[IC] Fairy Tail: We Are Family

Kassy saw Paige burst into the guild, making a bigger announcement that she had entered than Kassy herself. Paige then went over to a table, and sat down next to possibly a friend, and started chatting. Kassy decided to join them, so she bounced over and pulled Paige's chair backwards a little before she could respond to her friend's question of "So what have you been up to lately?"

"Oh, nothing. She may have or may not have just helped me out yesterday. Oh, and destroyed half the guild." Kassy said, letting go of the chair to point at the badly repaired hole in the wall. "Hey, I thought that kid said he was going to go get paint for that! The boards aren't even colorful yet..." Kassy said as she let her eyes drift off.

Kassy then bounced around to the chair on the other side of Paige's friend, and plopped herself down in it. She looked back and forth between the two, trying to read their faces. She ended up settling for Paige's friend's face, and shot out a hand towards her. "Name's by the way. If you have one. I'm Kassy, the Great and Powerful!"

Ander didn't sleep well last night, and it was mostly his fault. When Ander came back with food last night and they all ate, he didn't account for the fact that Terra hadn't eaten in years. Inevitably, she got sick from eating too much, and then she felt terrible the rest of the night and could hardly go to sleep as well. In rebuttal, Terra kept him up all night with question after question, purposefully not letting him sleep. They were both back at the guild hall, and Ander was planning on seeing if they would allow them to join, but was to tired to inquire at the moment and just found a table to cross his arms and attempt to sleep. Terra, on the other hand, had been in a sleep-like stasis for so long that, she didn't even seem to need sleep. She was poking Ander. "Hey, are we gonna ask?"

"I would, but I'm too tired. Maybe after just a little sleep..." Ander said as he started to snooze again.

Dremmick, who stayed over at the guild last night, just started coming down the stairs. He had fresh bandages on and his mask was tilted to the side of his head to where only his eye could be seen, as the rest of his head and face was wrapped as well. He was walking with a walking stick, that he made with his magic, to help support him. He was still a little worn from yesterday but a far cry from the dismal state he was in before. "Morning everybody," he said when he got down. He saw Ris was lost in though, and a bit unresponsive. To his memory, this is how she had been since the incident the other day. He slowly made his way over to where she was sitting and took a seat next to her. "Hey there Ris. You're looking radiant as ever," he started in his usual way but quietly so as not to bring over too much attention, " though... a little distant. Wanna talk?" His voice sounded a bit worried and he talked to her

"Ah, I see. So the usual then. Saving people, destroying things." Sylvia leaned back placing her elbow on the backrest of her chair and resting her left ankle onto her right knee. "Name's Sylvia." She paused for a moment in thought. "The Destroyer,"

"Jeez Paige, you trying to kill everyone?" Sylvia smirked, looking the the ugly hole that newly adorned the guild's wall. It'd probably be there for awhile until someone responsible got sick of it, and fixed it. Probably Sylvia.

"So, you a member of Fairy Tail? What's your magic like?" Sylvia asked, continuing to eat her slowly cooling meal.

"I wasn't on a job I was training," Sylvia sighed. "And as for world domination, I've obviously achieved such an easy feat as that." Slyvia put her arm around her, and Paige imagined a world with Slyvia at the top. It couldn't be that bad, right?"Everything the light touches is mine, and when I die... Everyone's going down with me."

On second thought... Paige was about to describe her wild day yesterday when Kassy hopped into a seat at their table.

"Oh, nothing. She may have or may not have just helped me out yesterday. Oh, and destroyed half the guild." Kassy said, letting go of the chair to point at the badly repaired hole in the wall. Paige grinned wickedly and glanced back at the beautiful master piece she had created yesterday.

"A day in the guild isn't complete without a little brawl. Plus, I think it looks better with the hole anyway," Paige said.

As Kassy introduced herself, Paige couldn't help but smile brightly. Before coming to the guild, Kassy had been a shy little girl who was intimidated by her own magic. Now, well now she was a strong, fearless girl. Paige couldn't feel more proud. While they had only recently met, she felt protective of Kassy as if they were sisters.

"Jeez Paige, you trying to kill everyone?" Sylvia asked.

"Of course not! I just thought the guild needed a little remodeling, it brights up the room, wouldn't you say so?" Paige winked and grinned.

Dremmick, who stayed over at the guild last night, just started coming down the stairs. Ris looked at Dremmick and smiled, her face turned slightly red. "Sure." She said quietly, which was opposite of how the pink haired girl normally acted.

