At the moment a Girl would flash in the mirror and appeared to be smiling. As the kidwould go and hide in there favorite spot near a mirror. The kid would report seeing a little girl wandering the thru the rooms trying to find the kid who was hiding if she found them they would have nightmares and have there toys act up and do weird things if she couldn't the kid would stay the same and when the game was done the mirror would shatter as she went back inside. But one day she couldn't go back as the mirror was shattered before she could go back to she started to wander the little town following groups of kids playing with them and making her way around.

Weapons (aka Knife if your Jeff) horrified children's toys. Jack in the box the pops up and tries to stab you.

Weakness (everything has a weakness) mirrors and cameras, anything that can take pictures or show a image of her as that tells she's not a kid anymore.
