Oh? I'm sorry to tell you that when things are true, they stay true. Besides, evolutionists attempt to use even older evidence, but I digress. Find something more recent that says otherwise.
There's a difference between evidence and data, bro. Data is what we collect from evidence, and is subject to change, as it is the purpose of science. Evidence is what stays the same, though whether or not the data from it applies to a certain hypothesis or theory is subject to change.
And no, if things are true, they don't always stay true. The sun is a star. This is true. It will not always be true, as it will go supernova at some point.
You are alive. This is true. It will not be true in 100 years.
Evolution brought about the current state of humans. This is true, There's a chance that we'll find a way to stop or skip evolution in the near future, so it may not always be true.
The evidence is that rocks are millions to billions of years old. The data is that the earth is 4.2-4.6 billion years old. Maybe we'll develop better tools and we'll gain data that says that it's 5 trillion years old. Incredibly unlikely, but possible.
The evidence is a spiderman comic. The data is that it takes place in a real location, but other data says that spiderman is not real, regardless of it's setting.
The evidence is a tablet talking about Zeus, with some accurate history in it. The data is that Zeus was worshipped long ago, and they recorded history through the lens of a group of gods doing it.
Make sense now?
The same way that you dismiss all other deity mythos as false is the way that everyone else dismisses yours.
