The Little sister CAN help out, but...

You need to get past her dad first. It might be better off is the escapee rushed off to Columbia and THEN tried to save Poppy.

Well, I can't wait to get to Rapture along with Knights and help Poppy. She's been waiting long enough for help. Gosh, I can't even imagine the horrible things those girls would have to go through.
