proud warrior race guy types than basically overly violent football hooligans, amongst other things. They're more varied than dwarves, at any rate. XD

nah i was going to be evil i was thinking about being the god of death and having a horde of undead but ehhhh sounds cliche.

My diety is primarily a nature god, both in a "mystic spirits/animism" sense and a "kill you, eat you, lay eggs in your chest cavity" sense.

Those are completely unrelated things. Poverty =/= Forgotten Stuff.
