You make a great point. I just worry sometimes.

I've seen arguments tear friendships apart.

I've seen them turn deadly, one of my best friends pulled a loaded gun on my brother over weed.

Fucking weed man.

All the shit that could've possibly go wrong, they were arguing because the guy thought my brother shorted him on a deal.

It was calm at first, they were discussing it calmly.

If you go back far enough, there was no OOC. I actually favor that era. But after that, the rule was no IC discussion.

I don't know what point that's in response to.
But most people are against it because they think it violates the second amendment. Only if you don't disarm the instigators. Hence the reason for gun-free zones. The problem is they aren't enforced.
Because those countries don't have strict regulations. Light regulations only block people who wouldn't do anything anyway. The rate of police shooting civilians in New York alone is higher than entire countries' rates. Because even though their job isn't actually very dangerous 99%+ of the time for the entire profession, they're piss-scared because any given person could pull a gun on them. Granted, a lot of police shooting civilians is race based, but it would drop immensely with actual regulation and stopping shit like gun/drug running.

The rule of IC discussion is nearly common place. For any Rp.

And I favor it too, especially now that I have a way to keep in contact with you outside of the Rp.
