Exactly. But in seriousness, the quote is from a story about Button Mash, and that was Rarity's advice to Sweetie. Conditional logic statements have this form: If P then Q. P. Thus, Q. P is the antecedent and Q is the consequent. P necessarily implies Q, but if P is false, that doesn't necessarily imply that Q is false, since Q's truth isn't dependent on P, just a natural result.

Yes. If B is false, A is false, because A always implies B. If B is false, then A must be false.

Single line posts because of how the posting works. We do. Yes, you do make a character, although we don't have a specific sheet; guidelines are in the first post. Yes, but we each have our own plots that make up the whole of the roleplay. We can describe a few of them if you wish.

The intro and explanation is on the first page of the OOC. We design our posts that way (as if we were conversing) because we feel that it gives us the greatest freedom of expression. You will make a character (and likely more than one), and yes, there is a story. However, there is no GM because we all create and develop it together. We grow tightly together as friends, because of the dedication and ties it takes to be in this roleplay.

I believe what we require mainly for a character sheet is name powers, weapons and appearance. I'm not sure whether Legend (Dynamics) wishes for personality or not. Once your CS is approved and we make sure you get the gist of how our roleplay works, you can just jump right in. We're here for any questions you have.

Also, I realise that we need to make it clear that the OOC and PMs should be checked regularly. Previous prospective participants (I'm obviously the best person ever) did not do this, and so we were unable to contact them about help with roleplaying with us. So it's a matter of great import.

I made this OP so as to fit in properly.

Name: Mithias

Powers:
Impenetrable mind: Can't be tricked by illusions, have his mind read, or be controlled, or suggested to by psychic or magical means.
Fire control: Can manipulate heat, start fires, control fire, etc.
Super speed, healing, strength, dexterity... His speed is better than his strength. His healing will work fairly instantly, even from being reduced to mere ashes.
Matter-shift: was granted this power from another character, long story. This is basically the ability to change his body into any material, solid, liquid, or gas, change shape, etc. By changing into the correct material, he can conduct current, explode, vaporize, or maybe just sprout wings (also characteristic of the character he got the power from). I reserve the right to be creative.

Weapons:
Soul-eating, ethereal demonblade that can manifest or vanish at will from his hand. Yes it cuts solid matter, yes it can cut ghosts, yes it can pass thought matter to cut on the other side of it.
Two titanium alloy two-sided swords at his sides.
Three blood-letting daggers.
A whip.

Appearance:



Personality: Mithias is generally a good guy, slow to judge, and forgiving, but he's been physically obliterated hundreds to thousands of times and he's mildly sick of it. He really doesn't need to drink blood anymore, so he has no reason to pout. He's interested in exploring the universe and helping to maintain peace and balance wherever its needed. He loves family, but has none of his own.