"Uh, alright then," Dremmick said uncomfortably, trying to figure out how to proceed, "Ever since I got... uh, injured yesterday you have been a little quiet. Are you feeling all right?"

"I'm fine, I'm just worried about you." Ris said quietly as she closed her golden eyes.

[Christopher]
Christopher exited his room wearing his casual attire. Aurore was waiting for him, and followed after as the two went downstairs to see everyone else. The first thing Christopher saw was the giant hole in the wall, badly repaired with boards. "Uh, really?" he sighed too himself. "Yeah, that's Fairy Tail for ya!" Aurore giggled as they walked over to the bar. Christopher pulled out Aurore's stool first, then pulled out his own and sat down. "Just two waters." he said over the counter. "Sorry, make that one water, and one fancy drink. Actually, the fanciest drink you have! Even fancier if you can manage that." Aurore said.

Aurore looked at her drink once it came, and give it a sort of sideways glare. "Is that fancy enough for you?" Christopher smiled. Aurore lifted it up, and looked at the weird shape of the glass. It was a fancy wine glass, with another wineglass (Minus the bottom) attached to the inside of the first one. "Uh... did you just come up with this on the spot?" Aurore asked the barkeep with a slight frown. She shrugged, and drank down whatever slush the two glasses contained. It was green, her favorite color. "Oh! Green flavor! My favorite!" she smiled as she sucked down more. "Green flavor? I've only heard of blue flavor..." Christopher asked Aurore. Aurore shrugged, "It comes with the powers. Some things taste different than normal." she said, handing it to Christopher to try. He tasted a little bit, but shuttered at the taste. "Yuck... how can you handle that? Why would you even be served that?" Christopher asked. Aurore shrugged, and winked at the barkeep.

Aurore looked around the guildhall, and saw Dremmick sitting with a sourpuss Ris over on a table in the corner of the guild. Aurore gulped down some of her drink, before standing up and bringing it over to the table Ris and Dremmick were sitting at. She plopped herself down next to Ris. "Hey, why the long face Ris? That's not the Fairy Tail spirit... we've got to set an example!" she said, leaning in close to Ris.

I guess that's the mood this Fairy Tail sets!" Kassy said, looking back at the wall. "Wow! It sure is a mess." she said, turning back to Sylvia and put a hand on her shoulder. "Hope you don't go plan on fixing it, we've got to convince that one kid from last night to fix it... though I'm not sure if you've met him."

"So, you a member of Fairy Tail? What's your magic like?" Sylvia asked, continuing to eat her slowly cooling meal. Kassy leaned back, and thought for a second or two before answer. "Well, I'm a member now!" she said, showing both Sylvia and Paige her mark. "I got it just like you Paige! I won't forget the day you helped me get acquainted with this place." she said as if it had happened years ago. She even had a face that looked like she was trying to remember far back when it happened.

"But my magic, I have tele-ken-ise-is. Um... telekinesis. I can levitate things! I'm still learning to do fine work, like writing." she said. She then raised her hands, and lifted Sylvia's fork, poked food, and brought it over too herself to try. She grabbed the wobbling fork and ate what she had managed to get onto it, before hovering it back over to Sylvia. "Oh, what is that exactly? Tastes delicious!"

Kassy then looked back over at Paige, and leaned in closer to her over the table. "So, remember last night, when we were going to pick a quest to go on? I found one last night to do! But I decided to wait until you got back to do it... I want you to be there for my first quest!" she said, pulling out the piece of paper, with a hand-written description of the job.

Kassy then looked back over at Paige, and leaned in closer to her over the table. "So, remember last night, when we were going to pick a quest to go on? I found one last night to do! But I decided to wait until you got back to do it... I want you to be there for my first quest!" she said, pulling out the piece of paper, with a hand-written description of the job.

Paige read the job request and couldn't help but smile. It was adorable that Kassy wanted to help someone save their little kitten. Paige would do whatever she could to help, but at the end of the day, it was still Kassy's job. Kassy had to learn how to handle jobs and situations without any help, something Paige would have to remember. But imagining Kassy in trouble, Paige wasn't sure she could hold back. I guess we both have some learning to do...

"Alright! Are you excited for your first job? I know you'll do great," Paige said, and patted her playfully on the head, "Speaking of jobs, Kassy. Do you want to make a team together? Of course the destroyer over there would have to join too. What do you say?" Paige asked, grinning.

