Sam Quit walked got off the plane and left the airport. He had flown all the way from New York, and now he ws here, ready to join the Titans. He summoned a shadow bat that flew him across the large ocean between the city and the tower, and jumped off and desummoned it when he got there. He had his bags in his hands, and walked in the building. He looked about. There wasn't anybody there. He shrugged and sat down on the couch, waiting for somone to come.

Serenity took her first steps into Jump City. Her lips spread into a smile. She had thinking about this moment for weeks. Her face lit up as she saw the huge Teen Titans tower in the sky. The reason she had come all this way, to join the Titans. A place where she could finally fit in. Her thoughts drifted to her home planet and Marinda. She wished she could be with her right now. Marinda raised her and gave her great advice. A small tear escaped her eye, Marinda was gone, she died when Serenity was eight. Serenity shook her head slightly. She refused to let thoughts of the past consume her. Today she would join the Titans. Her smile seemed to glow as she made her way through New York. She could hardly hold her excitement, this was the day.

People were constantly glancing at her and whispering. Serenity knew she stood out. Her clothes were from her home planet, given to her by Marinda. The clothes weren't ordinary clothes though. She has had the clothes ever since she was eight, they always grow to fit her current size. It was something Serenity never understood. Despite the constant looks, Serenity ignored them and kept going. She had somewhere to go and simple glances wouldn't stop her.

Outfit

As soon as Jezebel stepped out of her taxi, she knew this would be sucky. As soon as she stepped a foot out of the taxi, she saw so many glares at her or looks of awe at her. She had black hair, red eyes and very pale skin. She could've been a ghost for all they knew. But, she wasn't. The taxi driver was actually nice. He didn't question her, just was a gentleman. So, when she paid for the ride she threw in a $100 tip. Did she overpay? Yup. Did she care? Nope.

So, she then began the long trek to the Titan Tower, she could see it from afar. She had her backpack on and her hands in her pockets. She didn't need to have any suitcases or anything. She just drew all her clothes. Saved money and time. She then noticed the large amount of water separating her from the tower. So, she took off her bookbag and looked through it until she fount a picture she drew of her with wings. It glowed as she blew purple air on it. Then, she felt wind behind her as she magically grew wings. She carried her backpack in her hands.

She felt a bit tired but, it was nothing really. So, she then proceeded to fly to the tower. She landed gently before she took the picture back out of her backpack and she ripped it in half. Her wings disappearing. She then walked into the tower cautiously. She looked around in awe. This place was amazing. That was when she noticed a guy sitting on the couch. She felt herself become shy. A reflex. "Um, hi." She said to the guy with a small wave.

"Hey, I'm Sam Quit. You wanting to join, too?" he asked. He wondered where anybody was, if any at all.

"Pleasure to meet you, Sam. I'm Jezebel. And yeah, I'm looking to join." Jezebel said, relaxing a bit from being able to put a name to the face of this stranger. And knowing his intentions.

Finally, Serenity arrived at the tower. A way of nerves suddenly hit her. What if they ask about her homeland? She couldn't tell them of course, that was her deepest secret. If anyone found out, it could put her in danger. Again, she shook her head. It would be best not to trouble herself with something she couldn't help. She already had a story to tell them. She would keep it simple, that she was a science experiment. After practicing it for awhile, Serenity was sure they would believe her. All she had to do was keep her nerves in check. She took a deep breath and stepped into the tower.

"Umm.. Hello?" She called out.

"Hey, another one came." he said in response to the girl. "We're waiting to join, there's supposed to be a leader that accepts us in." he said. "I'm Sam quit."

Jezebel gave the other girl a small wave. "I'm Jezebel." She said, lowering her eyes back to the ground.

"Hi! It's really wonderful to meet you guys! My name is Serenity." She grinned happily. "So you guys are here to join the Titans to? That's awesome! When is the leader suppose to greet us? In the meantime we should all get to know each other." Her smile seemed a bit too excited but Serenity didn't care. She would look back at this memory forever.

Dominick bobbed his head up and down as sparks flew in front of his face. Slowly and carefully welding metal onto metal, careful of controlling the heat and pressure of every moment. His Magnus Opus. He wanted to make sure he did this right.

