Dishes yes I don't know about the kitchen though.

Balthazar- You are in charge of all the staff and can serve what ever you wish for meals unless Lady Violetta has made a special request. After my lecture we will have a pizza party. I normally have the students sitting around the table and servants set the dishes on the table except sometimes I have a buffet bar set up. Just mix it up and have fun.

He had a lot of friends in the army, many he worked on, some who didn’t make while he was trying to save them.
