Not really. The point is that as much as possible, we should avoid discussing the IC in the OOC. Often, our objections to not doing this aren't really objections--you just have to try harder. There are solutions if you look for them. If something you need to do absolutely requires coordinating with someone else, then maybe there's something wrong, and you need to change it.

Its not worth it, then. I can't change it just to make it seem more seamlessly put in, as it would require more than one singular event to happen, and it involves my created governments and his. It wouldn't even have a possibility of happening. Planning would be requiredto have such an event happen anyways, so in still sort of in the right, here. Honestly, in just not feeling like putting that much effort into something that only has a slight chance of working. Ill just scrap it.

We don't. We log out and in repeatedly. The thing about RPG is that it shows that someone is online for fifteen minutes after they've logged out.

Chrome autofill is your friend. I've also recently figured out that if you have one tab opened incognito on your phone (or as many as you want on PC), you can be logged into more than one at the same time.
