Actually, im also thinking of making another character. Or rather, the rest of Dominick's family. Also villains that are a seperate entity from him.

Well, you can only have one superhero and one villain, so how would that work?

I meant to say that I'm going to make what amounts to Dominick's brother and one of his sisters. They're not quite "Super" Villains since they don't have powers, but think of them as a sort of Evil Batman; rich aristocrats with shady night lives. I want to make them because I want to set a settling that shows that Dark Matter isn't the only villain operating in the city, as well as to expand on Dominick's own story. And compared to his brother and sister, Dark Matter's dealings with weapons are small time; he only operates in the city. His brother and sister have a criminal network around the world, with various villains and heroes. And the most humorous part is that Dominick has no idea about his family's crime career; as far as he knows, he thinks that he's the only one in his family who's a career criminal.

Dominick's family is the key to either his defeat or his rise to power, depending on how the Titans deal with them. Additionally, I wanted to include them so I could have some way for Sam to turn to the dark side, as well as a source of mooks and low-level bad guys for us to fight. Also a foundation for the other players if they want to make villains but don't know how they're suppose to get their supplies or powers.

Katherine Yang "Wild Flower"

Name: Katherine Yang
Alias: Wild Flower
Status: Villain
Appearance:

Powers: Using her enchanted gem, Katherine has Psychic powers, including Mind Reading and Telekinesis.
Abilities/Skills: Katherine is a cunning talker and radiates a naturally powerful charisma and charm. Some people have to actively hold hatred towards her to not fall for her willies. Aside from that, Katherine is a cunning strategist and can detect subtly and lies without need of her powers. There is little that escapes Katherine when she wants it, and nothing she can't get if she puts some time into obtaining it. She's also much stronger physically than her rather meek appearance would show, and coupled with her powerful Telekinesis, could potentially make her stronger than her muscle-bound bodyguards.
Equipment: Commonly carries wears a diamond ring that grants her her Psychic powers. She also wears an enhanced fur coat that augments her physical powers, as well as double as bullet-resistant armor. Carries a sawn-off shotgun underneath her coat with various shotgun rounds in the event she finds herself in a firefight.
History: Katherine is the eldest daughter, but the second oldest child in her family. A strong willed girl who never lets anyone put her down, she aspired to be the best at everything she could growing up. And she was largely successful. She was one of the most athletic, most charming, and most intelligent in her class. The best. The ace. When she went to college, she was able to get her bachelor's in Humanities in two years thanks to all the credit hours she earned taking college courses in highschool. But after she graduated, after a tragedy hit her family, Katherine changed drastically. Before she wanted to change the world for the better. Now she simply helps run her mother's store, as she no longer can. But most of all, Katherine leads a shadowy crime organization called Pav Zoov Yaj; they deal in everything from drugs to slavery, assassinations to gambling. She single-handily began to integrate various other crime families into her own, creating a powerful crime conglomerate.
Other: Katherine owns and operates Ever Yang Jewelery in the Asian Town. It also serves as her HQ, even if it does seem to be a rather unassuming jewelry store. She has eyes and ears everywhere, especially where you least expect it. Also constantly shadowed by her bodyguards, not that you could tell; the master of stealth and pragmatic fighting, they only show up when it's too late to stop them.

Jay Yang "Mr. Clean"

Name: Jay Yang
Alias: Mr. Clean
Status: Villain
Appearance:

Age: 22
Gender: Male
Powers: Nothing supernatural, though he does deal with a lot of powerful weapons and magical objects.
Abilities/Skills: Jay is a highly-trained marksman, capable of using any time of firearm with deadly efficiency. His skills with melee weapons are no less deadly, and could improvise mundane things into powerful tools to cause pain and death. Jay is also a skilled vehicle operator; if it can be driven, flown, sailed, or otherwise sit down and used, Jay could likely use it better than you.
Equipment: Normally Jay doesn't carry weapons, but when he does, he has a wide variety to chose from. From powerful guns to magical swords and other archaic weapons, what he uses to kill all depends on his mood for the day.
History: TBR
Other: Runs the landfill/Waste Disposal/Junkyard called "Garden of Eden".

well, after looking over the accepted hero Titans applications, I think it would be Armelia, but I also think Serenity would be a good Titan to be the leader

I think both of them would be good. I could see Serenity as a tentative leader

I think both would be good too. However Serenity is just joining the Titans. But It may also depend on who is active and can post a lot. (I have no life and I'm on all the time XDD)

Serenity could help with a lot of the Titans problems but she lacks authority really and the ability to be mean when it's required. She would always find a way to do the kind way. While Armelia is bold and not afraid to do what gets done. But she has trust issues so I think she would try and do the hard things on her own. Both have good qualities of a leader and their own problems.

I see, as I previously stated, I said that a user can onky have 1 Titan, I might change thatrule so that someone, whoever wants it, will be able to make another character that could be the leader

That or we could wait forsomeone to want to join as a leader
