You did not take into account what your surroundings where at all and I am positive that if Ava knew that her boss was this stupid she would have put a bullet in Janette's head herself just to do the world a favour. But now we have to roll with the punches because it has been established, and to break that would be bad RP. But is should be recognized that we made a super big fuck up that cannot be fixed in any way and will have super big repercussions.

OMG that is not doing business, you could have just told him the head was off, then it is up to the Mafia guy weather to accept that or not, not for you to decide to shoot him in the head.

It is bad RP, as a GM/DM you should be playing out the NPCs established by you properly, they are characters just like Jannette you know.

Yes but remember, some of use are still in the truck or behind the truck, you got 2-3 guns against an unknown number of mafia guys who all have guns of their own, and I am going to assume there is at least 10-20 of them since they expected to be moving weapons off a truck and they will all have guns too and your standing there with 4 of them who are going to start shooting since you just shot their boss, your dead, simple as that.

Personally as a person who does business I would have tried to press that the cocaine was possibly worth more than the face value, but of course as a business person I would have negotiated, not just shot the other person in the head unprovoked. Now the Mafia boss what your character, a DM plays their NPCs but you didn't play him, you just shot him, which is so unbelievably stupid on so many levels, I know this RP is based off of Jormungand but I know because I watched that anime that Koko would never have done that, she would have talked her way out of it, and would have avoided direct conflict because direct conflict is how you get people killed.

it is too late to argue what the boss would have done anyways, he is dead now because Jannette has no idea how to haggle.

What is now going to happen is the 4 other guys are gonna raise their guns and start shooting, they have MAC 10 right? those are like the most common weapons used by the mafia, full auto pistols. Maybe Li ans Sera kill 2 or 3 of them before they can shoot, but one of them at the very least is gonna be spraying bullets in Janette's direction and she is gonna get shot.