"Okay, A. calling me The Destroyer is getting annoying. Just call me Sylvia. B. That job doesn't need 3 people. C. Even if 3 people go, the money is almost too small to split. and D. I've been training for so long that I haven't been able to get a real job and earn money to pay for food and rent. So here's the deal, IF I join your team, and IF we go on this pansy mission, then both of you are helping me out on a larger scale mission. And of course we'll split the money for the large scale money. I'll get 60% and both of you will get 20%. Deal?" Sylvia explained.

Paige, may be all for helping out the newbie, but Sylvia had a life to live. Not to mention food to eat, and a place to live. Hopefully, this will help Kassy to try for larger scale missions, than the BS she seems to pick. Also you can't improve unless you're put in difficult, sometimes life threatening situations. Besides if anything goes wrong Sylvia will be there to help. With this new training under her belt, she might now have the capabilities to be an S-class wizard. But that goal was still a dream.

When Aurore jumped in and interrupted the conversation, Dremmick couldn't help but feel a small wave of annoyance, but it quickly subsided as he thought about what Ris said. He looked down at his hand. He now had gloves on, because it was easier than wrapping them. He clenched the hand into a fist and then let go. He was lucky. Any longer and the curse could have very well consumed him. But even Ander, was wrong back at the castle. It wouldn't have killed him. In fact, It could have been much worse. He would have been alive, but a whole different kind of person. He shook his head to clear his thoughts before Aurore finished speaking to her.

Ris's eyes flashed open when Aurore sat down and she gave a small smile to her, though she saw Dremmick shake his head out of the corner of her eye.

"Unless you just want to make a team, you and me." Kassy looked over at Paige.

Slyvia was one of the strongest wizards Paige had ever met, but that didn't mean Paige wasn't just as strong. She was a Sky Dragon Slayer after all. There had several times Paige had beat Slyvia in battle and just as many times as Slyvia beating her.

"So then... should I lead the way, or does miss Slyvia believe she can find the way better?" Kassy laughed, rolling up the quest and standing up. "Everyone ready?"

"Kassy, as much as Sylvia is greedy," She playfully winked at her.

"I'm not greedy, I just need food to live." Sylvia grumbled. "Money doesn't grow off trees, you have to put in effort and chop them down to process it into money." Jeez, if only common sense work on more people, then the world wouldn't be such a horrible place.

"She's still part of the guild, still my friend. I couldn't ditch her even if I wanted to. Anyway, why don't we all go on the job Kassy picked out first? A person's past shouldn't haunt them forever.

"Sure, whatever," Sylvia sighed. She was getting tired of arguing because in the end no one ever listened to her anyways. They may hear her words, but the comprehension of the words isn't there.

Terra poked at Ander again. "C'mon, we haven't got all day! I'm not joining until you do." she told him. Terra was excited to be free and running around again. Ander, on the other hand, had been on the run and after his sister's freedom for quite a few year now. He didn't really have anything he was quite wanting to do anymore except for taking a prolonged vacation and relax a bit.

Ander sat up groggily and glared at his sister through tired, nearly shut eyes. "Fine. But I'm not going anywhere today." Terra lept with joy, happy to be part of something again. She then grabbed him by the arm and pulled him along to go get their guild mark. "Whoa! Now wait min- uhg!" Ander grunted as he was pulled away from the table.

Dremmick looked over to Ris and made a quick statement in response to their cut off conversation. "Don't worry," he told her, "I'll be fine." Whether she could see it through the bandages or night he did try to give her a reassuring smile, though the expression changed when a particular aura of arrogance seemed to radiate from one of the girls who were talking in the hall. His eye soon saw Sylvia, and he wasn't quite sure what to think of her... other than being pompous and disagreeable. He turned toward Ris and jerked a thumb back toward Sylvia, "She seems like a trip," he told Ris, "Is she always in such a great mood?"

Also don't bring up my past missions, I'm not the same ignorant girl who thought everything was sunshine and flowers. People learn." Sylvia was not happy with that reminder.

"Ah, but my point was that Kassy is just beginning to learn the world of magic, just as you did oh however many years ago," Paige said smiling.

"Aw, come on Slyvia! Show some excitment! When was the last time we teamed up for something?! It's been forever!" Paige pumped up her hand in the air "let's make the most of this!" Paige then looked to Kassy "I"m super excited for you, Kassy! Let's go save some kittens!"
