As it says in the news, this is the last chance for anyone who knows the planets location to ambush Jaelan. If no-one posts about preparing a post in this OOC, then it'll be over to those waiting on the Relay to nab it.

Not much happening on the finance area... No-one is buying anything or doing anything grand it seems.

Does anyone actually have any military forces at the Rosetta Nebula relay right now? Because if they do, say so now. I think its been plenty of time for those that know the location to chip in and raid the base, and now its the turn of those at the relay.

I would also ask that in the future any troop movements include actual numbers. This stuff is important.

When I get my post up(damn you RL), yes. Dave will be there with four Asari frigates with their crews.

Speaking of that, can't find any actual crew numbers on frigates. Anyone got an idea of the numbers?

Normandy's on the super small end, and there was approximately two dozen people aboard there that you see in the games (I'm estimating). Real-life frigates (meaning naval ships) are usually 300+ crew members.

It's safe to assume that proper warships are probably similarly manned. Frigates are pretty large ships.

Probably won't take advantage of this; while Halios has a station on Omega, none of the important NPCs are there right now or have any reason to contact those characters.

HC won't have anyone there other than possibly mercenaries scouting things out. They plan on keeping tabs on whoever takes it after the skirmish.

Alright. Thanks. So, going with the minimum, Dave has 1200 pirates at the Rosetta Nebula Relay.

So this has been slowing right down of late.

This is partly my fault and partly due to the fact that we're down to half of the games intended compliment of players (myself and four others, Sep having informed me of leaving very recently).

Those of you that are still around, I salute you for your dedication.

I'm not ready to give up on this RP just yet though, so here is what I'm going to do. I'm going to get this space battle started. It does have the potential to be a little while in the making though, so in the mean time I also plan to put a new Interest Check up and hopefully recruit more people, such that there may actually be some machinations going on between players.

There will be more than this as well, where such is lacking, events will occur tailored to each player to give them a little more to interact with in the world as well as just the players. All of this will take a fair bit of writing to do of course, so shall not be instant, but I am very mindful that this RP needs a bit more fire injected into it quickly if it is to continue, so nor shall these things take a long time.