After some time Dominick walked out of his little shack and into the sun. The smell of putrid garbage wafted on by, but he was not perturbed. Business as usual to him. Tucking his new prize away into his hiding spot, Dominick contemplated what his next action would be. He wanted to go see that robot fair that was in the city, but first, he needed to go see his mother and sister.

Armelia was already at the tower, due to her being the leader of the Titans she got there first! And it was time to greet the young heroes who want to join her team. She smiled walking out of her room, she was wearing. Outfit As she fixed her dress a little and smiled seeing the heroes. "Hello everyone. Welcome....to the teen titans tower! It's a pleasure to meet you all. My name is Armelia. The leader of the team." She said cuffing a string of her black hair behind her ear and she began to speak. "I will be giving you guys a small tour around the tower. Just the important parts of the tower, but for now. Introduce yourselves and tell me what you can do. Skills, powers, anything. I need to know becau- well because I am the leader and I gotta know my teammates gifts. So! Who is first?" She clapped her hands once and sat down raising a leg ontop of the other. As she smiled at the others, this was going to be so exciting! She may seem nice at first, but her leadership skills would kick in later!

Serenity waited for the other Titans to introduce themselves. She would have gladly gone first except her gifts began kicking in. A white glow surrounded all of the Titans in the tower. Instantly she knew their powers, and embarrassment filled her face. It wasn't her place to just read their powers, but she didn't exactly have lots of strength in her power sensing ability. She had only met one person who had special powers, Marinda. So of course that power was still shaky. Maybe she should just apologize and get it over with. They would find out soon enough anyway. She sighed heavily.

"Umm. I apologize.. One of my gifts is the ability to sense other people's powers. I haven't exactly met a lot of people with powers so I'm still working on controlling it. So I'm sorry for invading your privacy.Oh, and my name is Serenity. I'm able to fly and I have super strength, only on Earth though. I'm also able to produce force fields of any size and I can turn invisible, but I'm can only stay invisible for a shorten amount of time. My specialty though is healing people. I can heal any living thing, except the dead of course.

"It's alright." he said as he looked over to Armelia. "I'm Sam Quit. I can control shadows." he said, gesturing over to his hand, where a shadow creature was sitting.

Jezebel silently watched everyone's go over their powers before she spoke. "Everything I draw comes to life, the bigger it is the more energy it takes. I can see someone's future or the future outcome of an event using Tarot Cards but it isn't set in stone. I can also create illusions for a certain period of time." She explained.

Alexia Winter sprinted to the tower. Her plane had been delayed just a few minutes so she had just gotten out of the airport. Not wanting to wait for a cab she had started running pushing people out of her way. Gah! I'm such a idiot! No more taking delayed planes! She thought as she ran and she barely stopped herself from running face first into the tower doors.

John stepped out from behind some columns. He had been there since Sam had arrived, watching. He knew Armelia would want to meet them first. "So we have a healer, a shadowmancer, and an artist/fortune teller. Interesting. Don't know if any of you are as cool as the assassin who can control light but I won't hold it against you. I cast a big shadow," John said, a smirk on his face. The new kids would run to Armelia first. Who wouldn't? She comes off as a nice girl but she's a bit cold. Not that he wasn't but hey, when they got all sad about Armelia not being as nice as they thought she was, it would be him they ran to. It had happened at the Agency too.

"Big shadow, huh?" he said, with a smirk. "You forget what I just said, I control shadows. Yours will shrink and mine will rise." he said as he literally made this man's shadow shrink and dissappear, while his began to creep all across the couch and the wall.

John laughed. "Cool parlor trick. Sure that got you a lot of dates," he said, smirking. John held up us palm and made a small, marble sized ball of light appear which he made go in and out of the space between his fingers. His expression was bored as he waited for the tour to commence.

Alexia opened the door and quietly slipped into the group. She was calling herself dumb in her head.

"Mhm....mhm...." she said nodding as each person gave her their name and powers. Well. Not everyone but eh. "Thankss Sabrina and Sam." She said placing her index finger on her bottom lips as she looked at Jezebel now pointing to her with that index finger. "You are?" She did ask for names too. Was the girl deaf? Armelia turned to John and Sam. ".....Not now. Just not now. I dont have time for who has the best power or whatever. But. You guys are gonna have to fix your issue. Mainly because of your powers are the opposite." And she noticed a girl entering late. "Hello there. And you are? Give me your name and what you can do."
